Tasty food, good prices. It's not cheap, but the food is worth all the money.

New menu absolutely spot on Had chefs pie/pasty was absolutely amazing 12/10 Service awesome food amazing and drinks amazing to. If your in the area I would highly recommend visiting fy6 best food around rhianna and Gemma plus the chef was spot on

Me and my friend visited Cincos tonight at 7pm, restaurant wasn’t overly busy. Drinks order was taken straight away then we ordered food, we shared the sharing nachos to start and chicken tacos for main. After half an hour, the waitress came over and apologised, she said she’s put order on the wrong table and asked us to reconfirm our order, which is fine, mistakes happen and we laughed it off. Half an hour passed and the waiter came over with our nachos and said ‘the chefs put pulled pork on the nachos, is that ok?’ No it’s not ok, thats not what we ordered! (We’d ordered plain). Off he went and came back 20 mins later with our nachos with cheese sauce (we would have expected proper cheese), all the toppings but the smallest bit of salsa so we asked for more. We finished the nachos then waited a further 15 mins for our tacos to come which were ‘ok.’ We asked for the bill, I was paying cash. (I’d normally leave a tip as a rule but it wasn’t worthy of one due to mistakes, slow service and wrong food order). The bill was £41.50, I gave £50 cash and patiently waited for the change. My friend saw her get the change out of the till, reach up above the bar and put it in the tip jar!!! Any normal person would have brought the change back to the table and if I was going to leave a tip, I’d have left it on the table, but to automatically assume she could just keep the change? Speechless. I didn’t say anything because it would have just been embarrassing for everyone so we just left. We won’t be returning!!

The food was amazing and plentiful. I had Sunday roast , my partner had the soup with an Italian baguette. Alex our server went above and beyond and was so helpful, friendly and professional

Attended a private event on Saturday 1st February. As I was driving I only drank blacurrent juice diluted with water. Shocked when I saw my bank payment of £2.90. Ripped off.

Lovely staff and the food (chicken wings in BBQ sauce and chips) was very nice.

Early Saturday evening. Awful music, way too loud attracting a clientele I did not want too be with. Like most of the bars on The Breck. I guess I am too long in the tooth for these places now. I imagine ,though that it has a totally different feel during the week.

We have lived in Poulton for over 20 years and have only had takeout ice cream from the New Penny. Today we decided to visit for a coffee and snack. We were told to find a table which we did the place being quiet. We the waited and waited for service and I could see that the staff were talking to friends etc and seemed to ignore us. After 10 minutes we left. Perhaps the owners are not aware the damage that can be caused to a business by word of mouth.

Rated a 1/10 due to being able to rate 0/10. Booked a table for 6, 3 weeks in advance. Turned up this evening found a note on the door ‘Sorry closed tonight’. No message no call nothing. Very poor. We won’t be returning. Can’t wait for 71 to reopen.

Well well locals as we are ! waited patiently approx 10 minutes got a seat ordered food tea for two when the tea came told 30 minute wait waiting waiting watching food coming out then cap it all people came in after us served full breakfast and other hot items approached waiteress how come after us and have had their food before us could not explain it then seeing the waitress having con flab about us then one came to us making excuses and excuses instead of admitting that they had made a mistake we are doing yours next we had waited 25 minutes at the table so sorry to say we left no orgnasitation chaos in fact ! Walked round the corner penny grill service seated and food excellent is all that locals want

The cafe is upstairs over a shop. It’s quite small but with pleasant staff, good service and excellent food, is worth a visit. The lunches were plentiful, very tasty and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to return.

Excellent atmosphere, the drinks were reasonably priced, the staff and service was great. My friends and I had a really good night out here and we will definitely be returning.

Good selection of hot and cold sandwiches and snacks. Open on a Sunday as well. Will deliver orders to local workplaces. Sandwiches are well filled, ingredients seem good quality, and did I mention they are well filled ha ha. Good value sandwiches, knocks Subway value for money for six. You can also phone orders in to pick up.
