Used to be one of my favourite places but the price keeps going up and the quality is going down😕 Will no longer be visiting sadly, I couldn’t even finish mine last time and felt quite sick after which had never happened with me from here so unsure what’s going on, possibly a change of supplier? No idea! Used to be so lovely though

Ordered a 6inch birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday and we’re extremely happy with it! The cake itself looked exactly as requested (Jemima Puddle Duck) but was also c very delicious! Can highly recommend the lemon curd flavour! Fiona was very helpful over email and the whole process was very easy.

Their coffee is fantastic smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed. But the real star? The lemon raspberry cake loaf! It’s the perfect balance of zesty and sweet, an absolute must-try. Rude bartender. Scanned my card for payment and walked off. Didn't wait for it to clear. No "thanks". No rapport. At £7 a pint can afford to cheese off your non-regulars.

Christmas Day and family fun at the King George. Great atmosphere, with families & friends sharing good wishes at Christmas time. I went with my son, his partner & my grandchildren & we met their friends for a drink & catch up. Always a great start to the festivities.👍☺️

I’m sorry to leave a bad review but I just ordered a takeaway coffee from the Village Cafe and it’s quite possibly the worst coffee I’ve ever been served! Firstly, I asked for a cappuccino with oat milk (and it came with almond) and it tastes of nothing. I can’t even taste coffee in there!!! Absolutely terrible, sorry. I rarely treat myself to a coffee out, so feel gutted to have wasted my money on something not even drinkable 👎🏼

The timings online are completely wrong. I came here for lunch and despite it being open according to information online, it was closed when I got there. I was very disappointed, and I believe this is unorganised and unprofessional.

Amazing service. Pancakes and crepe was spot on. Munchie galore. Got a bag of sweets and drink as well for free due to the extra wait how about that one! Soon to try more on the menu. Hope food comes with soon as well
