WOW litterally just ordered this tonight and they rang to say they was gonna be a lil bit late which was fine, only 10 mins, but can i just say the deserts are insaaanneee!!!! Soooo nicee!!! My new favveeeeee place :D ordered triple choc cookie dough ! Even my partner loves it! Thanks again :)

We ordered for the first time from this place, we put our order through as a delivery. It was over 2 hours late and we were still waiting. We had called two times during this waiting period and had been told it "would not be long". Disgraceful waiting time, I eventually called again and told the owner (I presume) that I did not want the delivery. He was rude and said the order was close, at this point, I did not believe a word he said and needed to go to sleep instead of wait for this non existent delivery. I asked him for a refund, I think this was completely acceptable given the poor service. No apology, nothing! He refused to refund the money we paid for the order, instead he adds insult to injury by refunding the £3 delivery fee. You lost customers because of your inability to apologise and admit that you are in the wrong. We had to contact Uber to get our refund. Unacceptable, shody, will NEVER order from you again. Next time you are over TWO HOURS late, adopt better customer service and you may keep more customers happy. I would give you 0 stars if it was an option.

Excellent quality, they give really big portions and are quite generous on the toppings unlike other dessert places. I ordered the white chocolate cookie dough and a lotus biscoff milkshake and could barely finish them. Have ordered 3 times since!! Deffo would reccomend to everyone. :)

What a place, definitely explosive, got my self a nutty milkshake and oh wow it was nice and thick. Tasted just right, not too sweet. The waffle was great and fluffy, will definitely be returning for more

Found this gem on Instagram, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the tasty cookie dough and the creamy shakes to the speedy delivery (18 mins early!), I can’t fault them! I will definitely be adding calories now this gem in on my doorstep. Keep up the good work! Goodbye to 2 hour cake away waits! xD
