Constantly don't send the full order and when you phone to tell them they speak to you like your in the wrong, even worse when u order through the app your order is in black and white infront of them

Well where do i start? Ordered a delivery option on 14th august at 2 pm ish to be delivered 5.45 . Meal arrived 5.55 so not a problem. The food was in fact the worst takeaway I have ever had . BBQ sauce on the ribs was very thin and completely tasteless. The spring rolls were soggy and the filling was mushy ( old) . The 2 main course meals both contained chicken which were both slimy in texture , weird in taste and the sauces for them were dreadful. Even the sides of boiled & fried rice were sub standard . Everything went in the bin and really disappointed with everything. I followed protocol in contacting the on line tool when ordering for complaints but as of yet no correspondence to say they have received or in fact dealing with my complaint. Completely your choice obviously , but if I were you , avoid !!

Steer clear of ordering online if u don't mind waiting 2 hours for Luke warm meal, and I only love 5 mins away, and if any high and almighty reacts , I was too ill to pick up delivery, Taco Bells more reliable and better food

Waited over 90 minutes for our order, then when we finally got our order is was completely the wrong order, someone else’s meal entirely. No reconciliation from the take away. Disgusting service

Ordered 2 sausage dinners, portion of samosas, portion of spring rolls. Waited 50 minutes for delivery and on opening the second box all there was was chips/gravy, no sausage/peas. Wife called them and was told a replacement sausage dinner was on its way and when driver gets here he will take the chips/gravy away.

Got to be the most expensive chippy in the area £2.40 for chip £1-20 for a sausage get the same out of Kirkby fast Good for A lot less should continue to use mask as there clearly Robbing the public with there prices

I wouldn't go anywhere else we ordered a few different meals and all of them were spot on special fried rice was gorgeous ribs had loads of meat on and every meal tasted so fresh

Delivered on time for a takeaway, but led to food poisoning by the 1/4 aromatic duck, not sure if this is common but I was not very happy.

Excellent quality food for a more than affordable price - it’s our new local Chinese and we will definitely be calling in often!

I was absolutely disgusted. There was a long black hair in my three meat meal. I will NEVER order from here again 🤮

Made an order waited 40 minutes and then had an email to say "your order has been cancelled. The restaurant tried to call you to confirm the order but you did not answer" that is total crap....nobody tried to ca me and I won't be using you you again.

Bought a banquet for my husbands birthday the food was amazing arrived on time and was very hot, beef black bean very tasty chicken satay especially nice salt pepper chips to die for extremely pleasant meal that was thoroughly enjoyable. Curry samosa parcel are the best.

I tried this place by chance a few months ago... it’s lovely and the staff are polite and spot on Can not recommenced their salt and pepper squid highly enough (it’s a must) Also their prawn toast is not like I’ve had before (twice as thick as normal - like doorstep prawn toast) - see what you think!! This is all I have tried 3 times over 4/5 months - once I try someone else, I will let you know

This has to be one of the best chinese restaurant. Food is so tasty, loads of flavours. Big portions, and loads to choose from. Staff are lovely.

The food from here is always to restaurant standards. Big portions and very tasty. It is also relatively cheap too which is another added bonus. It does get very busy though and getting a delivery can sometimes be a nightmare but other than that I thoroughly recommend this takeaway x
