Visited this establishment with my 11 year old friend on Saturday. Was served by a guy named Ollie who went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks so much for a fantastic frozen yogurt!!

Came this evening to see what the hype was about and was left disappointed. Vanilla Fro Yo wasn’t Vanilla…lacked flavour. The Biscoff one was just the same, even the proper Biscoff Sauce didn’t save it. Just not worth 6 pounds a portion . Over priced and over hyped . Go to Hickory’s and get yourself a froco!

I’ve traveled the globe from Australia to Africa searching for the best frozen yogurt shop and Yogberries is the best frozen yogurt place in the world, the yogurt is amazing and the customer service the best I’ve ever experienced. If you need a yogurt and don’t know where to go come to yogberries. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely disgraceful service I came into the local yoghurt shop around 3:00pm, usually a very nice place to sit down and have some yoghurt. To my surprise I came into to about 5 young kids flocking around behind the till of which none appeared to be in any kind of uniform at all. I asked if the coffee machine was working and they seemed to have no idea what I was asking them and were extremely rude stating they have no idea and hope it is broken then proceeded to wipe the whole counter with his hands (no gloves) until what seemed to be the only employee who knew what they were talking about stated it was not to which they did apologise. However due to the lack of standards to which I believe come from trainees I will not be returning.

I had an amazing experience earlier today. The customer service was top-notch, and the yoghurt was so nicely made. I highly recommend Yogberries to anyone when in Hale.

There’s a reason Yogberries is probably the longest standing place in Hale village now - great service and yoghurt every time. Came back today for the first time since left for uni and had a great experience as always, nostalgia yoghurt tastes the best too.

The service was shockingly poor; it felt like the staff were unprepared and nervous. The presentation of the frozen yogurt was subpar, lacking any appeal. Overall, a disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend.

Plenty flavours to choose from. Friendly staff. Impeccable taste. At an affordable price. Will recommend.

Good portion and always have different flavours

Lovely shop. Fresh fruits are great. Lots of different toppings and sauces. The wooden spoon wasn't enjoyable.

Drove all the way from Macclesfield with the kids at the end of half term as they'd been pestering me all week to go. Got there at midday only to be told they had no frozen yoghurt. Not that they'd sold out, they just didn't have any. Unlike this review (unfortunately), it was an utterly pointless experience... For the record, it was half term in Macclesfield, but not in the Hale area so it's not like that was the issue.

We absolutely love Yogberries and have been going for years. It’s a lovely little family run business and we are always welcomed with a polite manner and smiles, there’s nowhere else we would go for our weekly family treat.

They had no frozen yoghurt at all. How can you call yourself a frozen yoghurt store and only have 3 ice cream flavors available. The toppings were poor and had hardly anything to choose from even though I was at the store at 12 in the day. The member of staff working there was sour and unpleasant. He proceeded to tell me that the ice cream didn’t have that many calories when that’s not even what I was thinking about. So what exactly was he insinuating? I most definitely will not be going there again. Extremely disappointed.

I've been going to Yogberries for more than 10 years. I've always loved the place. For some reason in recent months the product has completely changed. I went in today and was served sweet ice water with the chocolate one tasting like it had had a tin of cocoa powder tipped into it. Big ice crystals in both flavours. It used to taste lovely and creamy, and yet light. I don't know what's happened but it's a real shame.

Frequent visitor to Yogberries. This occassion was my worst! A young blonde lady (with some colour spray in her hair) began to serve us, then another customer came in and she quoted “oh he is before you” until the customer stepped in and said its fine. Totally confused as she began to serve myself! No professionalism or sense to move the 2 families hogging the till area and the unit to pick your sides so having to order behind 2 families. Asked if their was any hot nutella sauce available and in a displeased way was told “No” as if I had just asked for something unexpected and just stood there as if she didn’t want to be at work. My second order was served the exact same waty. Strawberries were like ice bricks, kiwi’s were as crunchy as crisp and frozen, raspberries also hard as the fridge/freezer temperature is well too cold even for the hot weather but, freezing the fruit isn’t appeasing. Was just passed the card machine when it came to payment after manouvering around the 2 families. Staff turnover must be high as its always different staff most months when I visit! Worst service I’ve ever received in a few years of visiting!

Such a nice place, so many toppings to choose from, a real treat if you want something different than a regular ice cream! We'll be back for sure!

Used to go to yog berries every single day. But surely it can’t just be me that’s noticed their vanilla froyo has suddeny changed to a very sweet ice cream taste & soft serve texture? Literally tastes & resembles mr whippey & not their previous refreshing vanilla yog. Please bring back the old mix!! Want to keep coming but cannot get on board with the new ice cream taste & texture

Everything is sooo sweet, and lots of accidental mixing of toppings due to the layout of the tubs, so no good for allergies.

Really quick service considering the queue and 21° weather. Fresh and healthy yoghurt. Avoid the place next door Cibo

Travelled from bolton going off the google closing time of 9.30pm Arrived just past 9pm to locked doors- timings on the door stating 9pm closing time! Rediculous. Will not be back

Cheap food with generous portion prices. Fat free for the health conscious out there. Not too busy though i imagine it would get lots of customers in the summer

We’ve had frozen yoghurt from various different places but this place is by far the best and most generous of portion sizes we’ve had. So many options to choose from. 100% recommend and will use here again and again and again

The kids...and my Mother... Love Yogberries. The frozen yoghurt and milkshakes are always tasty and there is always a great choice of toppings. There is often a queue, so there can be a bit of a wait to get served but the kids don't complain as they enjoy it so much! It's little overpriced in my opinion, but it's not something we have everyday so I don't mind paying the prices once in a while.

I was expecting a bit more, I'd been talked into the drive there on big claims, good 20 min queue and in the end it just didn't really have any wow factor. Not the place's fault, probably just my overly high expectations- just a bit uninspired- a flavour of yoghurt squirted into a tub, some toppings dusted and some chocolate sauce out of a bottle. I've been to parlour's where what you get is impressive- freshly melted choc sauce, toppings that are drool worthy and this was just bang average. Not bad, not great NB service was good.

Our kids love this place but it's not cheap so we only tend to go there as a treat. The pricing structure seems to be designed so kids say it's only 50p more for this or that so I end up getting upsold if I'm not careful. ;)

Great place nice staff, unfortunately have to pay the Hale tax but is still worth it
