It's about time this chain changed it's name, it's not a pound bakery, everything is over a pound, most things are 2 pounds

Bavarians were damaged. Pasties were NOT jumbo but normal sized ones at £1 and sausage rolls were the small 2 for £1 . Well overcharged Not worth £22!

Fab products as always. Wish it could be a little bit cheaper like it used to be. Hot food Always arrives hot and cakes are always chilled and packaged well. And delivery was super quick today and the delivery driver was really friendly

Would not order again, ordered 4 pasties 2 of which were burnt, cookies burnt, the only things edible were 2 pasties and sausage rolls. The cookies were that burnt they were black when they arrived.

The food was very disappointing as the barm cakes were very stale in fact brick hard. Usually we find the food good quality.

Ordered 2 cakes (bavarian slices )received 1(choc éclair the cream was off ) but still charged for 2 ,why advertise stuff you don't have in stock ?

If you want to go Vegan, I would suggest going to Greggs. The vegan rolls from Poundbakery are sadly very under seasoned (because there is none), making it taste like cardboard. Not worth it, sadly. The store itself has a great assortment of all kind of sweets and savories! The staff is very friendly and helpful :)

Love going here, it's my guilty pleasure! :) Really friendly staff, never had any issues and lots of great goodies to choose from. Avoid the vegetation sausage rolls at all costs though, they are nothing like Greggs. Tastes like wet cardboard in your mouth. Zero seasoning. What are they thinking 😂

The bacon and sausage baps were terrible. The bacon was tough as leather. Don't know about the rolls yet as they are intended for teatime.

Delivery time originally stated as 1100 - 1120. Time then changed to 1130 - 1145. Toast cold and soggy inedible and then all other food cold by the time it arrived. Not happy. I want a refund!

The roll on which the breakfast came on was literally half stale. The end was that solid hard I took off all ingredients and put into bread at home .
