Locally made sausages are out standing. Sausage and Bacons rolls are great. You'll be back for more.

My friend and I went to Lancing today with our babies (1 year old and 7 month old). We were made extremely welcome by the staff at the tea room. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. I had a cheese scone and it was both delicious and an extremely reasonable cost. The staff there were very friendly towards our babies and we will definitely going back! I would 100% recommend this to any families.

Adam and his team are great and committed to serving delicious coffee to the local area. Whenever I’m near I’ll always pop in for a flat white and a chat!

A wonderful welcome and all the staff were lovely. We shared the meat Meze which was so good. The meat was perfect, tender, chargrilled and plentiful, especially loved the lamb chops. You won’t go hungry here and we took some home with us. Roast potatoes and roasted veg were great. We will go again and try the desserts too. So glad I live close by.

A very nice place. If I had the money I would build a little house in Sussex and stay close to nature forever.

We ordered food for delivery about 5pm and were informed it would be delivered by 6:15pm. I thought this was a long time but made allowances because it was a Saturday. When the food hadn't arrived an hour and a half later I tried calling the shop. Tge first few time I got a busy tone, the it connected and a recorded messaged informed me the person I was calling knew I was waiting, after waiting paitently for several minutes, they hung up without talking to me I then had to go through the whole process of trying to get through again. When my call was finally taken I was informed my order was on its way and would be five minutes, no apology ir explanation given. When the food finally arrived at 10 minutes to 7 it was cold. Jades Garden is a 3 to 4 minute drive from our house so goodness knows how it took so long to be delivered that it was cold. The order came to nearly £60 so it's a disgrace to be served cold congealed food.

A proper local boozer with great staff & friendly locals, karaoke on a Thursday night is a worth a visit..!

Back in the day extreme right wingers like neo Nazis, national front, edl and bnp used to openly hate foreigners at this wonderful establishment. Now they have to hide it and it's bloody shameful. Why can't people show their hate for non-white at this truly British establishment? This country is going down the pan with Labour taking over and giving people, including non-white equal rights. Well, I won't be drinking here again, because I can't wave my German WW2 flag openly in the club and it deeply upsets me.
