Eat at your own peril! Sick as a dog all day yesterday after ordering the night before

Wife placed an order to share. The food was absolutely disgusting and quite tough like it wasn’t made fresh - maybe days old and incinerated in a run down microwave. Didn’t help that the delivery took a ridiculous amount of time. Considering we’re within a 5mile radius, you’d think the driver picked it up from Italy

Throwing a customer's food in the bin before they come to collect is a strange business practice. Hence the review.

In response to the 'made up story' That's a lie, I was the one who called saying I'd pick up the food, even though it was cold, however was told that it was thrown in the bin.

Ordered for delivery, despite being a frequent customer, and ordering a large meal with friends, when I called to question the orders whereabouts was told that the order was made for collection - and then thrown in the bin 40 minutes later when it wasn't collected, was told they tried to call - despite no attempted calls. Expect more responses from the people who were let down by you, and the rude phone attendant. **Due to their response: Not made up though is it? If it were you wouldn't have said..Own up to your own actions. When in fact I have accepted that the food was thrown out by yourselves, we've apparently paid for that pleasure, hence unavailable for collection either way.

Tastiest pizza I ever have in UK!

It took nearly an hour to come in the first place but they delivered the wrong pizza, so it took another 45 minutes to deliver the correct pizza

Comparatively the smallest pizza I've ever had delivered. If I pay £11 for a pizza, I expect it to be bigger than the size of my hand.

We ordered the caprinos special deal that was around 35 pounds. The shawarma pizza was nice, the peri peri pizza was average with a weird after taste. Wedges and garlic bread wheel were tasty. The 'ranch' was just garlic sauce and the desserts came packaged, they were clearly processed. The carrot cake was too sweet and the 'brownies' were so average, something you would get at a school lunch for dessert. The drink was normal (as expected). Not impressed with this meal and don't feel I got my value for money. Would I purchase again? Probably not

Thoroughly disgusting attitude from the delivery driver spoilt the ordered food. He argued when he eventually found arrived at the correct house. He was at least 5 houses away and tried to tell us the postcode simply runs out. What utter nonsense. I tried to verify what house number he was outside over the phone. Each time he quoted our house number. It's just not good enough and no other driver has ever been rude or struggled to find our house, which is very clearly numbered AND we're by a street light. Why continue to argue instead of trying to defuse the situation? A simple apology would have been suffice, when he was VERY clearly in the wrong. If I'm spoken to in this fashion, I will place no further orders. I suggest you give him a course in manners and how to read a map!!!!

Best Pizza we've ever had, always arrives fresh from the oven. Can be a little pricey however its definitely worth every penny.

We ordered a 17" make you own pizza with 4 topping online. We chose chicken tikka, onion, bell peppers and sweetcorn. The pizza is large and can easily serve 3, it was fresh the tikka was well done. Though the toppings were sparsely spread the taste was good. In the deal we got a 1.5 l of coke along with curly fries and 2 dips. We additionally ordered an animal fries with chicken topping. As there was ongoinv discount all this food only cost us 15£. Overall its a decent experience and the food tastes decently well.

Ordered at 406pm for a 510pm delivery. Got a notification to say 525pm. Called restaurant at 530pm and told "5mins more". Turned up at 540pm and was stone cold with the cheese gone solid. Maybe because the driver had a boot full of deliveries so he obviously can't drop off on time. Stay away from this place they will take ur money and give you poor quality food. Will never order from ANY caprinos again. If I wanted cold food I would have bought a sandwich.

This might be our new favourite pizza place. Good quality, better value than the big chains and more variety too. Food always arrives promptly, nice and hot, there's never been any missing or damaged items, and we've had freebies with every order so far! Overall would highly recommend Caprino's, ticks all the boxes :)

shocking for the price I paid. 4 slice pizza is 5 inch and the fries were burnt and definitely from the day before pizza was OK but tiny like a Chicago town microwave pizza £16 for that I won be ordering again

the pizza was okay. I personally didn't see a Pepperoni option tho it is there so ordered a large margarita with extra Pepperoni, there was l one Pepperoni on each slice, so that's disappointing. the food was okay but I wouldn't say I would order again as the taste was underwhelming. I expected better. churros were okay but they didn't look too great. curly chips could've been fried a little longer.

