Lovely relaxing meal. Tamzin served us this evening and was extremely helpful, very friendly and polite.

Beer vastly overpriced. Over £7 for 1 pint of Peroni!? Restaurant generally unclean. Seating is in poor and dangerous condition. I wouldn't recommend and I won't return.

Came in for a pint after work with a friend, Jessica one of the girls behind the bar was quick to provide a service and poured a great pint! Overall the atmosphere was good and it was a great experience.

Jessica served us she is very pleasant and friendly . She makes us feel very welcome whenever we visit. It is always a pleasure to be served by her a credit to your company.

I visited the Ten Lock Flight on Monday 14 April and was served by Jessica. She was beyond friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely and the atmosphere was great. I definitely recommend the Ten Lock Flight to family and friends.

The staff are a credit to the site. The guy on the pizza counter was really attentive and helpful, as was a blonde girl behind the bar. So a massive thumbs up for the staff We had the roast dinner, the beef was really over cooked, but the rest of the dinner was lovely. Its a shame they don't have a physical kids menu and I needed to get my phone out at the dinner table to view this. They also had no straws. The lady (Assistant or maybe manager as not in uniform), cleaned our table whilst we sat at it, squirting cleaning products over our drinks, so not ideal, maybe next time, step away, spray the product into the cloth then wipe over. I would return if we were at the Brindley again, but not have the roast nor could I recommend that dish to anyone, however I would return to try another dish.

Very lovely food and accommodated my special needs son putting us on a quiet area, Molly, meg and all the girls was lovely . Will be going back again xx

Lovely main course roast dinner. Fudge cake was tough as though re-heated too much. Service very slow and re-fillable drinks order forgotten as was part of dessert order. Disappointing visit today.

Unfortunately this will no longer be our go to pub. We usually come to yourselves once sometimes twice a month for a treat out, however Friday 4th April the food was disgusting, and unfortunately resulted in myself and my son getting food poisoning. Will not be coming back which is a shame as we really loved the staff, play area, and outdoor facilities. It's slowly been doing down hill over the last few visits, but this was the final straw. Would put zero but added a star for your staff, even if they did ignore us when we advised the food wasn't nice, the others who have previously been nice to us/welcoming deserve that. I have contacted you separately about the matter and still not heard back therefore leaving a bad review so others may second guess. Nothing but microwaved crap which will make you poorly, and tasted like washing up liquid. Don't waste your money or time. Staff however (bar staff) extremely friendly and welcoming, always smiling no matter how busy it gets, deserve a payrise. Cook needs having a word with. Or get a smaller menu so less pressure on them to cook 100+ items. Apologies if offends anyone, but people need to be made aware as not fair on ourselves when we've been so poorly with food poisoning. Especially for my son who's non verbal autistic and stuffers with sensory processing issues, it's been extremely difficult for him with meltdowns. Please provide the necessary feedback. Thanks

We’ve been coming to Ten Lock since it opened, and we absolutely love it. The staff are always super friendly, and the outdoor space is perfect for us with a young child. There’s not many places with outdoor space for kids anymore! The food is good value for money, and we’d always recommend to friends and family

Actually better than you'd imagine for a sort of retail park type pub/restaurant. Food was good enough and service excellent. Nice environment and an outside beer garden with a covered section and play area.

I ordered the mixed grill and the food was awful, I asked for my steak for medium rear, it came as medium to well done and it was so pale I thought it had been boiled, so they took my steak and got me a new one only to be cooked just like the first one, the only thing on the plate that was OK was the chips and egg, all the meat on my plate was tasteless, I'm sure all the meats are frozen, and defrosted in the microwave. We would never go again it was the worst place we have ever eaten at

First visit to this pub. I complained about a dirty wine glass and the friendly super competent barlady took the dirty glass and poured the wine from the dirty glass into a supposedly clean glass, totally missing the point. If it was a dirty plate would she have just transferred the food from one plate to another. 5* food hygiene. I wonder who got a backhander? Suffice to say we took ourselves off to Evenwood and had a great time not dreading infectious disease.

