Greggs in Halton

I really love Greggs. I adore the sausage rolls and the other week I tried the BBQ chicken and they were scrumptious. Whenever I go on a car ride I stop to go Greggs no matter what. I really recommend it so spare some time to go. Xx

The older women sam who works there is rude unhelpful arrogant and has no customer skills what so ever

Still go to this greggs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for breakfast five years after my first review on here and still the best greggs.Was sad to be told one of the staff(Dianne)has left,she will be missed by me and probably a lot more customers.

Glad to see this shop has opened after lockdown,best breakfast barm in town,great friendly staff.

Prompt service, good quality coffee and an above average sausage and bacon baguette.

Went here today, only one other person in front of me and 2 members of staff behind the counter one serving the customer in front of me and one taking cold sausage rolls out of polythene bags and putting them in paper bags and walking to the back with them for some reason, while the person in front of me was still getting served someone else had walked in who the sausage roll bagger regonised and she stopped what she was doing and served them while I was stood there, I walked out of store and won't be back, greggs need to train their staff some basic manners towards customers

Called at Greggs widnes yesterday for a breakfast barm at 11am. Told they were no longer serving breakfasts??? We went to poundbakery lovely staff made us 2 bacon Barmston and at half the price. Thank you

Cold food that meant to be at least warm Edit: another let down. After deciding to give them a chance, they refused to sell me a ham and cheese sandwich. Management you better take care of who is working there, as you loosing money by them refusing a sale

Smaller greggs compared to most but exactly what you expect.

Lady behind the counter was very helpful and showed us the deals up for offer and gave us the best options for me and my daughter

The breakfast and hot drinks are great value for money added with the friendly staff who serve you every morning, I've had the sandwiches from there too and they've always been nice quality - the sausage rolls and pasties are always stone cold so it's never an option for me

I reviewed back in January about the breakfast barm,I now have a breakfast baguette which is much nicer,all the staff both male and female are friendly and polite,I still wouldn't go anywhere else.

Visit every Saturday morning for a sausage barn and a latte which are both delicious,staff are very friendly,I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always good food . Would of give 5 stars but don't the way the old woman who works there speaks to you . End up walking off in a bad mood she needs the brush up on her customer service skills and smile

greggs , by far, serve the best cakes around, theyre fresh and tasty unlike much of the supermarket cakes which are tasteless, if youre worried about your diet, youre in the wrong place

its a gregs....it does exactly what is says on the tin. the staff are nice and polite. gregs is now considered pricey as pound bakery beats it for value for money.

I enjoyed the breakfast deal from Greggs. Bacon & Omellete barm with a latte for £2 Bargain right? However, it seems that Greggs now is charging you more for less. Its now £2.25 for 1 item...what? Where as before you got 2 items for £2...well done Greggs! You sure know how to turn customers away. Rip off Britain at it again!
