I am not happy I have ordered from Pizza Hut quite a lot and hasn’t been a problem but I ordered a cookie dough and it was tiny curled up when I walked into Pizza Hut all the workers were eating chicken wings and one of the Pizza Hut workers came up to me smiled and said we’re eating our dinner then they got my change and my change was extremely greasy from the chicken they were eating

An hour after placing our order we called up to ask if it was on the way. We got told their card payments were down so they haven't been taking orders for the last half an hour. Again, it had been an hour since we ordered. They told us to cancel the order so we went online which told us we have to call up to cancel. So we called back and asked if we could cancel the order, they asked for my address, order number and asked what was on the order. After answering those questions 3 times we got told we were lying and they hung up on us. My mum then called back because £30 had been taken out of my bank. She asked for a manager; the man on the phone said he was the manager but refused to give her a name. She explained the situation and made it clear she was very annoyed. This man told her no one hung up on us and asked us for our address, order number and items on the order. He then asked these questions again; we told them that we have just answered those questions twice and he replied "I wasn't listening". Eventually they said they would get the order out and it would be no longer than half an hour. When the food got here he explained that they receive fake phone calls too often, which would be a good excuse if I hadn't provided my order number and items on the order several times. I am not at all happy with the way we were treated by the staff and manager of this restaurant, the customer service is absolutely shocking.

We went for the buffet and the pasta needed refreshing. The pizza option needed a non spicey vegetable one. It's kind of worth the money though. Reckon I just needed to go at a better time

BEWARE - THIS STORE EMPLOYEES THIEVES! I ordered and paid for a pizza online for collection and my partner went to collect it. She was asked to pay by the member of staff and did so on the assumption I had selected the 'pay on collection' option. We realised afterwards what had happened and my partner recollected how the member of staff had taken an unreasonably long time getting her change. We now know it's because it didn't go through the till as a transaction so the employee was trying to make up the change from his own pocket so he could take our money for himself! Pizza Hut HQ have fobbed us off entirely and have refused to tell us the findings of their investigation. Avoid this store and the Pizza Hut chain at all costs. We certainly won't be back!

the manager is aggressive after he made a mistake on my order i requested a refund slammed the phone down on me after i rang back he then got more abusive will never use again terrible customer service

Poor customer service, speak little English, asked for my order so was telling the gentleman on the phone, and kept on being told to wait a minute, wasn’t helpful when asking about food options etc

Ordered a pizza and wedges, looking forward to eating a tasty meal, no chance, pizza base soggy, very little chicken topping, hell of lot of veg, disappointed. Wedges good, avoid the garlic and herb mayo, unless you have no taste buds.

This has got the most be the best Pizza Hut we’ve had in a long time, Fresh, tasty and it was ready within 10/15 mins on a Saturday evening.

I ordered meals for 115 people with 3 hours notice and the Manager Adnan was brilliant, he accommodated us without fuss and we picked them up right on time, I would recommend Pizza Hut Widnes and we will be using them again, thank you for your assistance

Ordered pizzas last night (April 10th) and with it being a Saturday I already prepared myself for a long wait and maybe the pizzas to be a little lower quality than normal but nope, they arrived within 30 minutes of placing my order, tasted great and the delivery driver was really friendly when he dropped them off too

Extremely poor service, wrong order twice, then hung up on us. Speaks poor English and kept going silent on the phone. This has happened too many times so won't be giving them any more chances.. Will be taking this up with head office.

Shocking experience ordered online and what I selected it didn’t come through the website the whole order was wrong and they didn’t even offer nothing to replace order I asked for Hawaiian pizza no pineapple and selected chicked and anchovies came on it asked for hawaiian no pineapple and added onion and came with pineapple and selected meaty one and came chicked supreme poor customer service from the shop

We have ordered from Pizza Hut for several months on a Saturday due to our work place being a bit out of the way. Usually the service and food is excellent but today they really fell short. We ordered at 10:30am for a 12 noon delivery. By ten past the delivery hadn't shown up and we were told on calling that it would be another ten minutes. As we have scheduled breaks and have to cover one another on a skeleton staff Saturday it made it difficult for people to rearrange their lunches. The delivery finally arrived at 12:40. A full refund was given plus extra food for the delay and inconvenience. They came good.

These are ually okay but tonight disgusting customer service in every possible way not even bother to turn up to deliver stuff not even ring to let me know yous wasn’t even comin nearly two hours later An leave me to have no choice but to ring customer service to get my money back absolutely shocking behaviour!!

Ordered here regularly was alway great just ordered tonight and there was a couple of mushrooms on a pizza i didnt want mushrooms on as i cannot stand them i phoned them when i found seen abd tasted them the bloke said bloke basically called me a liar by saying he made the pizza amd he would only replace if i took the pizza to them with none missing there was 2 peices missing that didnt have ne mushrooms on then on the 3rd peice there was a bit of mushroom and on a 2 more peices really bad of them i didnt want money back just a pizza i ordered for delivery lost my custom now i will go to dominos in future

Tasty pizza however as with all pizza hut it is expensive

Wont deliver to my area, even though it is only an 11 minute drive. Disappointed because its way better than Dominos! (Dominos do deliver to me even though its further away! 😂)
