Costa Coffee Drive Thru in Canterbury

Just had my free coffee and a pack of their spicy ginger biscuits

Team are absolutely lovely and friendly, we actually drive out of our way to visit

Had a very nice Oat Latte and a bacon roll. Returned again today. Staff exceptionality helpful. Prices very competitive if you go for one of their combos. Disabled toilet. You will feel comfortable if you go in by yourself, but don't expect to mix with others.

Awful service. No acknowledgment from staff on arrival. Assistant completely ignored me. No choice given re size of drink. Assistant sold me a medium size without taking time to clarify what size. All in all a very bad experience amplified by staff indifference and general poor customer service. I didn’t manage to spend any of my hard earned money which is quite fortunate. Not giving my money to rude folk.

Can’t really rate much. I went to the Costa store at 8am to find out it is closed even when it says opening hours from 6am. Change opening times or specify opening times for different groups, such as drive through only and public.

A great place for a quick stop. The food is very nice. The staff are very friendly.

Right at the moment 6.17 pm and they are closed, But Saturday closing hour is 7 pm. What is the point of writing the closing hours at 7pm in the entrance door to mislead us .I am sure Costa won't bother to disappoint us or writing such a comments here in the reviews.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming just love seeing the staff who have got to know us and what we like to drink. The place is very bright and spacious a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee ☕️ highly recommend it.

Ham and cheese toastie was good value....headphones are stupid as you don't know if staff are talking to you and staff talk to others whilst serving you! Leads to errors on order

Turn up at 17:00 on a Friday, on for the cafe to be closed, despite the times on the door saying open until 19:00?!

Visit this cafe many times up to a few weeks ago The coffee and service is still very good but I have found inconsistancy with the volume of coffee from week to week and with prices as they are a little disappointing.Never had the same issue at the station outlet.

My favourite coffee shop by far

I asked for a latte and saw the lady making my drink whip out an instant Costa coffee pot and use that to make my drink. Not very impressed.

It took a long time from entering to leaving with drinks, as there just wasn’t the right amount of staff for a busy Saturday morning. Staff were lovely and friendly however and coped with professionalism and calmness. Shoutout to Logan and Hayden on the inside who were brilliant together. The coffee is good, the place just needs one or two more staff at busy times.

Latte was not up to standard nor the hot chocolate

Great staff and restaurant however the let down is the drive through. It is such slow service. It’s honestly the slowest drive through ever. Any other costa drive throughs like minster and Thanet are alway quick. They need to speed up ⬆️

It's a Costa coffee, what more, good coffee great snacks at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Weren’t made to feel welcome, two staff members complained about us coming in ‘right before they closed’ but the shop didn’t close for another 45 minutes

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I often drive through on my way to work, and even when I'm running late, I know I can still pop by and not lose any time, as they are SO speedy. When I've gone in to the actual store, it's always immaculate, and honestly the baristas can't do enough to help you. It's always a pleasure to visit this Costa, with Charlotte and Dawn making the place extra special, in my opinion.

This is a little costa, not many places to sit but overall great coffee and happy staff!

I have used the drive through a few times (hiping it will improve) and its got to be the slowest drive through ever. Kind of defeats the point of a drive through. I'd be quicker roasting my own coffee beans. Currently sat in a queue (only 3 cars). Trapped and regretting my decisions.

Staff are very good as is the service, but the problem is the outlet should be closed as there are no working toilets onsite due to ongoing drainage issues. Surely it is illegal to stay open until resolved. Also prices have risen twice in less than six months which is appalling, so have reduced the number of visits significantly.

Considering its a drive thru this is alot better than I thought it would be. There is plenty of inside seating, with a full range of both coffee and food food available. The staff were good and the facilities were great.

Like this Costa place . Very clean , air condition work well , can see all staff here very professional .

I would choose costa coffee from the machines. Guaranteed the same coffee every time here it's hit and miss today it was bitter. Won't be back.

It's a coffee shop with overpriced snacks

Excellent service friendly staff but my only complaint is that every time we’ve been there they tell us we have to wait and this is not acceptable. I suggest they get more staff.

Can’t say no to a good hot chocolate

It's getting better, it's been open a few months, the staff are very nice and service is okay. Atmosphere could be better. They have extended the opening hours which is good as at the start it wasn't long enough. It will get better each day it's open. Hopefully more people will use it because it's on the thanet way and might fancy a coffee.

Opening times in morning not ideal for a Duel Carriage way service, 0800hrs!...People leave for work at 0600hrs!!

its new and clean, at least for now. but otherwise its just costa so don’t expect good coffee. i was hoping training would be fresh but maybe they just dont get any. staff were friendly tho
