The food was hot when it was served, which was fantastic, and the staff was nice. However, it was not table service.

Decent food quite atmospher and our server was Jessica a nice friendly girl and the premises is dog friendly.

The food was piping hot and came within a reasonable time. All meals came together so no one was waiting to eat. The staff were friendly & checked our meals were all OK. The plates were taken away after we had all eaten ready for us to order dessert.

Ordered a lasagne, pre made and over heated in the microwave all the edges was rock hard, no dressing on the salad. The wife ordered a roast dinner, which was poor at best, roast potatoes doing a very good impression of a boiled potato. We went on a Sunday and for a restaurant should be the busiest day of the week not here, it was empty and still the food isn't cooked fresh. Would I go again no, would I recommend it no, was the food portions small but full of flavour absolutely not. All in all a pathetic pub restaurant. Second visit 12 months later Ordered 2 large Sunday roasts, and the portion size was pathetic, half a carrot chopped into 4 pieces, 2 tiny broccoli florets, roast potatoes was soggy cold and zero flavour. No wonder this place is empty most of the time. We booked a table for 40 guests and the tables weren't ready for the agreed time, some of our guests weren't even seated near us. Seriously this place needs shutting down, prime location but lacking in the 2 most fundamental things to succeed, service and quality both are below zero.

15 minutes for some ketchup was not great, food was okay but maybe some more training for the staff, because they didn't look interested. I'm always free to come down and pass on some advice and training

Always a pleasant experience at the Ten Lock Flight. Always clean, always friendly and always on top form. Food comes fast and staff are there for any queries I may have. Food is always warm and absolutely delicious. Very quiet pub, no loud music or shouting unlike other places. It has now become my go to place. Will be back again and again. Well done staff of Ten Lock Flight.

Just had a great meal at 10 lock. We were served by Tamzin who could not do enough for us and so happy in her work All the staff very pleasant Food very hot which we love Thank you so much!

We booked a table for 12 here for my birthday, table was ready on arrival, allergies were well explained. All food came together and was very nice and hot. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back here soon. Altogether brilliant night.

Good value, easy and relaxed place. A bit on the big and impersonal side but there are plenty of alternatives if that's what you're looking for. Worked great for a work get together

As a walk in table, Jade greeted us on arrival and introduced us to the menu and walked us through the virtual menu in relation to my allergy. We were actually low on battery on all devices, and Jade allowed me the loan of her personal charger so I could order and be confident I could pay the bill at the end of the meal. Moving on to the meals, on all accounts they were lovey. Food was piping hot and tasty and really good value for money, with my allergy meals being brought out independently of the rest, in my personal case, not necessary but lovely nonetheless. Puddings were really nice, and it was a lovely ambience, and whilst busy, not overly loud. Jade and the team really made the visit a pleasant and chilled one, and I have enough juice on my phone to do a review... so all in all, great and definitely worth a visit. I would certainly say Jade and team are a credit to the restaurant and the wider Marston group.

We called in to what has become our favorite local pub, for a quick drink and a bite to eat. As always The welcome was very warm and the staff tonight where exceptionally pleasant and friendly well done hospitality excellent Jade and Jessica. True stars. 10 out of 10 to The Ten Lock Flight...

Only stopped in for a quick drink and a snack after work. Not too busy but a nice comfy atmosphere. Young lady who served me was very pleasant and attentive ( Jessica by name) as well as nice and friendly she also knows how to pour a nice pint of guinness so much so I stayed for one more. Will stop here again.

I visited on Monday 11th November with my son and nephews. Megan and James were both on shift and as always they were beyond polite, friendly and helpful. We were served promptly and the food was delicious. We have been here several times before and have never had a bad meal or experience. The staff go out of their way to ensure that you are happy with the service. I would definitely recommend the Ten Lock Flight and can’t wait to visit again.

Went for dinner here while visiting friends. The food was good and reasonably priced. The service was excellent, Maisie looked after us really well and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

This is my second review here. First one I had to delete to leave this one. I complained about the charging pods not being used but occupied. Was told would be checked . Two weeks later back again guess what. Same again only this time the Car has used the wrong connection and the other is useless as not long enough. Cars not charging. Called pub 3 times no answer. Pub is not that busy. Due to Physical disabilities can't get in pub well. Too much stress. What are i supposed to do,? I live 70 miles away.

Venue is great, staff very welcoming. More importantly the food was brilliant! Had a lovely piece of Steak, cooked perfectly and full of flavour. Very quick service, food piping hot and hardly any waiting.

Speedy service hot fresh food perfect portions within 20 maybe 30 mins (didn't time it) would definitely recommend

We came here for lunch and a chat. It was a Monday afternoon and not busy. Sat in a comfy booth. Nice and cosy place. We had starters through to desert. Food was nice and everything was reasonably priced. There was a guy called James who was really attentive, smiley, just what you need for a nice afternoon with your friend (and my 10 year old).

