Freds Cafe in Cheshire East

Pass here often out walking and not ventured in since last year. Spotted the generously filled custard slice and went for it. Friendly people, efficient service and the tables are cleaned after each visit. Mug of tea and the custard slice was delicious, like they all used to be when I was growing up.

The lotus biscoff milkshake is to die for 😍 Food is always cooked to perfection. Quick service and staff are friendly..

Watching a schools final at Macc FC and popped round here for a coffee to go. Packed with 'workers' in high vis bibs but I was served promptly. Coffee was fine and I picked up a sausage roll that was quite meaty. Reasonable prices.

Awful, food came really late not the time frame they advertised the food cold and the worst of the driver so rude unpleasant, dirty clothes … please health and safety

just had a brekky from here ordered through macc eats said delivery was going to be 45 mins ...it was here in 25 . the food was hot and delicious 😋 first time I have used here and would highly recommend 10/10 👌

Had to be in Macclesfield early so decided to get breakfast out. Found Freds Cafe on Google maps so walked around to try it out. Really nice staff who seemed to make the place more popular. The breakfast was the medium. Plenty to eat and Really good quality. Not greasy like some small cafes and a nice cup of tea. Good price and loads more on the menu. No wonder it was busy.
