Terrible. Ordered online, waited until the end of the estimated delivery time (which was ridiculously long), they said it had been delivered when it clearly hadn’t and phone like was showing as busy. Waited for nothing and have had to assume it won’t be turning up, complete waste of time.

Constantly don't send the full order and when you phone to tell them they speak to you like your in the wrong, even worse when u order through the app your order is in black and white infront of them

I rang up about one of the pizzas that I couldn’t customise online and Callum helped me out was so happy with it! Couldn’t recommend them more

Cuando llegué a casa, su hijo me aconsejó que la comida era corta. Volvió al restaurante para solicitar un reemplazo. Cuando entré en la tienda, el tipo que estaba detrás del mostrador que me había atendido anteriormente estaba involucrado en una acalorada discusión con otro cliente que también se quejaba de haber recibido solo la mitad de los artículos que había pedido. Cuando solicité un reemplazo, el chico se mostró realmente agresivo y dijo que había ordenado una comida de pollo de tres piezas. Le aseguré que no lo hice. Le pregunté si él era el Gerente y él lo negó, sin embargo, 2 guardias de seguridad confirmaron que era el gerente de socorro. Nunca he experimentado un servicio tan abismal jamás. El nombre del chico es Nico. Aconsejaría a cualquiera que tenga la intención de usar este lugar para verificar su orden antes de irse.

The barista with the blonde bob working at 10.30 on Wednesday 17th April was horrendously rude to me. She needs a disciplinary as she shouldn’t be speaking to customers as if they are less than; pulling a face when I brought a reusable cup despite the company preaching environmental values, replying with snappy remarks, talking down her nose at me and purposefully making my drink wrong. I don’t think anyone deserves that treatment over a coffee. So disappointing as this is my usual coffee shop & the rest of the team are so lovely !

This shop used to be amazing ! Bu recently and new staff it’s such a bad atmosphere to be in. The young man in today was on his phone with his gloves on ! And still continue to serve with the same gloves. The way he was speaking to customers and his colleagues was terrible awfull attitude

Ordered sumac and a noodle dish. Both were fresh and cooked just right. Steaming hot and tasty. Not happy with the £3.00 delivery for less than a mile and 50 p service charge. Overall great food

Called in for a cappuccino and a cake. We both had a cappuccino each and shared a Danish pastry. Service was friendly, big queue so it took some time. Coffee was ok so was the pastry.

Wanted to go to the chip shop in St Johns food court,but sadly it is now closed so went here instead.There was a single member of staff who took lack of enthusiasm to world class standards.Food looked to be part cooked and then warmed up when required.Hot dog was very poor quality and not particularly warm,but the chips were passable.Meal deal was good value,but I would think twice before returning.

shop clean walk in customer , got 2 4 1 offer, manager chatting to me relaxed and focused , great guy all staff seemed professional well run store the food was amazing , as a pizza chef myself i gotta give it 10 / 10 taste and ingredients so flavoursome well done
