Adam and his team are great and committed to serving delicious coffee to the local area. Whenever I’m near I’ll always pop in for a flat white and a chat!

Paid £4.30 for a two good to go bag,which was meant to be worth £12 all that was in there was 1 coussiant and 2 chocolate twist how was that worth £12 I travelled from near high salvington total waste of time

Amazing amazing visit to Tamp & Grind. House blend coffee is to die for!! Along with their banana chip cookie & RED VELVET CROISSANT - yes you read that correctly! Then to top off an amazing taste sensation a daily delivery of their freshly prepared focaccia lunch rolls came in, the smell was UNREAL and I had to take one away to try! Well the pastrami and cheese was one of the best sarnies I’ve ever had. Soft but crispy salty focaccia and the fillings and plentiful! I’ll be back!!! Thank you!

A little gem. Lovely decor and ambience, excellent coffee and snacks, plus pet and child friendly. Just up the road from the beach.

Best coffee in lancing , velvety , strong and great quality 👌🏻Lancing needs this . I am a bit of a coffee snob and can’t be doing with bad coffee so very refreshing to know I can now get a nice coffee locally

We love getting coffee from Adam, he makes a great flat white and is always super friendly. Love the brownies too, so hard to choose which flavour though!! 5 stars from me
