Met friends here for a Réunion. All 6 off us felt the food was tasty and well presented. Couldn't complain about the service either. A nice log fire was a bonus. However, three of us all experience our meal wasn't as hot as it should have been. Still a nice dining experance though.

Nice drink after a long walk around macc forest

Pass here often out walking and not ventured in since last year. Spotted the generously filled custard slice and went for it. Friendly people, efficient service and the tables are cleaned after each visit. Mug of tea and the custard slice was delicious, like they all used to be when I was growing up.

Had an order delivered,first order from there and I won't be ordering from there again. I ordered vegetable spring rolls, chicken spring rolls, 2 portions of spare 2 ribs, a beef curry and a chicken curry, and a bag of chips. The chicken spring rolls were lacking chicken, the currys were ok, so my husband said, the spare ribs were inedible. They were tough, the meat was very hard, but the bbq sauce was very, very salty, I only had one and that was a more than enough, a waste of food and money m.

Pleasant environment, good food, friendly service

Have been several times and the food is always very good. Lamb jalfrezi tender and beautifully spiced. Sag Paneer delicious, all the trimmings well presented and cooked. Always a few extras. Spotlessly clean with helpful staff.

Very helpful team and two excellent fast pool tables

Stayed here for a wedding. Really pleased with our two night stay. Christopher was very helpful and attentive. Very reasonably priced and great value breakfast.

We held a joint 60/80 party here and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff are brilliant and extremely helpful from all correspondence to the night. We had about 30 ppl for a small do and they were brilliant letting us come earlier even though half of our party did end up staying to the late! The food was exceptional the steak ale pie was devine and had our guests talking about it for weeks after! Compliments to the chef! Lovely party area, when decorated with balloons and banners it was a really good atmosphere, the bar were happy to play music on Spotify all night. Really spacious and just a really lovely evening. Great hospitality. Deffo worth considering for a function.

Been twice for lunch recently and both times the food, service and beers are consistently good. Only negative comment is where did the Cheese and Onion pie go ! It was always my first choice !

Excellent food, service, atmosphere and value for money. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary their on Sunday, 4th May with family and friends. A special thank you to BETH who looked after us so well. What a lovely young person she is , Glen the manager and Robinsons are very fortunate to have her working for them .
