Need to turn off the online ordering when on holiday. Is have paid for an order online and driven to pick it up only to find they are closed.

Nice atmosphere, decent food, just always full of families, not really fun if you're after something more peaceful. It doesn't bother me, but I know people who hate noisy kids at mealtime

Fantastic venue for drinks and food, lovely out door area that is a fantastic sun trap, the staff are very welcoming and can't do enough for you, Abbey and Hannah are a credit

3 Mexicans ate here. It was pretty alright. The corn tortillas for the enchiladas was a nice touch. My biggest complain.. The burrito wasn't a burrito at all...more like a big enchilada, and the Chipotle pulled pork didn't taste Chipotle at all. Also, the music was kind of too loud.

Lovely meal, nice and hot and well cooked. My sister wanted a main course from the starter menu and this was no problem. Really enjoyed it will be back asap. The staff are all lovely and service is exceptional

I want to express serious concern about the behavior of the bouncer working on Saturday night. He was extremely hostile and unnecessarily rude to paying customers. While physical appearance isn’t typically relevant, I mention it here for identification purposes: he had brown hair, tattoos, and noticeably artificial-looking "turkey teeth." It's crucial to remind your security staff that being a bouncer does not equate to having unchecked authority. The primary responsibility is to ensure safety and check for underage patrons — not to intimidate or dismiss customers. Basic human decency, respect, and professionalism should be a minimum standard.

Always come to the bull, great friendly staff, got to know some great people- Alex , Wes and Andrew are awesome. They are always accommoding.

Well well locals as we are ! waited patiently approx 10 minutes got a seat ordered food tea for two when the tea came told 30 minute wait waiting waiting watching food coming out then cap it all people came in after us served full breakfast and other hot items approached waiteress how come after us and have had their food before us could not explain it then seeing the waitress having con flab about us then one came to us making excuses and excuses instead of admitting that they had made a mistake we are doing yours next we had waited 25 minutes at the table so sorry to say we left no orgnasitation chaos in fact ! Walked round the corner penny grill service seated and food excellent is all that locals want

Went to the Cube tonight with 9 members of family which was previously booked. The service was absolutely terrible. When we ordered. first they didn't have the roast beef which was on the menu, then they didn't have any pigs in blankets. We ordered our food and drinks and had to wait over an hour for the food to arrive. We was then told one of the family's members dinner had not been done yet( forgotten) And they had also run out of Yorkshire pudding (which was part of the meal) The three staff that were on duty were next to useless and couldn't be found gor most of the time and the bar was unattended. We would normally of had desserts but weren't prepared to wait another hour for them, and we wernt even asked by anyone if we even wanted any. I would say the service was appalling, but actually it was NON EXISTANT!! when I went to pay the bill I had to knock several times in the counter to get someone to come from out back and tend to me. I asked if we would be getting any discount for the appalling service and having to wait over an hour for food and also for the famy members forgotten dinner. The man pulled a face at me and said "WHAT" and then disappeared out back again. I was left standing so long i got hold of another member of staff and asked if the first nan was coming back? He just said "he's talking to the owner" He eventually came back and said the best we can do is not charge for the late dinner and drinks. I would not recommend this place to anyone the service we received was absolutely disgusting.

Since this nice little cafe extended. Into a big open cold canteen looking place, It appears to have gone down and down In the number of customers visiting. Used to be so pleasant with home made food and lots of regulars. My experience a while ago was similar to the recent reports. Waiting a long time for service. Don’t care attitude from staff It’s such a shame.

The cafe is upstairs over a shop. It’s quite small but with pleasant staff, good service and excellent food, is worth a visit. The lunches were plentiful, very tasty and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to return.

Excellent atmosphere, the drinks were reasonably priced, the staff and service was great. My friends and I had a really good night out here and we will definitely be returning.

Good selection of hot and cold sandwiches and snacks. Open on a Sunday as well. Will deliver orders to local workplaces. Sandwiches are well filled, ingredients seem good quality, and did I mention they are well filled ha ha. Good value sandwiches, knocks Subway value for money for six. You can also phone orders in to pick up.

We love Seniors fish and chips anyway, but treated ourselves to the John Dory this week. If was beautiful. The batter was crisp with no grease, and the delicate flavour of the fish was so good one of our cats was trying to sit on the plate. It's not a cheap supper, but it was worth what we paid.
