1st time order. Found it easy to order. Timing of delivery perfect. Food was OK. Far to much salt for me.

service is great. hardly any meat on duck though but food was otherwise good

food was good just a shame it was lukewarm.

Food very good and came hot, better quality food than most of the popular brands.

Loved it. The man who served me was really considerate and a lovely person to order from.

I’ll be reluctant to order here again. I’m ordered crispy duck and it wasn’t nice at all. Don’t k is what the sauce was but it wasn’t hoisin sauce and the cucumbers were all mushy. Not impressed one bit. Delivery was really quick however, that was good.

The chicken in the curry was overcooked and the chips were undercooked. Not a massively enjoyable meal to eat. Quite disappointed.

Service is really slow lately wait over 90 for a delivery standard has really gone down hill last time rice missing curry chips missing an pop. Again today trays are not even half full won't be ordering again it's a shame use to be amazing

Just had food from Terry’s Fish Bar, chicken wrap, salt and pepper king prawns, chicken nuggets & chips best in Widnes really recommend to go there.

Amazing service but for the 1st time my food was not good at all chips were nasty really dry n don't taste good the fish was supposed to be large but it wasn't it was small I only go to Terry's Because of the quality of food I pay extra to get that quality and this was a epic fail tonight

All was excellent as usual, everything piping hot, very large portions of Chinese food especially wonton noodle soup and special chow mein, large plump Sui mai, BBQ spare ribs plenty of meat not just bone, and a very polite delivery driver, I’d recommend Terry’s to anyone well worth the money

Chips were nice. I asked for a lightly battered cod but it was not light at all and it was overcooked. The salt and pepper chicken with noodles was so dry and we couldn’t eat it.

Have ordered from Terry many times but last night we ordered chicken fried rice as we usually do and we had 4 thin slices of chicken in it, it’s our go to favourite and at £9.50 for a bowl of rice I won’t be ordering again? Unless someone can tell me that they just forgot to add the chicken? I haven’t got time to ring and complain so this is my review on what I received

Mum & Dad have never had food delivered (83 & 84). Mum said it was fantastic, the food was excellent and they will be ordering again.

Ordered two large chips, paid for two large chip. Had starters in other chippys that are bigger absolute extortion I’d love to see a small chips.. then again, I’d imagine it’s only two fries.

We use Terry's regularly, never been disappointed with anything, whatever type of meals we order they're always perfect, don't know how they do it. The staff are all really efficient and friendly and always get your order right. Good value glad we've got Terry's to rely on.

all the food was nice and hot the shumai was supposed to be salt and pepper but was bland and not worth the price to be honest . if they lowered the min delivery and min order aim sure they would do better i know i would order more often off them .

Terry's is the main chippy that we use to be honest. the quality is always spot on, the amount of food you get is ridiculous to be honest. Tonights delivery of food could have been a little hotter being brutally honest, but it was just as good.

Noodles tasted burnt, crispy need soggy

doesn't disappoint, the wrap was absolute mouth watering, should of ordered two, can't even remember what I ordered, chicken wrap with vegetables and mayo.

First time ordering Ordered large chips with gravy, I asked for separate gravy but it came all in one container. I like dipping crispy chips into hot gravy, not having to peel apart a steaming pile of potato mush. Could have done with more salt and vinegar but again that’s down to personal preference. Service was very good, the prices are reasonable for the area. I’ll be ordering again, and fingers crossed I get gravy separate next time…

Just ordered forgot the curry sauce so had to come back and all the jumbo battered sausages were burnt would not order again

Salt and pepper box was far too salty, rang up the restaurant to which they sent another one out which was 10x saltier and was delivered by a little girl no older then 11. Wouldn’t bother waisting your money here

It was great it was early. quality was lovely till i got to the main. Asked for no onions/veg except peppers. opened it up to onion central. good job its not an alergey to onions or wouldve been in trouble. 3 stars as instructions not followed :(

Really poor food this time around and had to put the full order in the bin. Chips tasted stale/warmed up, rice undercooked and curry had a weird taste. I did contact them to let them know that on this occasion the quality was lacking but they wasn't interested, hence leaving this review. Such a shame as I usually enjoy a chippy and understand it can't be perfect all the time but customer service has let them down, I won't be returning to Terry's again.

chips very greasy but rest was ace

Salt and pepper chips had practically no veg in and the lightest ever coating of s&p mix, they were practically normal chips. I paid a very expensive £3.60 for a 1.5l bottle of diet coke, but was given 1.25L bottle!! When paying that crazy high price, I don't expect to be scammed with a smaller bottle.

Chips looked like yesterday’s warmed up. Tasted awful and most were over cooked and crisp to a point there was nothing in them. Lamb was burnt and lettuce brown, Gutted as this is our normal go to take away and this is the first time we’ve had a bad delivery,

This is officially my favourite for when I'm parked up in widnes for work. Ordered least 3 times and thought, give a shout out whilst annoying a co-worker of what's for dinner. I'm not sure if justeat is having technical issues, but this is the second time they haven't alerted me on the update on the order (separate restaurant). But this time, the chap who delivered the food surprised me when he turned up unexpectedly and early none the less. Chips were fresh, hot, and had flavour. Salt pepper chicken is crispy but soft. It's not extremely spicy either. Not big fan on spice, but this is done perfectly. The chicken wrap was the win. Enjoyed and will return.

Came on time however was disappointed with the salt and pepper special noodle box. It was literally chicken chow mien with nothing in it but chicken.

Lovely food, everything was piping hot and delivered exactly on time by a very polite delivery driver, I’d highly recommend special fried rice , bbq ribs are full of meat, prawn toast no grease all food was of excellent quality and value for money

very disappointed, the chips were like lunchtime chips reheated, and the batter on the fish was like rubber not crispy at all, the mushy peas were nice. Should expect better for £20 for the two of us.

Another fantastic meal from Terrys. Stepson has said that he thinks it’s the best chippy in Widnes. We usually order via the Widnes eats app and the delivery is always quick, don’t think we’ve ever waited longer than the eta provided

Today is the 1st time ever i have had substandard food! The peaking beef is usualy outstanding, but today the beef was rare, very pink and the sauce was like a mix of beef chow mein and chicken chow mein with a bit of chilli, not what I expected from here .

This is Terry's Widnes, also his brother runs an even worse chippy in farnworth “PAULS”. If you like food that’s dropped on floors or even put in the bin then your in the right place, you can count on these to pull it from the bin and serve it with that little bit of bin juice “YUM”

After spending nearly 30 pounds on a chippy you would expect it to be nice and full of taste and flavour but no chips dry curry tasteless and the special omelette in the smallest container I've seen what a rip of never order here again joke😤

Just like to let Terrys Know I haven’t ordered anything today and I’ll tell you why, I always eat Singapore vermicelli with no beansprouts or peppers, because I’ve spent a lot of money with your eatery and I use just eat as well I’m up to voucher 4 ( just eat ) all of a sudden no Singapore vermicelli on there, even rang the place who said its number 11 or 12 on there site ? Bad feeling you’ve changed the product name ? So the £70 orders and tips I regularly give you using just eat as your site is abysmal to use with no numbers on it, it’s now your loss and I will never give your establishment a penny again
