Costa Coffee in Lancaster

Una estancia de dos noches en Lancaster llegó a su fin, mi hermano gemelo y yo lo pasamos muy bien, estábamos esperando en la estación de tren de Lancaster para tomar nuestro tren de vuelta a Liverpool y con tiempo de sobra nos dejamos caer en este Costa Coffee en la estación, hemos estado aquí antes, siempre lo pasamos bien y así lo demostró en nuestra última visita a aquí. Un gran café de aspecto, el interior es magnífico, decoración y mobiliario típicos de Costa Coffee, mostradores de servicio con frente de vidrio muestran las golosinas que se ofrecen y hay un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este café tanto dentro como fuera con vistas a la concurrida y bulliciosa estación de tren. Pedimos un café blanco plano cada uno, estos se sirvieron humeantes calientes, nos relajamos y pasamos los dos grandes días que habíamos disfrutado en esta linda ciudad. Un gran fanático del café servido en Costa Coffee, su café blanco plano es uno de mis favoritos, consiste en todos sus puntos de venta. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestro café aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz como en cualquier otra visita a aquí nos lo pasamos muy bien. Este Costa Coffee es fácil de encontrar en la estación de tren de Lancaster. El horario de apertura es; De lunes a sábado, de 6 am a 7 . 30 pm. Domingo, 9 am a 5 pm. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

I would just like to say that the two staff members this morning where very helpful the service was great. I spit my drink outside and they were so quick to help clean it up and re make my drink for me. Good service isn't recognised enough. Thanks again 🙏

Due to circumstances beyond my control I ended up stranded on platform 4 of Lancaster station. While waiting for a delayed train I went into the Costa located on the platform. Though the member of staff was (apparently) a trainee she was very efficient, polite and friendly. There was one customer who was special needs in the queue and she made him feel that he was more than welcome to be there with her bubbly personality. Like most Costas it is not cheap but the staff created an atmosphere that was welcoming and worth the extra to pay.

Our train was cancelled and I was feeling a bit travel sick from sitting on the rail replacement bus. Only one staff member on duty when we arrived but she was perfectly calm and unflappable. Toasting sandwiches, making coffee and heating porridge. Plus she was super friendly. The cafe itself is much bigger than expected and has some lovely comfy seating at the very back.

The three staff were pleasant and the ham and cheese toasted sandwich delicious. Cage had a good range and seating on the platform. So atmospheric.

Having just spent £20 on drinks in Costa, the server approached our seats to inform me I hadn't paid for a squirt of cream that they put on my 4 year old daughter's milk so I needed to go immediately to the till... I went to use the toilet facilities on the platform and whilst gone the server approached my partner asking where I was and that there was no toilets there? Very odd behaviour and having spent alot of money in there to be subject to this rediculous behaviour I most certainly won't be returning to any Costa establishment!!!
