I think we're addicted, there's genuinely something for everyone, with only one member of the house liking spicy food we'd never been till 'Eric' day, now we keep going back. Pizzas, kebab boxes, wraps and burgers are all perfect. And the service is even better.

Superb tikka calzone. Generous portion of tikka sauce & delivered 1 hour earlier than the given time. Perfect.

very pleased with my order, even better with the discount on tonight. i ordered knowing it would be longer due to the amazing offer they had on for the community but i was very pleased that even with this on it came 30 minutes early. keep up the good work you do everyone proud, have a good Christmas sultans

Packaging of food was terrible. Curry Sauce and grease dripping out of the cardboard box and all over my carpet once delivery driver had passed it over. Burger bun was soggy and burger burnt.

I got the wrong order but after 4 hours!

ordered vindaloo, it was nt spicy at all,chicken was mushy,won't be using them again

Put an offer on and then can deliver between nearly 3 hours.leave it if you have kids as they will go hingry before bed!!

Order placed at 4.55pm with an estimate delivery of 6.45pm-7.05pm. Actual delivery time was 8pm. Update text service did not work, tried ringing restaurant 6 times to no answer.

I ordered today at 4:55pm for mine and my kids tea it took over 3 hours to get here. You can get to London in the time it took. The food was poor chips were soggy

missed a item if my last order so left a note on this one and the staff made sure my whole order was sorted out which is just amazing, thank you so much we really enjoyed the food

It took over 2 hours to deliver and when it arrived it was soggy luke warm and not worth the money spent or time waited. The dogs enjoyed a good supper. Never again.

it has been 3 hours and I still haven't received my food I understand that it is busy but 3 hour wait is a bit too long ans still not recieved food...

They stated that it would arrive between 7:25 and 7:45 however I believe that this is to give them enough time that we can’t complain as it is still technically ‘early’, when our food arrived it came cold and tasted as if it had been sat on the side for a while. I don’t know whether that is because the driver delivered multiple orders before ours or if it was sat on the side in the shop until they got enough orders to send the driver out. It was quite disappointing.

for the price very poor.. sweaty chips,and a salad that was just lettuce..

Food was great , even thougn there was a 40% off offer on so obviously going to be very busy it was delivered pretty much on time and was hot and very tasty as always

Once again they put themselves under tremendous pressure by offering a fabulous deal! Even though the food took 3 hours to come it was definitely worth the wait. Sultan Experience are without doubt this areas number one takeaway!! Well done Team Sultan 👍❤️

we've bought kebabs here plenty along with the sultan of lancaster, and both are getting worse with their wraps. bought a mix kebab wrap, added sauce (extra 50p even though it advertises to choose one as if free), says you have a choice of rice or chips, and even when we've requested in the past, no rice, just chips. and finally, the double up option? same wrap, 2 price choices, +1.70 or +2.50 and I'm telling you all, even after i called them to double check it meant double beef.. no change...

Options are how late is it … up to one hour being the worst . It’s been 3 hours now and still nothing . 4 children starving now at 8.30pm. Night is ruined . Called twice to be told it would take too long to see how long it would be due to so many orders on Black Friday deal . Shocking service . Go to gizmos

absolutely amazing food tonight, I was in food heaven and had to speak to the lovely girl on the phone, her name was Isabel I think, she was soo friendly and so much help. Staff at the minute is brilliant and wish them all the best. 5Stars

Amazing!! My chicken tikka was the nicest curry iv ever had!

The food was great as always but 4 stars because they seem to have changed the gravy recipe and now it's spicey? I feel like I'm eating spicey KFC gravy. It's not good in my opinion my mouth is on fire. It's a small thing but at the same time quite off putting. The ingredients of the gravy need to at least be listed if you are going to be adding spices and such because what if someone was allergic? Won't be getting the gravy again unless they get rid of the spice it wasn't needed to be honest.

Food never arrived. No response as to why it’s late. Already said a 1.5 hour waiting time, which is fine but it’s 2.5 hours later. App says ‘delivered’ which I HATE because it has not.

We waited 2 hours for the food, that was only warm. Part of the order was missing. After phoning, was told they would send the missing meal out straight away, which took another 45 minutes!

Sadly arrived cold which was a first for this usually excellent outlet.

cold food milkshake was more like flavoured milk it was melted nearly 90mins late rang em at 9pm was told it was 4mins away rang back at 10pm was told same again and they hung up on me

Normally we love sultans but tonight’s food came the naan bread and onion barges were cold and soggy. The chips were cold and the curry was like a pool of oil. Very disappointed!

Where to start🤩 The cheesy garlic naan was 10/10, the chicken Donner sizzler was amazing aswell as the donner and chips, it came 30 minutes early with everything fresh and hot😍 the sauces are the best and don’t get me started on the super thick milkshakes🤤 💯

Food is absolutely amazing, always fresh. I would highly recommend, they always go above and beyond for every single order. Definitely put their customers first and always give to the community. They deserve all the appreciation and more! Sultan is an outstanding business run by a great team 👏

Outstanding customer service. There was a problem with the delivery, as the restaurant was overwhelmed with a crazy amount of orders due to a promotion they were running. They couldn't fulfill the order and gave me a full refund. To my surprise, and delight, they brought us our order the next night for free by way of an apology. Above and beyond and very much appreciated. Food was delicious too. An impressive response to a challenging evening for them.

When we placed the order it said delivery time within an hour. Upon ordering this changed to 3.5 hours and the food was then delivered 4 hours after ordering. We were also disappointed that you only get 3 chicken tenders. There wasn’t an option to pick how many we wanted

Ordered at 6:10pm and was given an estimated time of 9:35-9:55pm, it’s now 00:23 and the food hasn’t shown up what a joke, can’t even get through on the phone so I could’ve made some other food if I had known it wasn’t going to show up.

Sultans are the best around, I wasn’t aware of the 90% off deal yesterday which obviously meant they were very busy when I missed my order. Tonight I received my full order for Free! It was all fresh and piping hot, the customer service was absolutely top notch! I will definitely be back again 👌 Thanks again

Ordered for delivery asap. Gave an estimated delivered 3 hours and 40 minutes later. Then never arrived 25 minutes after the due time. Starving all night, so we called 6 times with no one picking up. Disgraceful! Good food from them in the past, but this service is shameful

First time ordering from here and it won't be the last. Collection was on time to the minute (even though they had a ridiculous promotion on meaning it was ridiculously busy). Staff were friendly and polite. Food was hot and well presented. The taste was phenomenal. I will be ordering from here again in the future.

Lovely food as always, was a bit of a wait but that was to be expected with the promotional offer they were running. Food was still delivered within the provided time-frame. Very happy :)
