The food was very good and the environment was also very good

If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. I can’t wait to come back again! Customer satisfaction on point!✨🤌🏼

Food was lovely as always but waited over 2 hours for delivery thats just too long.

Burger bun was soggy, I guess from the grease of the burger. It was very tasty though.. the chips were tasty too. Ordered a margarita pizza which was quite overdone.

Food cold as delivered to early also wouldn’t allow me to use the £8 off as said I had already reemdemed when I hadn’t so I would like a refund.

Absolutely fantastic place to order from, prices may look expensive but the food quality and the taste is incredible! Large portion and is miles better than your ‘ local cheap ‘ takeaway.

Ordered a smash burger by phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, when I arrived after 20mins I then had to wait another half hour. When I got home they had got everything about the order wrong and it was inedible, straight in the bin!

Amazing food as usual best food in town would not eat anywhere else

Ordered a deep fried chicken wrap expressing no cheese. Husband ordered a smash burger no salad or onion. This was done over the phone as opposed to on an app. We were told to collect in 25 min which we did. Waited a further 25 minutes (which wouldn't have been too much of a problem had the food been what we actually ordered) my chicken was not coated and was covered in cheese. My husbands burger was covered in salad and onion. Couldn't eat either.

Lovely food as always. Everything arrived boiling hot. The lamb chops are something else :) always a pleasure!

Took 2 hours to come & 30 mins later than expected. Onion bahjis really burnt, not keen on most of the food and left it. Burger was good.

2 hours over and still not delivered. Ridiculous.

First of all, as much as I understand that it was an offer day and loads of order would've flooded in the order screen, waiting for an order for two hours is just too much of a frustration to take in. my initial wait time itself was a turn off which lasted for more than 90 mins. And then I'd reach out to restaurant just for them to tell me that the order would take another 30 mins. Really disappointed with the delivery this time.

Ordered this evening, communication was brilliant as i did ask about the delivery times due to the 40% off offer, It came hot and tasted lovely. Full bellys all round. We will be back thank you Sultan! 😊

Amazing food from sultan again. Just what the doctor ordered whilst feeling poorly the milkshakes are out of this world. I’ve never had a bad meal. The staff are amazing & always go above & beyond. I would highly recommend.

Lovely and tasty. Could still do with a little more chicken in it. I said this in my last review but I was ignored and now I have a protein imbalance 😸

Delivery was slightly later than initially expected, but they did notify and it was only 10 minutes after. Food was overall good, although the chicken wings were quite stringy and the fries were cold and a little undercooked. Food tastes good though and good value for money.

First time we've ever had an issue with here. didn't put as big an order as usual in and the quality just wasn't there unfortunately. The garlic bread was near cold and dry, the chips were nearly cold and dry/rubbery, the crispy chicken wasn't cooked enough, the lamb chops were chewy and I found a string of plastic in the egg fried rice. Very disappointing tonight sadly

Sultan special was tasty, nice portion size. Milkshake was also nice and the fried chicken wrap was nice too. However the garlic bread was inedible, was way too over cooked and too hard to chew. This was disappointing.

Back in Lancaster and had to try the best place there is. Massive portions, and the lads threw in extra chips and a new on the menu fried chicken, above and beyond. Massive credit to the guy who served me a gentleman 👏

This was our first time ordering from here and we were very pleased with the quality and quantity of food we got. As it was we didn't realise the sauces were on the food as we would of preferred these separate as we were sharing Sals box meal. unfortunately one person couldn't eat much as they don't like overly spiced sauces. But we couldn't fault the pizza or garlic bread- flavoursome and a nice texture. Will use these again for future takeouts.

it would of been 5 stars but i ordered garlic mayo on the kebab with chips but they sent a spicy sauce which i didnt really enjoy

Had the most heart warming and amazing experience. Went with friends in the evening and the food was absolutely amazing, arrived quickly too! Chef made an error in the order but then provided us with additional free food to make up for it, so incredibly sweet!

Order at 8pm didn’t get my two drinks and cheesecake till 10:10 was meant to be delivered at 9:40. Takes over 2 hours for two drinks and a cheesecake it’s ridiculous and the drinks was melted. I also rang the restaurant and they just said it was with the drive when I was asking where it was. The drinks tased nice but a shame they was melted. If I could give less then one start on delivery I would. Not happy at all.

Absolutely perfect food, the lamb chops are phenomenal and the Sal Special was 10/10 too. Delivered a lot quicker than it advertised, maybe 20 mins early which was great. Deffo order again soon.

Valentines day expected it to be a bit late but not over 1 and half hours, if they had told me this the first time I rang I would have said no worries just send the order tomorrow night instead. Eventually turned up (2 more phone calls later) with extras as an apology but we had gone past hungry by then, gutted as this is our go to take away.

This used to be one of my favourite restaurants with excellent food ad service, today - not only was my food 45 minutes late, they forgot my drinks. Poor service and delivery. I will order elsewhere here on.
