Personal muy amable, lugar limpio y ordenado, buena calidad de la comida. El menú ofrece los favoritos de todos y algunas sorpresas, el nuevo miso udon es una gran adición. Los precios son muy buenos también. Una gran desventaja es que te servirán en bandejas de plástico de un solo uso o tazones de papel incluso si comes.

Really well considered menu choices, plenty for veggies to enjoy and quite simply a pleasure to dine there. Service very attentive without being in your face. Really couldn't fault it. I will be back! Soon!

A lovely find with a friendly atmosphere, although a little quiet when I popped in on spec on a cold wet January day. There’s a great range of cakes, delicatessen products, cheeses, wines etc and the coffee was delicious. All maybe a tad overpriced. One Pastel del Nata £2.50, no discount for 2, but very tasty. ♿️The premises themselves are fairly accessible with one small step in from a wide pavement. Lots of manoeuvring room between tables. Sadly the toilet/washroom is down some narrow steps so could present accessibility issues to some walking people as well as those using a wheelchair.

The girls serving were so attentive. Wonderful service. Food was delicious and well priced. The atmosphere was great, it was loud but you could have a conversation fine. Very pleasant experience overall

Good choice of beers, well kept efficient helpful pleasant staff. Highly recommend when visiting Lancaster

Bad manners first time at kanteena but great place

Visited here again, it is ok, very average, the pasta sauce was quite meaty tasting, which was surprising for a tomato based sauce. It was an arrabettia sauce, but very little meat and just filled with baby tinned tomatoes.

Not what I ordered. If you can't mix dishes on the menu (i.e. different sauce with different meat but everything on the menu) then you should've informed when ordering.

Pretty sure this place is permanently closed

Fried chicken was good and got free chips and gravy. Massively appreciated!
