Early morning coffee intake needed at the time which ment quiet time and relaxed atmosphere

There's a bald guy working behide the counter.and he is awful always moody always got a face on him.never once seen him smile.maybe some training is needed

Considering the food was so early the bacon baps were cold and I got at best half a cup of coffee it was mostly foam.

Little regular catch up. Nice coffee, big shop lots of seating. Liam and the girls are all friendly. The disappointing down side is the toilets! Always a leak in toilet or sink and still no hand soap..urgh!!

Have been a few times around 5 as I wait for child who has a club until 5.45. It would be nice to wait somewhere and you would think somewhere open until 6 would be applicable. There was one lad who was super helpful and friendly but on most occasions I am made to feel unwelcome at this time. Today, I listened to the lady in front, at 4.50, be told it was take away only. When she asked what time they closed, he replied 6! When she asked if she could sit down, the guy (different guy) said "yeah, just there, but I'll be mopping around you." Which made me turn round and go to the coffee house instead!

I said it was late to be accurate, but they were obviously busy at the cafe because the food was still nice and hot when it arrived. In other words it had not been left standing in the shop!!!!😉👍

My BLT was missing with ‘sorry out of stock’ written on the receipt so we had to share a sandwich. Hot chocolate was almost cold, awful. Had to claim the money back from just eat for the sandwich but I noticed they didn’t refund the portion of the service charge related to this. Why am I paying almost 50p service charge for a sandwich that’s out of stock and wasn’t called and asked if I want a replacement? I’ve messaged just eat about this. It’s really sly hoping customers won’t notice.

The main part of the order was missing

delivery time and quality of food is apalling, delivery time was an hour and ten minutes after i had ordered, when the food had arrived, the food was cold and my "hot" drink was also cold, this needs to be fixed for the future

It was late but it was hot and tasty guess they were busy with the festival on but they didn’t prepare it till there was somebody available to pick it up. I know this is supposed to happen anyway but this was a great example of it when it works 😉👌

Best to say less then room temperature not even warm took so long for delivery prefer my coffees hot.

Nice coffee and the food is fresh little bit on the expensive side but worth it

Costa Coffee is one of the best I've been to. I love the fact they have a rewards scheme to earn free drinks and that you can get double the beans for using a reusable cup. I just wish the free drink didn't expire as fast.

Only two of the three items ordered were delivered. Leaving me without the main course, a sandwich. The receipt says no charge by the vendor, yet Just Eat has taken full payment. Please refund immediately.

Food was freezing when arrived, delivery took over an hour to come, keep in mind the prices you pay aren’t even worth what you get.

Coming in, you have to clean tables after previous visitors by yourself. Every single table was dirty with remains of cutlery and napkins on them and on the floor, and no one cared.

Costa staff need to do more on their quality control of products going out for them. Yet again my coffee was missing its chocolate and there was only 3 sausages in my bap. Given that there should be 4 sausages on the bap and the alarming regularity of the occurrence of baps with 3 sausages this is easy to check. I don’t order bacon baps also because you regularly get baps with next to no bacon. The amount of times I get my cappuccino without chocolate is ridiculous. Also some one should check th

Love costa coffee. However …. Been here a few times with friends Last few times we’ve been a little disappointed…. One week dishwasher not working so take out only ? Can’t wash dishes by hand 😳 Next time dishwasher again faulty … plus NO COFFEE!! Yep ! No coffee. Go figure Latest visit … maybe our last now .. no crockery ! so take out cups only dishwasher not working ( again ) No toast available ! Oh dear …. When my delivery arrived the sausage bap was mangled and only had 2 sausages instead of four. Now I normally order the sausage instead of the bacon because you can’t guarantee you’ll get a decent bacon sandwich they’re regularly come short on bacon this is the first time that a bap has come short on sausages. A little more care required In the preparation of the baps or checked before there heated at store would solve this. Having said that coffee was great as usual 👍

Employee called to say they had already cleaned the machines for hot food so could I cancel. There was no option to cancel (I assume to protect restaurants from orders being cancelled after they've been prepared)employee got rude and defensive when I pointed out that they should have marked those items unavailable or simply NOT ACCEPTED the order. She continued to argue that I needed to cancel the order. I said its not my lookout and needs to be sorted from their end. She deliberately left the order sitting on "driver at restaurant" till well after the store closed. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour. Tied up over £25 for i guess the next few days all because some petty girl doesn't want to clean a machine twice

All around good experience with the many times I've been here, but lately the staff are taking a nasty habit of mysteriously disappearing when the queue starts to get too long, and leaving the junior staff on the till to handle the volume on their own.

An item I ordered was out of stock but I still paid for it and I have no option to sort this through the orders so I'm a bit disappointed.

Longer than 20 minutes. Order first said 10;30 delivery latest then changed to 10;40 and has arrived at 11:40 supposedly. Two coffees, couldnt have made me anymore annoyed.

I ordered 2 sausage barns and 2 coffees. I got somebody else’s order of 2 soy flavoured lattes. When I challenged the driver he said it was not his problem he just picked up and dropped off the order. You would think that checking they’d got the right order before they accepted it would be a minimum requirement of that pick up. Also I am now down over £20 because you’ve made it extremely difficult to get a refund if there’s a mistake or something wrong with your order it would be made as easy as possible to redress the situation from the driver going back to the restaurant for the correct order to a swift and easy refund if the driver is not prepared to go back for the right order. Just emailing you and hoping for the best is away of trying to deter customers from claiming refunds because you’ve made it to difficult to claim

My food came and the packaging was stapled shut with one staple and all of the bags had been opened and staples broken. I did not want to eat. I expect my food to have not been tampered with in any way and completely sealed.

Quick visit for a coffee. The shop was clean and tidy.

It felt like there was a bit of chaos. They forgot to hand over the snacks we ordered, but that's no biggie :)