Food is nice but you do have to wait awhile

I went to the 10 lock flight with my dad for a meal. Staff where very friendly but the service was very slow. We where highly disappointed as they brought my dad's soup out with his main meal. So while he was eating his soup his main meal sat there going cold. Surely if someone orders soup it is meant to be a starter so it should come before your main meal. Then we had to ask for our desert after waiting half ah hour for it.

I booked a table for 10 adults 10 children for my daughters 6th birthday.we had a wonderful time they catered so well for us. Decorated our table kept the cake brought the cake out on time when requested went above and beyond for us. Absolutely fantastic staff and pub

We had a party of 11 people and we all ordered something different, all the orders were correct, the food was lovely and the staff was very accommodating. We had a very nice night. Thank you for a lovely evening.

We were treated very quickly and shown to our table. We needed to order allergen meals and were advised to do it at the til point. The person serving was incredibly patient with all our orders and in the end we just ordered all our food and drink at the til point as the app was great and didn’t have some of the options. And when they didn’t have the bun for our sons burger as he has allergens when the meal was brought out this was explained to us and the person serving had double checked which was amazing and made us feel at ease. All 11 meals were brought out together and were all very hot which is very rare when there is so many of you eating out together. The service was quick and very attentive and the staff were wonderful! Will defo aren’t be returning! We had 3 allergy meals and another order change and it was all correct

We are a social group of Blind and Visually Impaired people who met for food and good company at Ten Lock Flight for the first time this evening. We were all really impressed by the service above all - a very understanding and accommodating team who all put us at our ease, made sure the whole group found the table, helped us to order and were attentive servers, thank you so much. We felt relaxed and it was the perfect atmosphere for us to enjoy good conversation as it wasn’t too noisy, and the lighting was great which is important to us. A good range of food which was served promptly. We have been looking for a good venue in Runcorn for our meet -ups and we will definitely be back. Thank you to the Ten Lock Flight team.

We didn't book a table yet TLF, have been very welcoming & we were seated immediately. They asked about allergies and asked me to visit the website to update kitchen on my needs to not have a certain food. Once that was completed we ordered and the food arrived in good time and was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had no issues and had a really lovely time.

When we arrived we were greeted with a nice polite young man who showed us to our table,the tables we had were filthy and they were very sticky,we asked the young lad if there was someone to clean it,it seems he was the only one on shift at that time so was doing everything,whilst he was wiping our table a guy on the next table asked to have his cleaned as his was the same,they were still sticky even after the spray and wipe so we used the menu as a place mat to cover the table. Whist we were deciding what we wanted we were watching the lad,on his own,serve drinks,take orders,give the meals out from the kitchen and get all the other bits people wanted,he did really well considering although one woman at the bar walked out because she was waiting a while. We put our order in but there was a number of things not in stock,prawns,chicken strips,no pizza,,only one cheesecake when we ordered 2 and the starters we had says drizzled in bbq sauce and peashoots,it was just a bowl of plain popcorn chicken,we gave the lad a generous tip because he deserved it,he was later joined by another member of staff,its been a long time we've been here and we had issues then so decided to give you another go thinking thing's may have changed,the 2 stars given was for the young man on shift otherwise i wouldn't have given any,its safe to say we wont be back sadly.

I ordered a cheese burger which was over done the bun was over done, a member of staff changed it but my next burger was over done, my grandson had a double southern fried burger which was over cooked very dry sorry but this is the second time I've been and both meals where horible I won't be back any time soon

THE foods very poor to previously and prices have increased. I ordered hunters Chicken without BBQ sauce. I was hungry and started eating the chips. Then saw the sauce. So I had to leave chicken, some chips, bacon and onion ring because of the sauce. All the manager said wS I'll tell the chief. Had a latte to fill up The staff are great but not the Manager

We went for Christmas Lunch and it was a truly pleasant experience. We went last year and will go again next year. The food was hot & delicious. The staff very welcoming and friendly. The whole place was expertly organised and food and drink flowed without any incident. A wonderful experience not to be missed.

