Locally made sausages are out standing. Sausage and Bacons rolls are great. You'll be back for more.

My friend and I went to Lancing today with our babies (1 year old and 7 month old). We were made extremely welcome by the staff at the tea room. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. I had a cheese scone and it was both delicious and an extremely reasonable cost. The staff there were very friendly towards our babies and we will definitely going back! I would 100% recommend this to any families.

Paid £4.30 for a two good to go bag,which was meant to be worth £12 all that was in there was 1 coussiant and 2 chocolate twist how was that worth £12 I travelled from near high salvington total waste of time

Recently moved nearby and visited a few times already, lovely cod and chips, pleasant service, thoroughly recommended.

Great food, large portions, you won't leave hungry.

Cash only. Had no cash on me so pointless walk there. I'd like to see a law introduced whereby all vending business have to accept both cards and cash

Normally my go to kebab place , but last few orders just haven’t been the same . Ordered a mix meat kebab and hardly got any chicken , wasn’t the hottest , forgot a portion of chips I did call and asked for them to be sent out (was my kids food ) they agreed but no one came . Chicken burger was lovely . Came on time as always :) just a shame it hasn’t been the greatest lately

Booked a table for 3pm but we turned up at 2pm. Not a problem. Staff really friendly. Food great

We ordered food for delivery about 5pm and were informed it would be delivered by 6:15pm. I thought this was a long time but made allowances because it was a Saturday. When the food hadn't arrived an hour and a half later I tried calling the shop. Tge first few time I got a busy tone, the it connected and a recorded messaged informed me the person I was calling knew I was waiting, after waiting paitently for several minutes, they hung up without talking to me I then had to go through the whole process of trying to get through again. When my call was finally taken I was informed my order was on its way and would be five minutes, no apology ir explanation given. When the food finally arrived at 10 minutes to 7 it was cold. Jades Garden is a 3 to 4 minute drive from our house so goodness knows how it took so long to be delivered that it was cold. The order came to nearly £60 so it's a disgrace to be served cold congealed food.

A proper local boozer with great staff & friendly locals, karaoke on a Thursday night is a worth a visit..!

They changed my delivery time so phoned up they said it was the weather when the driver arrived he said he was the only one working , my food had leaked all over the bag the poppadoms were smashed to bits and to top it of it was cold phoned and said they would replace and I declined as I had been waiting 1,35 mins already so had to microwave they said they would discount my next order I think it's time to find a new restaurant, a loyal customer for years
