The best restaurants in Appleton Halton North West

Awful. Staff very nice. Peas were lovely. Didn't like the fish and chips at all. Batter was over done and the tasted horrible. We won't be going here again.

Usually Good Experience but Soft Closure Door Broken at the Entrance to your Widnes Shop been like this for Months Owner reports it regularly. Needs repair as Winter Months approaching and Customers a little remiss at Closing the Door.

The service from the guy who served us couldn't ask for better he was fantastic, assume the owner, the food was out quickly and tasted amazing, all around one of the best places we have been to highly recommend 😀 xxx

This place's food is amazing. We go here far too often, should just buy shares in the place. Always get the same, so much love for the French pastys and their pizzas. Their other pastys and cakes are also amazing.friendly staff and no wait. Ordered through just eat alot too and always on time and never get the order wrong (although the amount of times we go, they probs know the order off by heart). Best bakery ever.

We held our sons 21st birthday party here. Marius welcomed us and was helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the room was just right. The staff were very welcoming. I recommend if you have a celebration then consider here as a place to go

The food was really nice and I can’t fault that aspect as well as delivery time was decent food was also hot on arrival which is good, the guy even gave us tips on how to add notes for the restaurant which was good customer service. However the only thing which was slightly disappointing is that it stated on Widnes eats that any order over £15 you get a free garlic bread and we didn’t receive one which was unfortunate as we where looking forward to it and probably would have ordered another starter or small plate had we known it wasn’t going to be added especially because we spent £40 too. But nonetheless the food was great and I would definitely go again, just perhaps don’t advertise things such as free items if you can’t deliver on it. But overall very tasty food, we were impressed!

Food arrived cold as delivery man stopped at McDonald’s to do another order. Missing 1 item too. First and only time this has happened.

Only found out that Meze and Arroy Thai were in the same place now. Small and comfortable we had a great welcome from the manager. Ordered the Jumbo Meze which was a mountain of food together with a “party Susan “of dips. Everything was excellent, washed down with a not too expensive bottle of red. Greek food at its best

Stopped here for a coffee while my partner was having a 20-minute eye test, twenty five minutes later my partner arrived back but my coffee hadn't, my partner went in and explained this only to be told they have had a lot of orders in,no apology. If you have busy times then get more staff in to cover those times and stop making excuses for poor service. Half an hour is way too long for one "okay" cup of coffee.

Absolutely beautiful! A lunchtime visit, treating my father-in-law to fish and chips. The freshly battered fish was flaky and delicious, the batter remained crispy until the final mouthful. The chips were chunky and piping hot. I’ll definitely be back!

Got a bacon and egg on toast. Bacon weren't great, egg still snotty. Staff were friendly enough but had better food at cheaper prices.

I’ve had a lovely visit to Tony’s chippy tonight loved my food and service with a smile. I’ve never tasted curry sauce like it!

What a place I went with my two children who where made to feel so welcome, my children loved the noodles, rice and they where given small pancakes to try by the staff asking the kids what they thought!!!how amazing is that really, what place gets your children involved ever!!! We got the share box which was insane, I got a meal to take home for tea it was that good!!! This place is out of this world the staff are amazing and not only there to serve you but talk to you and make you feel welcome!!! This place was that good I’m on their meal preps that due to being busy I can order online through Uber Eats and get it delivered to my door!!!!!!! Massive massive praise for this place and so do my children thank you to all staff it was amazing to be made to feel so welcome somewhere with children x