Ordered a lasagne, pre made and over heated in the microwave all the edges was rock hard, no dressing on the salad. The wife ordered a roast dinner, which was poor at best, roast potatoes doing a very good impression of a boiled potato. We went on a Sunday and for a restaurant should be the busiest day of the week not here, it was empty and still the food isn't cooked fresh. Would I go again no, would I recommend it no, was the food portions small but full of flavour absolutely not. All in all a pathetic pub restaurant. Second visit 12 months later Ordered 2 large Sunday roasts, and the portion size was pathetic, half a carrot chopped into 4 pieces, 2 tiny broccoli florets, roast potatoes was soggy cold and zero flavour. No wonder this place is empty most of the time. We booked a table for 40 guests and the tables weren't ready for the agreed time, some of our guests weren't even seated near us. Seriously this place needs shutting down, prime location but lacking in the 2 most fundamental things to succeed, service and quality both are below zero.

15 minutes for some ketchup was not great, food was okay but maybe some more training for the staff, because they didn't look interested. I'm always free to come down and pass on some advice and training

The food was piping hot and came within a reasonable time. All meals came together so no one was waiting to eat. The staff were friendly & checked our meals were all OK. The plates were taken away after we had all eaten ready for us to order dessert.

Always a pleasant experience at the Ten Lock Flight. Always clean, always friendly and always on top form. Food comes fast and staff are there for any queries I may have. Food is always warm and absolutely delicious. Very quiet pub, no loud music or shouting unlike other places. It has now become my go to place. Will be back again and again. Well done staff of Ten Lock Flight.

Just had a great meal at 10 lock. We were served by Tamzin who could not do enough for us and so happy in her work All the staff very pleasant Food very hot which we love Thank you so much!

We booked a table for 12 here for my birthday, table was ready on arrival, allergies were well explained. All food came together and was very nice and hot. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back here soon. Altogether brilliant night.

As a walk in table, Jade greeted us on arrival and introduced us to the menu and walked us through the virtual menu in relation to my allergy. We were actually low on battery on all devices, and Jade allowed me the loan of her personal charger so I could order and be confident I could pay the bill at the end of the meal. Moving on to the meals, on all accounts they were lovey. Food was piping hot and tasty and really good value for money, with my allergy meals being brought out independently of the rest, in my personal case, not necessary but lovely nonetheless. Puddings were really nice, and it was a lovely ambience, and whilst busy, not overly loud. Jade and the team really made the visit a pleasant and chilled one, and I have enough juice on my phone to do a review... so all in all, great and definitely worth a visit. I would certainly say Jade and team are a credit to the restaurant and the wider Marston group.

Cheap food.... was OK for price...staff were polite and friendly

Only stopped in for a quick drink and a snack after work. Not too busy but a nice comfy atmosphere. Young lady who served me was very pleasant and attentive ( Jessica by name) as well as nice and friendly she also knows how to pour a nice pint of guinness so much so I stayed for one more. Will stop here again.

I visited on Monday 11th November with my son and nephews. Megan and James were both on shift and as always they were beyond polite, friendly and helpful. We were served promptly and the food was delicious. We have been here several times before and have never had a bad meal or experience. The staff go out of their way to ensure that you are happy with the service. I would definitely recommend the Ten Lock Flight and can’t wait to visit again.

Went for dinner here while visiting friends. The food was good and reasonably priced. The service was excellent, Maisie looked after us really well and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Venue is great, staff very welcoming. More importantly the food was brilliant! Had a lovely piece of Steak, cooked perfectly and full of flavour. Very quick service, food piping hot and hardly any waiting.

This is my second review here. First one I had to delete to leave this one. I complained about the charging pods not being used but occupied. Was told would be checked . Two weeks later back again guess what. Same again only this time the Car has used the wrong connection and the other is useless as not long enough. Cars not charging. Called pub 3 times no answer. Pub is not that busy. Due to Physical disabilities can't get in pub well. Too much stress. What are i supposed to do,? I live 70 miles away.

We came here for lunch and a chat. It was a Monday afternoon and not busy. Sat in a comfy booth. Nice and cosy place. We had starters through to desert. Food was nice and everything was reasonably priced. There was a guy called James who was really attentive, smiley, just what you need for a nice afternoon with your friend (and my 10 year old).
