Lady who served me was very ignorant and not helpful at all. When they first took over they where good now there customer service has dropped, Also didn't fet my order right!

I ordered a delivery this evening, special noodle box never again. Noodles like mush 2 prawns, 2 pieces of chicken, 2 small pieces of beef and 2 small pieces of pork thats the special and almost cold on arrival. I phoned the chip shop spoke to a lady to complain about the quality, who was very arrogant, argumentative and screaming at me down the phone asking me what did i expect ? 5 stars for the abuse i took food unrated 0 I expect good quality food and not to be screamed at down the phone, i put the phone down. Absolutely awful food binned and never again will i order from here disgusting 🤮

Since this place was taken over about 2 years ago I won't go anywhere else!! Food is always very tasty, the portion sizes are huge, defo value for money!!

Every time I order the food, it is freshly prepared. Delivery's always gets to me hot, never lukewarm

Wow after giving this place a very good review ( the best in Runcorn) and being a customer for many years unfortunately I have to downgrade my review,I feel a king prawn chow mein should contain more than 3 yes 3 prawn,1 piece of broccoli and a few onions with 2 water chestnuts, my order was close to £30 just can't believe how there standards have dropped!!!! I'm genuinely shocked I hope this was just a blip in an otherwise usually impeccable service as always the delivery driver was courteous and professional pity the food wasn't as good,soooo disappointed 😞😞😞😞

I had speacial food young and fried rice with curry felt like they had put a whole bowl of salt in it totally disgusting never ordering from there again. It needs checking by the council. I through it all away total waste of money avoid at all cost

Only chippy in the area to be open on a Sunday, unique staff that want to chat 😁 no complaints on any food ordered. Only Chinese that we go to for a fantastic meal. Thank you guys for always delivering ☺️

Went here for the first time tonight 05/01/23 my first impression was how clean it was and i got a very warm welcome. The lady who served me was a nice lady and very friendly. The food was excellent fresh and hot i will definatley be using this as my go to chippy from now on.

Amazing double fried chips, the rest of the food is ok. Just don't leave your dog unattended 👀

The food used to be really nice but the last few times it’s just been really disappointing! Everything has the same weird greasy taste. It makes me feel sick for ages afterwards as well. Definitely won’t be going there or recommending them anymore.

The chip shop its self is dirty, the people who run it are very rude and the food is disgusting. Made me very poorly and the whole place and people running it should be shut down

Particularly recommend the Chicken Chow Mein. Lots of crunchy mixed vegetables together with succulent chicken, vermicelli and chow mein sauce. Top meal.

Orderd last night was told it would be an hour but it was longer, they apologised and deducted money off the price. Ordered fish chips and a steak and kidney pie, chips had no salt or vinegar even though I asked for it so they was plain and not nice, fish was okay but had a piece of plastic inside and the steak and kidney pie was hard (the inside of the pie) portion size was great price was great maybe give another try see if it was a one off but on this occasion my first impressions wasn't great

Great little chippy. Food tasted nice and great portion sizes. There's a bench sort of thing to perch on whilst waiting however it was not too long before out meal as ready.

Always fresh hot meals. Portion of chips would feed a family there huge. Salt and pepper fish or chicken is a must try.
