Ordered 2 meals with gravy. They forgot the gravies.

The food is very tasty and always hot. We have been quite a few times and the service has always been spot on.

always fresh and really flavourful, gives KFC a run for its money, boneless share bucket is a great deal, loads of chicken, loads of chips and popcorn chicken. the chicken is lovely and crispy, not soggy and greasy. delicious

Why have you started charging £2 delivery when you literally round the corner ? Ive ordered from you from day one Foods nice but im not paying 2 quid for a 60 second drive not ordering again

For the second delivery in a row my 1 pc of chicken was missing. On this order i only a garlic bread instead of margarita with mushrooms and got chocolate fudge cake instead of muffin. Also now £20 minimum order when use to be £10.

The food is always quality from here it's always hot & fresh and we've never had an issue. Staff are lovely and always deliever on time if not early.

It was delivered at 8:56 instead of 8:10. It was dry, tasteless. Wrap was stale, chicken wings and strips were dry and full of gristle. It really wasn’t worth the 1hr 45 minute wait for a small simple order on a Monday night. Would not order again

was told 2 different delivery times and it was even later than that. all the food was cold, fries were hard and garlic bread was very burnt. only got offered £3.77 to be added to my account on a £21+ order which was not edible. Used to be a great service and food was good but quality and delivery has gone down hill.

I ordered a chicken burger meal, it wasn't a chicken breast it was chicken strips, hardly any lettuce on it and the bun was stale and dry. It was one of the most unappetising take aways I've ever had. I will never order from here again.

I've ordered a few times but the rice was quite dry with the chicken not alot of sauce so didn't eat it

The rice in the the chiclen and rice box had a perfumey taste. it was vile I ended up throwing my guts up after abt 30mins.

We used to order regularly from here but after tonight will never order again, chips were cold and over cooked, the gravy was disgusting and the chicken on the burgers were so salty 🤢 we couldn't eat them and the lettuce on the burger was awful.

it was early I was given a window of 6.30 to 6.50 it arrived just before 6.35 great service.

Usually love this place, chips were cold and chewy. Chicken wings were tough and the chicken fillet in the burger was dry.

As I said in my notes, not the type to complain but I told you what was wrong with my order last time & the same happened again tonight. The pizza was stale, freezing cold & has some sort of sanitizer taste to it & smells like it has some sort of perfume smell, so that’s in the bin. The lettuce on the burger was brown with watery mayo, chips were freezing cold & the chicken looked like it had been re fried at least 4 times. Really unhappy & I can guarantee I won’t get a refund. Disappointing.

Cold stale chips, dry overcooked chicken pieces. Hot wings good, strips good, gravy and coleslaw fine. I think in future orders I will only be using this place for pizza’s as the chicken is exceptionally shocking and no variety in the cuts of chicken… such a shame as it was our favourite place to use, gonna have to find another fried chicken shop.

The driver forgot my drink and sweet was in his car.what concerned me was I noticed no drink and he first denied having 1 and then it's in his car.fortunately I noticed as he was eager to leave and it's his whole reaction that has me doing this review

Amazing hot&spicy pizza and garlic bread

Almost two hours since we ordered. Food hasn't arrived, won't answer the phone and they rejected our refund request through the app.

Happy with food as always but you missed my gravy out the order.

Chicken was cold and dry, chips were stale, food arrived within 20 mins of ordering it so clearly was food that was cooked earlier in the day and left under warmer to dry out and be kept barely warm. Hot wings n strips were fine tho just the chicken pieces and chips that were very poor, not happy at all considering the meal cost almost £30

always red hot and fresh. kids love the chicken strips and pizzas are amazing. friendly service with a smile always give me freebies 😊

The fried chicken pieces are average, fries are average, hot wings are nice, popcorn chicken and strips are average. Gravy is not that good, sauces/dips are all harrisons brand ones. Delivery was on time and polite driver.

Veggi pizza is always lovely I get the mild but if you like it the hot is just too hot for me

Been ordering from this place since all the way back in 2016 and I'm yet to be disappointed. The staff take good care of their regulars, especially Mr. Shah. Would recommend.

absolutely shocking place waited not shy of 2 hours for a small order that wasn't far!!! Came cold and stale & the drink was half full also phoned up several times and was ignored. Pile of 💩💩💩💩💩💩

Arrived late food not hot but warm and missing items

Coleslaw had gone rancid and was inedible. This restaurant used to be good a year or so ago, but this is now the second time we've been sent food from them that was unfit for human consumption. Will not be ordering from here again.

9inch Garlic bread n cheese £3.80 Chicken burger meal £5.99 1bbq dip 50p Cost £12.30 When I complained I was offered a free 50p dip of my choice 2 weeks ago we were happy with our order whoever u were working tonight has destroyed the business

Super quick delivery. Hot and tasty. Would have preferred more choice of sauce/salad on the Zinger burger however but not end of the world.

This order took over an 1 hour 20 to arrive from order and arrived cold please can you contact me regarding this complaint.

Burger was shocking, so soggy and the salad was very limp,like it was all microwaved together then wrapped. I use here regularly and I will be again but I will be avoiding burgers

Food was later than time given, received a text to say it was on its way and it didn't arrive for another 40minutes. Chips were dry, popcorn chicken was rock hard, Donner meat was burnt, peri chicken was burnt. Boyfriend had sauce that he didn't ask for on his burger, and I didn't have the salad that I asked for in my rice box.

Why does it not say that it’s chicken fillets in the bucket meals they were cold and like rubber. Would never order again what a waste of money

Asked for large portion of donner meat came home and they gave us small enough to feed one person let alone 2 people charging £5 for small portion absolutely shocking need to stop being so tight with the food

Just had the sizerler strips they were normal ones and dry and burned also had wings tested dry like they had been sat there all day verry disappointing

Food really poor the fillet burger was like rubber even my dog would not eat it not fresh that’s for certain. The chicken pieces terrible again not fresh. The doner meat terrible. I would never order again it was that bad
