Sorento Pizzeria in Trafford

Ordered two pizzas,the bolognese was so thin,it was unenjoyable,hardly any mince. Also ordered chips. They come in the smallest box in the world. Won't order again from them,really disappointing

Waited 1 hour 20 mins for delivery of cold food which was only of average standard ! When I rang after an hour I was told food was just leaving it arrived 20 mins later when I live 5 minutes from the shop never ever use them again terrible customer service and cold food

The fella who runs this place is either too cocky or doesn’t know how his business is being run . Ignorance isn’t bliss … staff can’t take a simple order as they can’t speak English… pepperoni is the new ham as they can’t speak English…. 15 mins is the new 1.15 hours…… no thanks . Will Be taking my business elsewhere . Regards. .

Fantastic and will be going back again and again. Big fan of a major pizza outlet but Sorento are even better. Quick delivery, food was piping hot and absolutely beautiful. Ordered for the whole family and everybody was more than happy. Brilliant!!

Good fresh food available in Ashton On Mersey village. Always pleased with their delivery service. Cesar salad is fab. Definitely recommend to others.

I can't rate Sorento Pizza enough! I was let down by my pizza van caterer a week before my party and Sorento were able to save the day with less than 1 week's notice! My order of 50 14inch pizzas didn't faze them at all. I ended up adding an extra 6 pizzas to the order the day before and it was no problem! The mammoth order of pizzas were delivered on time and were piping hot and more importantly they were delicious and all of my party guests commented on this! Thank you so much Sorento!!!

Ordered burgers from here ages ago. They were raw. Gave them a last chance and ordered again Disgusting. Lump of burnt meat on a stale bun. Complained and the rude man tried arguing with me. Avoid.

Been ordering take aways from here for many years. It's aways consistent quality and value for money, the issue I have is that the don't offer a Deep Pan pizza. Can highly recommend.

Delicious food and courteous staff

Sorento is my favourite takeaway.They are very friendly and fantastic service and pizza and kebabs are very tasty and fresh and really good portions.

First time we have eaten from Sorento. We placed the order over the phone for delivery. The food arrived quicker than the 45 minute wait time and was piping hot. We had vegetarian pasta and a mixed kebab and both were delicious. One of the best takeaways we've had for a long time. The only niggle was that there was slightly too much iceberg lettuce in the mixed salad compared to the other ingredients but it was super fresh! Will definitely use again and happy to recommend.

I ordered a chicken kebab and was so looking forward to it. So disappointed to find I had 2 wrapped foil parcels. 1 was grilled chicken slices, and the other slices of lettuce and onion. Served with a dry pitta bread and dips. Not my idea of a chicken kebab for a Friday night treat. Will not be going back there again

Having finished work at 22.40, I knew my tea was in the balance. It was 10 minutes before a pizza called my tastebuds and the best in Manchester is made on my doorstep. Would they answer when they must be packing up for the night?...I phoned. The owner answered and took my order without hesitation and I'm now at home with my hotshot and a boner anyone would be proud of. 10/10 If you love Italian food and wonderful friendly service and have never been to Sorrento then you're missing out on perfection.

It's a nice pizza takeaway. I think that they have the right balance between quality, price and portions. It didn't take to long for them to make it. Very pleased and will revisit soon!

Excellent, well packaged, fresh, tasty, the ribs fall of the bone perfect and the sauce is just right not too sweet not too spicy, highly recommended

The food isn’t as good as it used to be. Last time I went the guy who took my order could barely understand English and I had to say ‘double cheese burger’ to him four times... And what did he give me? A double beef burger... I won’t be going there again.