Friendly welcome. Great advice on allergies. Staff willing to help and listen. Service was precise and friendly. It was nice to be acknowledged and listened to also served in a welcoming manner and not as an inconvenience as we've experienced in other places. Thank you all

We have visited on many occasions and came again today for Sunday lunch before the fireworks on the bridge. Service and food was brilliant as always.

dirty, very filthy. chair looks like they have never been cleaned since opening. table is very sticky, i have to use 5 wet wipes to clean it, very filthy table. food is horrible, ordered a steak, it just like a "boiled" steak. will never visit again, and won't recommend anyone.

went in last 2 days close to kitchen close. one day, fair enough to it was 8.57pm and I was told I could not get food. the following day I called from 8.40pm to no answer, I arrived at 8.55pm to an empty pub and was told no food. why not pick up the phone? i go to use the bathroom and then head to the bar. i am literally the only person in the building other than staff and I wait at the bar for a full 5 minutes. a person comes out of the kitchen and looks at me, then returns to the kitchen. a staff member is cleaning the signs in the entrance, occasionally looking at me. i don't get served. i won't be coming back. thanks 👎🏻

Food was lovely and had a small sencory corner. My to little ones loved it. Definitely recommend if you have Autistic little one.

The food at 10 lock flight has always been good, always very hot on arrival. Occasionally the service has been a bit lacking,, but today the service was superb, the servers at the till were very helpful and efficient, service to the table was great, the food was as always hor on arrival and was delicious. Had a pre theatre meal before a show at the Brindley. I had the mixed grill and my partner had the gammon. Food was excellent and the service was quick. Good value for money. If in the area we will come again.

THE foods very poor to previously and prices have increased. I ordered hunters Chicken without BBQ sauce. I was hungry and started eating the chips. Then saw the sauce. So I had to leave chicken, some chips, bacon and onion ring because of the sauce. All the manager said wS I'll tell the chief. Had a latte to fill up The staff are great but not the Manager

We haven’t visited here for at least two years but credit where credit due this was a much better experience especially the roast was plentiful only issue was both roast were minus the pigs in blankets but my husband wouldn’t say so that’s his fault. I had the gammon this was perfect 👌

Waited at the entrance for a member of staff, didn’t get seated so went and sat with my friend outside and used the qr code to order food. Ordered a chilli jacket potato and Pepsi. Server brought drink over and apologised saying they stop serving jacket potato after 3, and that I could pay the difference for an alternative. I think there should be a note or something when ordered saying that. Like for the Sunday roasts it says they’re only available on Sundays, something like that. Got my food about 15 minutes later which was chilli, rice, nachos and dip. Friend got her food 10 minutes later then had to wait another 10 minutes for cutlery to be brought out.

Came here for tea, food was okay but quite clearly microwaved. I had pie and chips and the pie was soggy and watery, very different to the flakey pasty it was described as. Tables had very much seen better days and the cutlery too. Wouldn’t return unless just for drinks. Service was good and staff were friendly

A pleasant enough place to eat, good outdoor area with a few slides and things. Food was good served reasonably quickly and cooked well. Took our doggies in the outdoor area, but we're respectful of others and key them near the exit and tied up. Pity the last person to use the gents toilet was not a bit more respectful, as they left the toilet seat in a disgusting state. Long may they suffer the runs...

Food was very bland, mash and roasties only decent thing, the place was dirty, sticky tables that I cleaned my self, tables full of dirty plates, needs a good overhaul

We normally eat out at the Queen of hearts in runcorn but when we called in place was full there was up to 1 hour wait if you wanted a meal. So we decided to go to ten lock flight for are meal. VERY big mistake we both order rump steak (medium rear for both)the steak was like eating rubber I told member of staff about it she said pass onto the kitchen but in mean time she offered us free Desert we are still waiting for the apple crumble With Custard still to arrive. WOULD WE COME HERE AGAIN. ONE BIG NO.

Food wasn't too bad, however, decor requires a makeover and cleanliness of tables, untidiness needs to be addressed.

Food dreadful, garlic bread was like eating cardboard, gammon tough and battered fish soggy. Chef you really should taste the food it's bad. We also waited about 45 mins for the food despite the pub being empty as apparently there was only 1 chef on. Never visiting again...

Chicken Tikka Masala Steak & Ale Pie....very nice.....staff friendly Omg, tonight (5.12.23) pie again but also the lasagne.....it was amazing, the salad was beautiful 😍 didn't get a picture it was too nice I had to eat. 28.5.24 The only complaint is that tables need a damn good clean, tackie. Party of 10. Food really nice 👍

Service was poor. I had to tell them about my prawn allergy, I wasn't asked when I ordered food. Only after that was the table cleaned. Also food was greasy and oily and had been left on the warmer too long and the eggs were very hard. Also meals were not served at same time. No cutlery or condiments on tables and we had to ask. Mustard was requested but we didn't get it. We won't be back

Service was good, we were waiting to be told where to sit for a while. The waitress was nice and friendly and it was a busy night. Food and drinks ordered quickly and came promptly. Would be better if cutlery was put on the table to begin with but we very tasty food with nice staff.

Burgers in here are gorgeous? I'm fussy over my burgers but they are gorgeous in here. This is my new fave food place definitely worth trying.

Waited nearly10 minutes stood at bar to get served as no one around.. Food served up was ok in places but lack of care really.. lettuce was really old and soggy, the steak on mixed grill was so chewy I couldn't eat it at all and the gamon was hard and overcooked... no draught bitter and broken coffee machine.. Come on guys must do better..

Had an amazing meal for my partner and her twins birthday. Everything was spot on, special mention to Megan who went above and beyond for our table even before we arrived setting up the table with balloons before we arrived and checking up on us throughout our stay
