Food arrived cold as delivery man stopped at McDonald’s to do another order. Missing 1 item too. First and only time this has happened.

I bought a sweet chilli chicken baguette today 23/12/24 and a pack of puff Eccles cakes. Got home and decided to have the chilli chicken baguette, decided to add extra salad of my own, opened package, open baggutte and found a fairly long dark hair hanging out of it! Gross. :( Binned it along with Eccles cakes as a precaution. I'm just glad I didn't take a bite straight from purchase. Personaly will be avoiding this place now. Not interested in a refund as cost of bus fare outways cost of the item as live outside Widnes. PLEASE just make sure hair nets and hygiene is followed.

Food never arrived...courier has marked as delivered and left in a safe place..there is no safe place as my front door is on a public footpath and no food left by courier. Just Eat will not refund as has been marked as delivered so have no food and have also been left out of pocket! Nice one Just Eat, what an absolute disgrace!! Do better!

missing 1 pack éclairs and 2 pasties ordered 2 for 2.60 twice and only sent 2 total happening more and more here lately

Delivery driver was so nice and polite!!

It wasn’t delivered the driver called me and was at the wrong address and hasn’t come to the correct one I have no food

My breakfast did not turn up abd it cost me nearly £25

Was charged for 4 sausage rolls which I only received 2. So paid £4.70 for 2 small sausage rolls absolutely disgusting! Also sent the wrong doughnuts!

Somehow food still hot when it arrived, restaurant called to see if I had received and said courier collected "about an hour ago "...Courier said another restaurant delayed them while collecting another order on route.. lovely lady courier, food still hot. Called restaurant to inform of delivery condition..Everybody happy 😊

The food arrived on time although there were some items missing, not happy with the driver, he was smoking and blowing smoke at me and over my food as he was handing it over.

Half food waa missing and the food was cold

I placed a large order for delivery first thing this morning and the pound bakery turned it around amazingly well! Managed to feed 45 people at 11.30am after only placing the order at 09.30am! Thanks guys!!!

The delivery driver has given my order to the wrong address.

I have rang the shop with regards to this delivery as the bagette was missing from the order. They said there was nothing they could do about it and to contact you

They missed 4 of my items. I only got a partial refund for 2 items.

Great time was at me within 10 mins of ordering. Only problem was the food was that cold it was inedible cold pepperoni pizza cold wedges with stiff cheese that’s went solid after it melted on top of them. Won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately. Very poor only thing that was great was the food being with me so quick.

I Noticed prices have gone up yet again. Maybe they should change the name as nothing in the shop is a pound anymore.

I asked for no mushrooms on the breakfast, and you out them on the breakfast. And it was cold, not even warm!

I went in with my support dog who is tiny in a back, big lady with glasses behind the counter said get by the door so rude and made me feel so important, I asked for a Cornish pasty and she came out side with card machine nearly £3.00 and she walked away 🙈 giving me 2 meat pies which I threw away as I don’t like the amount of pastry in them. I work in customer service and there’s ways of speaking to people this was disgusting.

Food arrived on time but was freezing cold. Got told it was on toast only for it to come on a soggy barm. Missed off my sauces and the sausage was like eating rubber. Shocking

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I ordered at 4pm hoping that I was in time just before closing, they delivered within 15 minutes, food was perfect. Will definitely be using their services again. 5/5*

Fast delivery but might as well of gone outside and put my money down the drain. Food quality has actually traumatised me! Tried not to taste with my eyes so I had a little bite and wow sweaty cakes. Turned my stomach. Off to the bin they go.

I spend plenty of dough in this place.

Put wrong address in so was my fault but explained and got called to say it would be checked and sent to the correct address which was only 2 minutes away. No order received and paid for a meal I never got no help offered by store when I called so have just taken the money. Might have been my fault but at least refund the order. Really poor will never again from this company

Amazing pasties at really good prices. Everyone should go hear if they fancy a snack.

Went in around lunch time and the place was very busy. The bakery assistant was not flustered and we all got served quickly and efficiently. All the food was hot, tasty and obviously, a bargain! All good ☺️

Pastry in the sausage rolls wasn’t cooked properly, missing items, a waste of £10

I have ordered a few times and always feel the order was wrong. Wrong drink sent and missed off items from the order. If you could sort this out I would probably order more but it’s almost a running joke in our house than something from your order will be missed. Advice to customers is make sure you check it’s right what has been delivered.

Food says its been delivered but it hasn't arrived at all and I ordered over 3 hours ago.

Wouldn't bring it to my upstairs flat, I had to limp down as I've got ligament damage

Use sent me 5 wrong pastys, I asked for bean and sausage, and got 5 stake trying ringing and no one was there to pick the phone, so I had 5 young kids not happy and would not eat the steak ones, had got go elsewhere where for food

Twice now I have ordered from here and both times now only half my order has turned up, when ever I try to phone up to query it the line is "busy" which means they leave it off the hook so they don't have to answer it
