4 adults dining and the service and meal were excellent in every way, excellent fish dishes and vegetarian options. Very satisfied family meal.

We just had a lunch which was very reasonably priced but delicious.

As fairly regular visitors to Grange over Sands we always buy something to cook either at home or in our motorhome, this weekend our choice was two Lamb Henry's marinated in mint sauce. Absolutely beautiful, worthy of any fine restaurant, just lipsmackingly good.

Best cafe and bakery ever just been today 17.12.24. Excellent turkey dinner and xmas pudding...nicest I've had.

Horrendous meat and potato pie. Massively undercooked to the point of dripping water from the soggy bottom of it. Scone was warm and cream had started curdling. Average coffee. Miserable service too. Dreadful experience all round.

Disappointed. Maybe expectations were too high. Only place we have ever been where the wife disliked the Pinot - vinegary! She did enjoy her Lamb Shank though to be fair. Service was OK. My meal was OK, not brilliant, even though it was the highest price on the menu. Service on the night was excellent with pretty much all main courses being served at thd same time. However... was not amused by being told to book at least two courses each ("as we would be taking most of the place"). We had already paid a large deposit and it turned out that they had so many other customers one couple had to dine in the overflow area. Basically two of us are not really starter/sweet diners and in the end the second course I chose (cheese and biscuits) was extremely disappointing for the price. Overall - I probably wouldn't recommend, which is a shame because everywhere else we ate or drank at in the area I would definitely return to. Parking is extremely difficult so if you can walk there, I would suggest doing so.

Delicious food, friendly staff & dog friendly too. We had a lovely family lunch, the portions were so generous we had to order our desserts to go - didn’t want to miss out on the delicious cakes! Would 100% recommend.

We had another very pleasant snack here on Sunday. The staff are all really pleasant and the food is lovely. We will definitely call in again when next in Grange.

This establishment seems to have changed its name so it possibley has a new proprietor also,however this is no detriment.It’s a nice clean cafe with friendly and helpful staff.We only had coffee which was good,but there was also a good selection of cakes,sausage rolls etc.All in all a nice experience.

In the current environment is was good to see that all the best practices for keeping visitors safe were being followed .The food was well resented, well cooked and very tasty.

Small cafe with friendly staff quality ingredients used in thebreakfasts.pot of tea made at least 3 cups.would recommend
