I just want to give a massive shoutout to Rachel at Costa Coffee in St George’s Shopping Centre. She is always smiling and has a positive attitude that brightens my day every time I visit. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers such excellent service with a smile. Thank you 😊

Never go to this mice infested place i seen a mice crawling round when the place was shut if u dont wanna have mice droppings in u food then stay clear of this place
Visited a couple of times over the Easter weekend. Prefer this one to the other Preston spoons, much nicer traditional building with very posh toilets ! We ordered on the App both times. First time the drinks arrived in good time, followed shortly by the food, which was very tasty. Second visit, again ordered on the App. Took a while but the food eventually arrived but still no drinks. Carried on eating expecting our drinks to arrive at any time but nothing. I went to the separate bar which appeared to be just doing the App order drinks and spotted my drinks on a tray along with a dozen other trays of drinks. I asked if I could take my drinks but was told I needed to produce my receipt which I couldn't as we'd ordered on my sons phone. He did say he would get them across 'now' They arrived about ten minutes later, we'd all finished our meals by that time which is not ideal. No complaints about the food, all tasty and the pizza, which I didn't expect to be anything special was in fact as good as I've had, we all agreed. Value, as ever, is excellent
Service was appalling, we had 6 dishes; 2 Garlic bread and 4 Pizzas. 4 of the 6 were burnt to a cinder. The server was only available when running other tables drinks/food, no check backs at any point. Took 20mins to get our drinks and 90 minutes to get pizzas, 2 of which arrived 5 minutes before the final 2. The only positive was the way they resolved the bill. Had high hopes for a new independent business, evening was thoroughly ruined.
Called into Cafe Nero around 12.30 for a drink and a sit down after walking round town in the cold. I’ve never been in before. The service was very slow at the counter despite being no queue. There were no free tables to sit downstairs apart from 1. The room was busy with young men coming and going without buying drinks or food. They appeared to be sitting indoors out of the cold in between doing food deliveries on their bikes. The coffee was nice but think for a relaxing non working type of environment we will go somewhere else for a drink in future.
Seems to have improved a lot. I hadn't been for a while as it wasn't very good the last time I visited. I recently went in as a last minute plan and was pleasantly surprised. Looks like there may have been new staff taken on.
All the tables were clean and tidy. The food came out hot and to a good standard. Good value for money.
Not good at all. The place needs a deep clean. The table and cutlery were filthy. The floor was covered in scraps of food but they had only just opened. The toilet was filthy.
Food took ages and was worse than a cheap ready meal, really bland and tasteless. Nope. Avoid.
Easily one of the best pizzerias in Preston.
The website is easy to navigate with simple listings for every item
As for the pizzas, perfect thin base, cooked to perfection with ample toppings. The meat feast is my personal favourite and would highly recommend. The garlic breads have just the right amount of garlic without completely overpowering the rest of the food.
Quick delivery times and food is delivered piping hot. (Granted I only live 3.5 miles away!)
Not had a bad pizza yet and this is my go to pizza place for preston.
Ordered spicy burger with chips and and a spicy burger, like always very tasty and on point, pizza was made to how I wanted it, the chicken was nice and tender, burgers were the best I’ve had, would always recommend to family and friends