The pizza was lovely but there just isn't enough topping to justify the price. I used to get a different Caprinos when in Salford & there was twice the topping for the same price.

Got sick of being ripped off for low quality pizzas from our local Pizza Hut and Dominos so decided to try Caprinos instead on a Tuesday when they had 2 for 1 deals on pizzas. Ordered 4 of their large 15 inch pizzas, that included 3 create your own and 1 margherita which came to £35.47 (including 99p delivery and 50p service charge). The time said it should arrive in less than 50 mins and sure enough it arrived after 40 mins. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. I love a cheesy pizza and these were definitely cheesy unlike what Dominos and Pizza Hut give which are just full of marinara sauce and very little cheese. Being halal I could also enjoy having doner meat and chicken tikka on my create your pizza whereas at the other establishments I would have to settle for just a plain cheese pizza. Again the toppings were decent and tasty. The only slight negatives I would give is that £16.99 is too expensive for a pizza and I would only buy on days where they were offering 2 for 1 deals like they do every Tuesday. Also although the meat toppings were really tasty they were also a little sparse, they could do with increasing the amount of the toppings they put on the pizzas. But overall I was really impressed with Caprinos Pizza Altrincham and it will definitely be my go to pizza takeaway (on a Tuesday) in the future. 🍕🤤

Odered peri peri pizza for takeaway. It was best pizza i had so far. All ingredients were fresh it was cooked properly. Shop was clean as new. Hygiene and taste at one place. Garlic bread was bit dry though but rest everything was top notch. Highly recommended.

The drinks were bad and pizza was okay

Wasn't bad but not the best I've had quite rubbery.

Delivery was quick and food was hot, however that’s where the positives end. The 9 inch pizzas definitely looked smaller than described and there was very little tomato sauce. The pepperoni was the pork free free variety which is great if you don’t eat pork but it’s a shame they don’t offer both varieties as I found it had an odd taste to it, like a cross between stale chicken and soap. The garlic bread was so bland I had to add salt to it. For the price paid I expected better than this.

The food was all cooked really well. It's hard to find takeaway chicken that hasn't been overcooked. This was just perfect!

I have a new best pizza place in Altrincham since few weeks. Used to get our pizzas from another famous chain - followed by a local shop - but Caprinos beats them both. Great quality, super tasty margaritas everytime. Top secret - they have buy one get one free Tuesday offer

Thought we’d try a change from Domino’s but we’re sadly very disappointed. Toppings were remarkably sparse… thin shavings of meat, very thin strips of spinach on one pizza and a few thinly sliced olives, no tuna we could taste and a few prawns on the other. We had paid for mostly overcooked bread making for terrible, dry pizzas. Photos show ‘expectation’ from the menu and the ‘reality’ delivered. That said the store looked clean and staff were welcoming and engaging. I would have thought there would have been some sort of quality check in place as this is a chain/franchise but looks not. Won’t return.

Very tasty food and freshly prepared, however as constructive criticism I must say that the deep pan pizza isn’t deep pan it’s more of a thin base to medium, comparing this to majority of other pizza places in the area deep pan are at least 4 times thicker base, and the chicken wings I expected them to be allot larger, they were the smallest wings I had ever seen, finally ending with the free garlic bread, again compared to majority of other takeaways the garlic bread is huge 4 times the size of

Absolutely awful value for money, felt really ripped off. A meat pizza with hardly any topping that was overcooked, dry and tasteless. If I had opened the box before leaving the shop I would have asked for my money back, amazed they have the cheek to sell food of that quality. Won't be returning. Don't waste your cash!

Pizza was extremely poor, overdone and very shy when it came to toppings. Sides were very bland and the spicy goujons felt store bought. It says alot about the takeaway when the best part of it was a dessert and that was a store bought carrot cake. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Its not full 5 stars but its ok I had caprinos for first time the mirza both were fresh nd nice stingy on chips small portion even then fries chicken wings nothing amazing The price we payed for two puzzas come up to 38 pounds which is steep hance only 3 stars I think you need to lower your prices as having family who work in the pizza industry there is 99% markup No need to ripped off people its like domino's all about the packaging better pizza up the road half the price even tastier In altringham p.s its near the fishop lol
