Had amazing desserts and the ice cream was fantastic.

Was only passing through decided to stop for coffee and we're glad we did found this lovely little chocolate shop with cafe didn't buy any chocolate only used the cafe very friendly service with delicious cakes would definitely recommend a visit.

Just purchased easter 🐣 and birthday products. The chocolate is excellent and unique in many ways.

Even if you're not a chocolate lover, go in! The heady aroma of a sugar rush beckons. If you're overwhelmed by the store part, slip into the cafe and get a coffee or ice cream as you contemplate life beyond chocolate...if there is such a life. Loved it! Definitely going (went) back.

An amazing place!! A must for all chocoholics! Closed Sundays and Mondays.

We made an excellent choice to stop here for drinks. We enjoyed our drinks so much we left our paper bag under the table with our chocolate in and the staff chased us down the street to return it to us!

Chocolate shop is amazing, some of the best I’ve had. There’s a massive variety of flavours, shapes and gifts ideas. Had Easter, birthday and Christmas presents etc over the years from here.

This beautiful shop sells gorgeous chocolates but step into the back room and treat yourself to Grange’s best hot chocolate or their superb coffee, great service great place to meet friends and enjoy the treats on offer

Expensive but you get what you pay for and my goodness the cafe at choco lori is divine! Everything I’ve tried is outstanding and it makes you want to come back and try the whole menu!

A delightful experience with our grandson today. He made sure he cleared his plate. The drinks are delicious & they even brought some complimentary dog chocolates for our dog.

Had a nosey round bought a marshmallow dipped in which to me was dipped in Cadbury's milk chocolate complete rip off and do they think anyone would be stupid enough to pay £21 for two bottles one of cider and one of beer In a fancy box?

Kids had the all in hot chocolate (whipped cream, marshmallows etc), loved it. I don't like too sweet so opted for the plain hot chocolate, was amazing not too sweet really tasted of plain chocolate, hot as well (I find hot chocolate cools very quickly). Rest of menu looks great, and of course the handmade chocolates in the shop look delicious.

I can't think of a place that has more knowledge of chocolate or more ideas for you to purchase for you or your friends. The dark chocolate is fabulous, but that might be a personal preference. Great place to eat in or buy gifts. We had the Chocolate afternoon tea and it was excellent. Not for the faint hearted or non chocolate lover. We could not manage everything but they did pack up the leftover for us to enjoy later.

It sells the greatest chocolate around an the safe are great, they are so friendly an very helpful.

Looks lovely and nice people but sadly due to not having a nut free area in production line this is a no go are for people with a nut allergy. Shame - would have liked to have tried the produce.

Come for the chocolate, stay for the fondue! They do some mighty fine chocolates at Choco-Lori. Not just the usual truffles and chocolate cremes either. Planes, trains, automobiles, dogs, cats, Christmas trees. They do a whole lot of things. Candied fruits, marshmallows, brazil nuts. I could go on... More importantly is the café in the back. They do a great hot chocolate. Order one of these in a flavour of your choice and order a chocolate fondue whilst you're at it and you can't go wrong, especially on a cold day. See my photos for proof of this. I will add this... the people who work there are not the most chipper. Maybe they've been around too much chocolate to find joy in it any more. Don't let this dissuade you from visiting though if you're in Grange-Over-Sands and you like your chocolate.

Lovely little chocolate shop, I didn’t eat in the cafe just bought and assortment of chocolate product and wish I would of bought more. The chocolate is one of the best I’ve tasted, the champagne truffles and Turkish delight were amazing. I hope they set up a website so I can buy online and have it delivered.

Fabulous chocolate shop with incredibly chocolatey hot chocolate and the richest possible chocolate cake - if you like chocolate you'll love this place

I wouldn't know if this place was any good unfortunately as we tried to go in at 4.10pm and were told by the gentleman that they were no longer serving. A shame as we were planning on really spoiling ourselves and also spending in the shop, surprised that after this Lockdown small businesses can afford to turn away a party of 4......

Chocolate Afternoon Tea for Two is a MUST! A chocoholics dream! I'd say an ideal place for kids birthday parties or hen parties. Thank you!

I have stopped for a coffee & snack many times in the past and found it a lovely place to be. However, on the first visit since lockdown eased, I found the cafe layout has been changed and there is a lot less room - tables are very close together, leaving little space to move & not a lot of privacy. Also, they welcome dogs, which given there is not a lot of room for humans does not bode well (and why do cafes assume everyone likes dogs?)

Hot chocolate was amazing, soy milk available as well which I a plus for me. I had the sticky toffee pudding, my friend had the brownie sandwich and both were amazing. Definitely worth a visit if in the area!

Love this place. Children ask to go regularly and as a result of the quality of the choc I am always happy to drive the 3hour round trip just for their truffles and choc dipped strawberries

Stunning chocolate afternoon tea! A chocoholics dream but also balanced enough to feed anyone. Brioche sandwich was absolutely delicious as was everything we ate. Tea was actually the best part hilariously enough. Wonderful place.

