All round pleasurable experience today. Sunday lunch was excellent. Fresh, hot, plentiful food with thoughtful little added extras. Served by friendly, efficient volunteers. We will be back!

Such a lovely little pub. We went on a night when there was an awards ceremony happening so it was packed but felt very homely. The drinks were nice. Would definitely go again.

The service was wonderful and very fast! The food was delicious and served seemingly immediate from being cooked. Will hopefully visit again soon.

Mediocre at its best. Cauliflower like rocks that can break teeth. Roast dinner was like it had just been in the microwave. Bobbed in a whim as we're staying up here upon more glowing reviews I'd read I'm sorry but I can't reflect on the same experience other have. I myself had the fish n chips upgraded to have scampi and bread and butter scampi pieces had no filling and they forgot the bread. I asked for it and got it but feel like a bit more care could have been taken. Sorry but I'm being honest in my review and think I have scored you fairly for your attempt.

Unfortunately they don't do breakfast and the nearest place is a pain to get too. Dinner is fine, big selection.

Una estancia de dos noches en Lancaster llegó a su fin, mi hermano gemelo y yo lo pasamos muy bien, estábamos esperando en la estación de tren de Lancaster para tomar nuestro tren de vuelta a Liverpool y con tiempo de sobra nos dejamos caer en este Costa Coffee en la estación, hemos estado aquí antes, siempre lo pasamos bien y así lo demostró en nuestra última visita a aquí. Un gran café de aspecto, el interior es magnífico, decoración y mobiliario típicos de Costa Coffee, mostradores de servicio con frente de vidrio muestran las golosinas que se ofrecen y hay un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este café tanto dentro como fuera con vistas a la concurrida y bulliciosa estación de tren. Pedimos un café blanco plano cada uno, estos se sirvieron humeantes calientes, nos relajamos y pasamos los dos grandes días que habíamos disfrutado en esta linda ciudad. Un gran fanático del café servido en Costa Coffee, su café blanco plano es uno de mis favoritos, consiste en todos sus puntos de venta. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestro café aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz como en cualquier otra visita a aquí nos lo pasamos muy bien. Este Costa Coffee es fácil de encontrar en la estación de tren de Lancaster. El horario de apertura es; De lunes a sábado, de 6 am a 7 . 30 pm. Domingo, 9 am a 5 pm. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

Great place to go for a relaxing drink staff brilliant beer garden amazing

Exceptional food, great service - worked like clockwork. The chefs on our Great Britain XVII tour delivered top class meals. Ranging from the super grill breakfasts to well thought out and superbly presented lunch/dinners. Four courses using local produce, with imaginative starters, mains, pudding and cheese. Our dining servers were polite, extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Tables were always smart, cloths and napkins always refreshed. They must have covered many miles back and forth serving our meals and keeping us watered. Well done everyone and thank you.
