Disgusting soggy scallops never tasted soggy batter like it no gravy with the fish dinner fish wasn't cook propley an to top it of a piece of snot on the fish dinner I've binned the food threw up calling food safety tommorow worst food experience of my life

Worst chippy ever. It’s in a busy area but visited at 9.45pm on a Saturday and sausage, no fish, no pies and not even any chips available. - it’s a Friday night and in a busy area. Excuse was we close at 10pm - which in itself is ridiculous for the area it is in Made me wait 2 mins before informing me they didn’t have anything

Complete chaos on arrival, staff rude and unwelcoming, made to feel a nuisance, in addition to this was overcharged and food was on the pricy side. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately!

Heard mixed reviews on this shop and today thought i would give it a go and so happy that i did, served by two lovely ladies who couldnt be more helpful and friendly 1 took the order and by the time she had finished the other had already started it waited no longer than 5 minutes and was back out the shop and that was even with the chinese meal ordered ( chicken in chilli & garlic amazing btw) - will deffinitly recommend to others and cant wait to come back already as you dont get many shops with customer service that good My new favourite chippy

I have visited this place on 2 occasions and ordered the same thing twice and have been charged more than the price on the menu 1st time 20% more 2nd time 25% more If you visit here I advise you to have more money with you to pay the higher price than stated on the menu

This has got to be one of the worst kebabs I have ever had. I knew from the onset once walking into the shop it would be bad. But this is terrible. The establishment is all over the place, they look like they are trying to be 'healthy' but they definitely are not. I will not be frequenting this establishment again.

82/86 Lord Streetfood was not delivered called, courier twice said he was here they weren't, and after 25mins of waiting the app said food was delivered( it hasn't)

197 Westminster Rd11 quid for large shish. Id expect a fresh nan not a potter for this price. Salad was nice Donner meat was nice. Chips nothing special

263-267 Rice LaneService was slow and it seemed like all staff were rushed off their feet completing multiple jobs due to low staffing levels. The most thing i found disgraceful was appearance. As someone who has worked in hospitality a long time, personal hygiene and appearance is key. Watching a manager who's shirt was un-tucked, grease/stains all over it and going from packing orders to the kitchen cooking and flipping in-between without washing his hands was a concern and something that needs addressing by higher management. I get things may happen throughout the shift but at least put an apron on and cover it so customers cannot see it. Definitely won't be visiting this one again.
