First Choice Chinese Takeaway in Dover

Very nice takeaway but massively bulked up with vegetables. Told an hours wait got there and had to wait another 30 mins. Good to know its being cooked fresh & was hot but mostly vegetables

This takeaway was good, then went downhill, but now we can not get enough of it. We have 3 takeaways from here in as many weeks and all of them have been delicious.

We have moved into this village a year ago and have used this takeaway weekly. And Wow! what a great takeaway You have to collect the food so I always ring through my order with plenty of notice for a set time... the food is always ready when I arrive. The staff are very polite and a pleasure. The food has always been amazing, hot, great portion size and very reasonably priced. My family’s favourite and the buzz around the village is this is the place to get a Chinese takeaway

Terrible customer service, terrible value for money just terrible. Ordered five meals, with rice. First of all they got the order wrong then they gave us 3 full meals with 3 portions of rice but the last 2 meals were in one tray the same size as the previous 3 meals but it was 2 thirds fried rice and 1 third meal at the same price as the other 3 meals. We rang to complain and were told they didn’t realise we wanted full size meals,! This came to £40! It’s really over priced and won’t go again.

Dreadful food really not a pleasant experience I had the pancake roll which was huge but so greasy and soggy filled with over cooked bean sprouts and one piece of unidentifiable meat. We also had the mixed meat and vegetables with fried rice this was a triumph of sweetness and over cooked awful rice the meat was swimming in a sauce so so sweet it was the worse thing I’ve ever tried
