Costa - Hope Street in Liverpool

Llamado para un capuchino y un pastel. Ambos tomamos un capuchino cada uno y compartimos un pastel danés. El servicio era amable, gran cola, así que tomó un tiempo. El café estaba bien, así como la pastelería.

Nice stop in for breakfast on a very icy morning. Croissant was lovely and the coffee very welcome. Service a little bit random. Nearly didn't get the decaf I ordered. Good spot for a brew.

Llamado para tomar un café rápido después de visitar el mercado Makers cercano. Tenía nuestro capuchino habitual, delicioso, personal amable, sonriente y servicial. fabuloso.

Visito Costa más o menos todos los días en Allerton y West Derby y, en general, recibo un buen servicio. Una vez a la semana, cuando trabajo en el centro de la ciudad, ¡tengo la desafortunada experiencia de visitar Costa - Hope Street! ! El personal es muy grosero y extremadamente vago cuando se hacen bebidas. No preparan las bebidas de la forma en que están entrenados o se supone que deben hacer. En cambio, los hacen de la manera más rápida posible para no interrumpir sus propias conversaciones. ¡Tres visitas consecutivas no son una coincidencia! Mala actitud y mala gestión!

Sad to see another Hope St venue conform to the mainstream. Okay coffee, okay service, but do you really belong here???

I visit this costa coffee most days it's always great, but today the normally sound guy with the ponytail was showing off......there was an new girl working today. I asked her for no sugar, then no gom, then no syrup, then rocky comes over to tell me that I have to go over there to get it myself....I was saying I didn't want it? so then he says only ice ones get syrup...I said they are ice ones?. so he was fumin then and says to the girl "it's not you're fault you can't be expected to learn everything" I thought what?? I was totally polite....then the guy slams down two coffees on the table so the new Spanish girl thought he was hard, totally unnecessary, pure cringe I'm going to have to go to Starbucks in future.

Quick service, staff pleasant. This place closes at 7.00 pm. Layout as per norm and was quiet when we went at 645 pm

When I started to make my order the barista (who was the manager) held her hand up for me to stop talking and continued to talk to another colleague. After finishing her conversation she proceeded to acknowledge me with ‘right, go on then...’ to which I gave my order. Also, the caramel latte and americano, I ordered were horrible... watery and couldn’t taste the caramel at all. Would not recommend! Awful customer service and it wasn’t even busy!
