Tamarind Indian Cuisine in Halton

I have only had food from here twice but it has been very good both times I had become disillusioned with the quality of food at a few places in Widnes but have found Tamarind to be much better There are some interesting dishes on the chef’s specials so there’s a bit more to choose from than the usual suspects

Always go here. Must have ordered 40+ times in the past 2/3 years. Amazing food. Not cheap but not super expensive. Better than the sit in restaurants!

Have ate from here quite a few times. The meal is always pretty good, service is fine. Price is not to bad, reasonable, will deliver if needed.

Try the onion bhajis and naan bread... and the flavours in the curries are well balanced, and it's not swimming in grease...

Great food, cooked to order, friendly staff and for me, more importantly they're very, very knowledgable. Been a regular customer now for a couple of years and will not go anywhere else.

Ordered a meal from here for the first time. They missed something off the order so I called back to inform. I was told the driver was out and I’d have to wait another hour for delivery. I explained this wasn’t really good enough as my food would be cold. In the middle of the conversation he decided to hang up on me. Pathetic customer service. Won’t be ordering from there again, incompetent rubbish.

Very friendly, helpful, food always prepared fresh, hygienic. At times super busy so there is a delay on food but that just shows how popular they are. If you want your food quicker opt for collection. Delivery drivers are really helpful and friendly. They will even inform you using ticket information which they don't have too should they not be able to get hold of you on delivering.
