Greggs in Halton

This is what is wrong with Greggs, you ask for a “chicken burger” you get a soggy bun with a microwaved chicken piece in between and a thin paper slice of lettuce, when you ask the lady to atleast warm the buns idk put it in the microwave behind the counter they refuse. You ask for a ice drink it tastes like water infused with pee. The only good thing is the chicken breast and that costs you a whole chicken for 4 nuggets. Everything is an imitation of original imitation. Ffs dont get me started on the hygiene protocols of the staff!

Food was really nice. Their service as always was shocking. Another new person on the front. Not his fault. The manager needs to sort this out. If you actually had people serving the shop would take more money fact!!! Also the front door was open with the air con blasting and music blurring. I queued that long it was freezing…. Turn the air con off

Nice place to have a drink or some food. Friendly staff.

I ordered through just eat and my wrap had the chicken missing I rang up and spoke to Pauline who was really nice and sorted it out for me I only wanted it replaced but they sent my money back along with some sweet treats and a new wrap thank you very much xxx

Aaron you really need to work on your customer service skills literally your job description to have it. You clearly do not like working or Being bothered by customers, not like it’s your job also don’t just throw food like I’ve inconvenienced you talking to your mate Personally of a damp rag, maybe try a warehouse job

I went in and bought a sausage roll and a pasty, both items were very cold and tasted like they had been sat there for hours so they both went in the bin. This was at around lunch time on a Sunday afternoon. At no point was I told or warned they were cold, so I could choose to not buy them or pick something else. I did call customer service and complained and they gave me a 5 pound voucher for the money that I had wasted.

Staff are rude, deli ery drivers wait for a while and the staff don't even acknowledge them when they arrive. Rude. Rude!!

The guy on till is really rude when I asked the food cold he not accept until another customer returned because it cold cheese and tomato pizza . Do not know any by name of sorry or thank you .

Great staff, very friendly and helpful Great breakfast of porridge black coffee and fresh orange juice.

Has the most delicious Vegan Sausage rolls, especially after you tried the ones from Poundbakery (which really are rubbish). Really a big fan of it! Friendly staff. The store and assortment are kinda limited, but still a great and a solid base for a Greggs 💜

Great staff and some good shops down old town

My go to for my sons sausage rolls. He will only eat Greggs. In and out in 5mins. Staff were friendly as always.

My local greggs will always hit me with "theyre not hot is that ok" whenever I order baked goods, never had that said to me here, the food has been hot every time

Don't allways get what you want, the later in the day they don't restock but that way you no you are getting fresh items.

I used to occasionally pick up a Greggs sandwich before school, they were so good! They have a good range of cakes, hot food, sandwiches, etc. Unfortunately, I don't use the store much anymore because I find it just too expensive... I feel like some of the things you can buy next door at Pound bakery are just as good, if not better, for sometimes like half of the price, that's not a rule for everything, though! Greggs do some really tasty food. :)

It sells Sausage rolls and hot chocolate. Best in Runcorn!!!
