We visited on Sunday 25th May, lunch time. A table for 3. Will and Ben served us. Will recommended the Seabass, which I ordered and it was delicious. Will and Ben were friendly, professional and engaging. A credit to the The Oyster Bed. Will always come back, we love this place. All staff are welcoming and professional . What is important for us is that the food is hot when served and it was.

Very busy but staff working hard and couldn't have done better to be more efficient whilst taking just enough time with everyone. Food cheap and good

I came here about a year ago and posted a negative comment well I have been back numerous times and it's super it must have been one of those days for the barista who I have not seen since. Ham and cheese croissant and carrot cake are both gorgeous.

Food was absolutely amazing, service was good despite the poor waitress was working all on her own , take my hat off to her . Atmosphere is good but music is a bit loud

Took my father and my family to the Oyster Bed last week for a lunch. Arrived and seated and order taken quickly I ordered the fish and chips, and it was very poor, over cooked fish and about 5 chips. But the main issue is we went too order coffee at the end. Given the menus which state "Milk alternatives such as Oat are available". My wife and daughters are vegan and we ordered drinks with Oat milk to be told its not something they do by a guy at the bar. Pointed out its on your menu, again he got all red in the face, flustered and said the same thing and there was only semi-skimmed. Dont bother having a menu with it on if you dont serve it. Waste of time.

Never have any chicken and always substituted

I stupidly made the mistake of ordering via the app for a delivery again. Again my daughter’s happy meal was missing again. I called up the restaurant and they stated unless I drove there they wouldn’t not be bringing the missing items and to call up a number to get my money back. I called the number and now have to wait up to 14 days for my money back. My advice for having a delivery from here is check everything is there from the doorstep and if anything is missing refuse the whole order then do a chargeback from your bank.

Filthy, dirty "restaurant". Cold food, poor service, long wait and awful experience. Whoever is running this branch of the chain, is letting the brand down. I would rather go hungry than eat here again.
