Food was delicious, on time very satisfied thank you.

Came on time however was disappointed with the salt and pepper special noodle box. It was literally chicken chow mien with nothing in it but chicken.

Lovely food, everything was piping hot and delivered exactly on time by a very polite delivery driver, I’d highly recommend special fried rice , bbq ribs are full of meat, prawn toast no grease all food was of excellent quality and value for money

very disappointed, the chips were like lunchtime chips reheated, and the batter on the fish was like rubber not crispy at all, the mushy peas were nice. Should expect better for £20 for the two of us.

Another fantastic meal from Terrys. Stepson has said that he thinks it’s the best chippy in Widnes. We usually order via the Widnes eats app and the delivery is always quick, don’t think we’ve ever waited longer than the eta provided

Today is the 1st time ever i have had substandard food! The peaking beef is usualy outstanding, but today the beef was rare, very pink and the sauce was like a mix of beef chow mein and chicken chow mein with a bit of chilli, not what I expected from here .

This is Terry's Widnes, also his brother runs an even worse chippy in farnworth “PAULS”. If you like food that’s dropped on floors or even put in the bin then your in the right place, you can count on these to pull it from the bin and serve it with that little bit of bin juice “YUM”

As always, great quality food and good sized portions!

Food always good and hot when it arrives

After spending nearly 30 pounds on a chippy you would expect it to be nice and full of taste and flavour but no chips dry curry tasteless and the special omelette in the smallest container I've seen what a rip of never order here again joke😤

Just like to let Terrys Know I haven’t ordered anything today and I’ll tell you why, I always eat Singapore vermicelli with no beansprouts or peppers, because I’ve spent a lot of money with your eatery and I use just eat as well I’m up to voucher 4 ( just eat ) all of a sudden no Singapore vermicelli on there, even rang the place who said its number 11 or 12 on there site ? Bad feeling you’ve changed the product name ? So the £70 orders and tips I regularly give you using just eat as your site is abysmal to use with no numbers on it, it’s now your loss and I will never give your establishment a penny again

wrong order delivered at first. correct order brought 10 minutes later this had been opened by whoever it had been delivered to first. my husband had already gone back to the shop when the correct food was delivered. the shop made fresh and refunded us. the food was very nice in the end.

My order was accepted and a time given. The restaurant then called me some time later to inform me they don’t deliver to my post code. I asked for a refund and the said I have to go through just eat for it. They have then marked the order as delivered and I have not received a refund. Beware of ordering from this company.

I placed an order at 17.56. Order was confirmed within minutes. Delivery should have be between 16.40-19.00. I called at 19.25 and they said they hadn’t received the order 😡

Over an hour to turn up on a Tuesday evebwibg. Chips, well straight in the bin, how can they be over cooked and hard and even then full of bad bits and not fully peeled, this was noticeable when portioned up so should t have been sent. Chicken satay had five pieces of chicken. Add to that the delivery arrived in a ripped bag that looked like it had been dropped as the container for the chow mien, which was at the bottom of the bag, was smashed and had leaked!!!! Avoid - which is a shame as when it first opened the food was nice.

first time ever, I have to say. food was not the same standard to that that I have been used to from Terry's Chippy. I would not be surprised if I was to learn the chef or someone in charge has changed. Kebab was very over cooked, as far to say burnt, and very greasy(shriveled). Sorry guys, but if you don't get told about it, you cannot put it right. xx

Really disappointed. I’ve never had this problem before when ordering food but this time I’m really disappointed. Two lots of chicken breasts were ordered. One was overcooked and the other one wasn’t cooked properly. It was pink in the inside

This chippy is well run, and it shows. Always plenty of staff, very clean, food always hot and fresh, never any warm up chips that you get in other places. An all round good chippy. Never disappointed.

Best and only place worth eating from in Widnes, staff pleasant as usual on phone, delivery on time, quality food all piping hot would especially recommend special chow MEIN, Sui mail , sweet and sour chicken actually can’t fault any of the food all excellent quality

The food was lovely but for 2 large chips it only just served 3 children me and my partner couldn’t have chips with our meal which for the price of the chips I would expect to at least have a small amount each

We couldn’t eat it due to high volume of over bearing seasoning used.

All of the food was stone cold uneatable and payed for a 1/2 duck didn’t even get sent a quarter the chicken witch was 9 pound was just pure batter everything was appluing conditions

Ordered for delivey plain burger turned up with cheese marks on bun where they had put cheese on by mistake then taken it back off normally spot on not tonight

My noodles were very dry and not hot. Prawn toast although not greasy was not prawn taste. Vermicelli was nice. Mostly enjoyed the hot and sour soup. Would go to the chippy and get fish and chips.

Fantastic food every time and the friendliest staff, highly recommended!

Scollop was lovely, Donner meat was very gritty, chips were nice. Husband had Crispy Chilli Beef and said it was burning his mouth off and couldn’t taste the food after a few mouthfuls.