Absolutely one of our favourite places in Grange!! Our kids love the chocolate fondue & the Chocolate Martini's are heavenly!

Sat in the cafe and was rely happy with the food we were served with. Banoffee waffles to die for and the kids enjoyed the fondue sharer. If you are passing through to get to the Lakes I highly recommend paying them a visit.

Fantastic place! The cafe was delightful and the chocolate desserts were out of this world! Very rich and beautifully made chocolate. The shop has some lovely home made truffles which should definitely be tried; all sorts of flavours to suit different tastes. Highly recommend!

Sus bombones son fantásticos, y habiendo devorado 2 bolsas entre mi familia ya estamos deseando pedir más. La chocolatería consta de una tienda y un café / bar para que pueda sentarse y disfrutar de postres increíbles o simplemente comprar chocolate.

Really adorable decor and amazing chocolate. We stopped by for chocolate dipped strawberries and a glass of Prosecco on a rainy afternoon and were not disappointed! Also noted it was was very dog friendly - they even have safe chocolate treats for the dogs.

Absolutely the most amazing salted caramel hot choc in the world. Second to none. Genuinely hands down the best. You must try to believe me ! . And i love hot chocs. So i know when its good !!!

Have been meaning to visit for some time an was not disappointed. Loved the Baileys latte and the chocolate waffle. The main problem was deciding what to have from the exciting range of goodies. Must go back!

Every flavour of chocolate you can think of. All chocolates made on the premises and beautifully presented. Helpful and very knowledgeable staff who can advise you on your purchases. Also, stay and have a drink and something to eat in the tea room attached. Fabulous chocolate scones with cream and chocolate butter - to die for! A wonderful gem of a shop!

This is my favourite shop/ cafe in grange . We always pop in for treats- today myself and daughter had a chocolate scone and chocolate soup ( wow 😮 this is amazing) We purchased homemade chips to take home - it tasted amazing 😉

A very interesting friendly chocolate shop and café.

Fantastic shop how refreshing to see a shop full of gluten free chocolates! I had a box of 12 truffles they were delicious. I also bought my family all their Easter chocs. I have shared details to my son and daughter and I'm hoping to get chocolates from here for Mother's Day, Easter and my birthday. I wouldn't go anywhere else I know they are perfectly safe from contamination and made fresh on the premises.

All things chocolate, plus a really nice flat white coffee.

Visitamos la tienda mientras estábamos alojados en Grange. Compré una caja de regalos para mis sobrinas 30 cumpleaños presente que fue muy agradable. Acabo de pedir otros cuatro en línea para regalos de Navidad. Sólo tardaron unos días en ser entregados. Bien embalado por lo que no hay daños. Ordenará de nuevo pronto.

Yo y mi pareja nos encanta ir a choco - lori. Siempre tenemos los chocolates calientes y los bollos con chocolate. Realmente lo recomiendo! Es nuestro lugar para un día libre. El personal siempre está vestido de forma inteligente y es amable y servicial si no puedes decidir. ¡También nos encanta la tienda para ver la increíble creación que han hecho ahora! Definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera!

Mientras caminas por la calle principal de Grange, no puedes evitar sentirte cautivado por el aroma del chocolate y los increíbles escaparates presentados por Choco - Lori. Si busca el mejor chocolate local con mucho para elegir, incluso para diabéticos, este es el lugar para venir. Siempre compro el chocolate de aquí para la familia y los amigos, ya que todos lo adoran.

Mi esposa y yo vinimos después de tropezar con Choco - Lori cuando estábamos en un breve descanso con nuestro hijo en los lagos. Ambos nos apetecía un chocolate caliente ya que era un día frío y los que pedimos no nos decepcionaron. También tuvimos el más increíble sandwich de brownie y helado que recomendaría encarecidamente!El servicio que recibimos fue fantástico y la tienda vende una gran variedad de golosinas para satisfacer las papilas gustativas de todos. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en la zona! !

Excellent cafe with chocolate based deserts

Stopped in for a quick pre-lunch snack, left feeling mightily stuffed and a little bit sick. Really nice chocolate related menu; including chocolate soup (nice, but a bit sickly), chocolate cream tea (very good), milkshakes (tasty) and brownie sandwich (excellent). Nice old building and friendly staff. Worth a visit.

Stopped to have a coffee in this lovey chocolate shop run by Anne and Louise. The little shop is packed with an indulgent range of hand made chocolate products. Try their fabulous chocolate fondue as you admire the traditional interior of what used to be a butchers shop.

Amazing!!! Delicious chocolate fondue made the perfect birthday breakfast! The 6 year old enjoyed the chocolate pizza too. The cafe is beautiful, put together with great attention to detail. There is a wide range of delicious chocolates and chocolatey gifts in the shop attached to the cafe also. Will be back next time we are in the area!

This little shop is a gem of chocolate, the butter toffee Brazils are a taste sensation. Definitely not for sharing so good you need to hide and eat them all yourself. The first bite is oow that's nice then as more flavour's burst on your tongue your taken to heaven by chocolate.
