Sultan Experience in Lancaster

Fried chicken was good and got free chips and gravy. Massively appreciated!

Had an awful experience yesterday. Ordered Tikka Pizza- very dry- literally just chicken tikka pieces and cheese- the overall pizza was soo dry. Also order fried chicken pieces (photo attached). The fried chicken was oily and on the top of it the coating one of the pieces was partially not there. Certainly not the type food one expects. Also, used Morecambe eats app to place the order. The experience was bad as the order status is not updated and had to call the restaurant several times to enquire the status as the order was to be delivered between 8.15-30- sadly it was delivered at 9.15. one of the worst takeaway experience. Most of the food had to be binned bcoz of the poor state and quality.

Order was late, cold and items were missing - not impressed!

The order was ment to be between 21.05 and 21.25 it arrived at 21.45. I ordered at 20.00. The app said the order is on route and then derliverd at 21.20, I waited 5 minutes and then called the shop, the lad on the phone apologised and then told me my order was still at the shop and will be here soon. Unhappy customer!!! The phone was hot and very nice though!

Lovely meal, as always, although we were given the wrong order- we ordered two mixed kebabs and received a different chicken based dish. Polite staff despite receiving the wrong order.

Sunny, the delivery person, was incredibly friendly and punctual. He arrived right on time with a big smile, making the whole experience even better. He handled the food with care and made sure everything was in perfect condition. It’s always nice to have someone like Sunny who adds a personal touch to the delivery service!

Good food and milkshakes are best around

I have tried other products from this establishment Amazing Grill option . This week, I thought I would try the doner Kebab this was disgusting , It smell very odd - very gritty and to much oil . I would go again, but strongly not get the doner kebab as it was disgusting 🤮🤮🤮

First time here …. bit of a wait for a collection but staff were very polite and apologetic. Very, very busy place, especially with deliveries, and I understand why……. food was excellent, thank you !!! Definitely will be back.

So over 3 hours since I placed the order and the food arrived stone cold and totally inedible the curry had spilt all in the bottom of the bag and the box meal looked like something that had come out of a bin. The wrong drinks delivered and the wrong rice so overall not the best first experience

Ordered at 6.15,was due at 7.55,at 8.15 I asked for text update,nothing.Phoned restaurant at 8.45,eventually got through.was told they are really busy driver was going to leave shortly which will mean my order will arrive after 9pm,so nearly 3hrs from ordering.I don’t understand why they don’t stop taking orders if they cannot fulfil delivery within a reasonable time of estimated time.I suggest you use another restaurant,poor customer service,I will never order again.

Ordered a Sultans tonight. Sal is good friends with my partner so he gave us some free fried chicken to try. Hot Chick Burger with 2 pieces of fried chicken. Love fried chicken and was keen to try the new menu but wasn’t able to order it. Absolutely unreal!! I highly recommend people to try it, and the gravy that comes with it is amazing! 5 out of 5 from me!

1/5 - AVOID SULTHAN EXPERIENCE LANCASTER AT ALL COSTS! I'm still fuming as I write this review, and I'm not sure where to even begin. I ordered food from Sulthan Experience Lancaster at 5pm, expecting a decent dining experience. What I got was a masterclass in incompetence and utter disregard for customer satisfaction. It took a whopping 8 hours for my order to arrive, and that's only because I had to go to the store myself to sort out the mess. When I called them at 10pm to inquire about the status of my order, they had the audacity to tell me that it had been sent out at 8pm. I was furious, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to 1am, my order finally arrives, and I'm expecting a half-hearted apology or some sort of compensation for the ridiculous delay. But no, the delivery driver just hands me the food with a shrug, like it's no big deal. But the cherry on top was when I decided to visit the store the next day to express my dissatisfaction. The staff told me that my order had been LOST. Yes, you read that right. Lost. As in, they had no idea where it was or what had happened to it. The same order that they claimed had been sent out at 8pm. The level of miscommunication, disorganization, and sheer ineptitude is staggering. It's clear that Sulthan Experience Lancaster has no regard for their customers' time, patience, or satisfaction. The fact that they can't even get their delivery system right is a testament to their lack of professionalism and attention to detail. To anyone considering ordering from Sulthan Experience Lancaster, let this be a warning: you're taking a huge risk. The food may be decent, but the service is an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and take your business (and your appetite) elsewhere. UPDATE: I'll be surprised if the management even bothers to respond to this review, let alone take any concrete steps to address the issues I've raised. But hey, a customer can dream, right?

The food was delicious & there was plenty of it! However, if I had of known it would take 2.5hrs to arrive and that I would have had to microwave it when it arrived then I wouldn’t have ordered. I appreciate that they were so apologetic due to it being super busy, and that they gave us free drinks, but I do think it’s quite common for this to happen at the Sultan and therefore they require more staff to help with this, otherwise they will just keep getting negative reviews. Thanks ☺️

Ordered a takeaway this evening, and it was nothing short of incredible (as always). We opted for a mixed kebab and the Sal Special, which is THE best combination meal I have ever had. The quality of the food is exceptional, and the service we received was faultless. These guys know exactly what they are doing and I couldn’t recommend them any more highly. Bravo!

What a shame, was really looking forward to this place and don’t get me wrong the food was nice would eat it again and was warm however it took 2.5hours to be delivered. I repeatedly called the restaurant and on the second call they admitted they made a mistake and the food hasn’t even gone out yet and reassured us we would get free food. When it arrived the order was wrong having missed 2 items off the list and the ‘free food’ was a single can of Pepsi. Disappointed but liked the food

I love this place but unfortunately last night it wasn’t nice at all. The chicken tikka didn’t taste right at all, very bitter and the rest very similar story! Was very disappointed as obviously I spent my hard earned money for a meal I didnt eat!

The good was good just not very hot which was surprising as it was delivered within a hour of ordering. Maybe it wasn’t put in the bag to keep the heat in when out for delivery. Everything was very nice though once it had been heated

Bit disappointed really, we bought the dad munch box and it was just not as good as the times we have had it before. The curry’s were watery, not many chips and just in general smaller portions for the same price. Hopefully this is just a one off because it has been amazing all the other times we’ve had it
