KFC in Liverpool

Anyone using this dodgy place BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered a Mighty Bucket for my son today at approx 5:15 pm. When I got home Son advised the meal was short. Went back to restaurant to request a replacement. When I entered the store the guy behind the counter who previously served me was engaged in a heated argument with another customer also complaining about received only half of the items he had ordered. When I requested a replacement the Guy was really agressive stating I had ordered a three piece chicken meal. I assured him I did not. I asked him if he was the Manager which he denied he was, however 2 security guards confirmed he was the relief manager. I have never experienced such abysmal service ever. The Guy's name is Nico. I would advise any one intending to use this place to check their order before leaving.

We decided to try to order through Just Eat again in case them putting lettuce in my burger was a one of. The chicken was delivered and it was cold, dry over cooked and disgusting. I phoned the shop to give them the chance to replace it and the man I spoke to couldn't have cared less. No customer service they just don't care. I strongly suggest you either put your money down the grid or go to a branch that doesn't think serving rubbish food is acceptable.

I dont know why KFC have changed their fries, these thicker ones are awfuland full of black bad bits

We ordered through 'just eat' & on the order I put no lettuce on the zinger burger as my wife is allergic to lettuce. The burger came covered in lettuce, when we got in touch with just eat & the store, there attitude was ' tough' there is nothing we can do, we don't re deliver & we don't refund, the best is 25 percent off the next order which is useless as we won't be ordering again, I am just glad my wife did not bite into it otherwise we would be waiting for an ambulance, the only remotely human & who showed any form of concern was Haffes,please excuse spelling, at KFC customer service who is forwarding our complaint

All I can say is the food was not very fresh. We ordered quite a large order, waited a while to be served, waited for the order then got home for half to be cold. Staff were pleasant enough.

Some staff are friendly but not all, quality of food seems to have gone right down. Toilets aren't very clean and have a awful smell. Won't be visiting this restaurant again anytime soon.

the meals are fab and the staff are great too would recommend the family bucket great value and you get a bottle of soft drink with it

Haven't been here for yonks but we fancied some chicken so called in. Good to see that it was still as tasty, prices gone up but still reasonable.

Always had fresh food from this KFC and they have always gotten my order right here (I feel like most KFCs have an unwritten law for their staff to never get your order 100% right) It's not in the nicest of areas but the staff are mostly always nice & friendly. Seating area can come in handy if you want to take a seat inside, just check if there's any idiots in there first to be honest!

Se você está com pressa nada como uma comida rápida entre um passeio e outro. Então o KFC está ali para rapidamente lhe atender e com o padrão usual de todas as suas franquias.

Everything was improved. Buckets were correct. Service was better but now perfect. Parking can be a pain

love kfc but west derby road one is the best as they are all different as i am a bit fussy i was disappointed in the new st johns kfc
