We had a table of 10 for a 90th birthday party. The staff welcomed us and waited on us hand and foot throughout the whole experience and were friendly and helpful. The chef cooked beautiful food and we were all very happy with our meals. 10/10!

We learnt of Big Pizza Pies via facebook, and my partner and I have been fans ever since. Beautiful hand made pizzas cooked in front of you in a wood fire, they are to die for! While I'm a simple margherita fan, my partner loves the different specials they have on every week, especially the cumberland sausage ones.

We made a special trip here from Australia as we'd read the reviews. We weren't disappointed... Probably the best sausage roll my wife's ever tasted, and I had a fantastic ham'n'salad roll. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. A must visit if you're nearby.

We visited for lunch, we both had paninis which were ok. We ordered a cappuccino with soya milk, unfortunately they didn’t have any oat milk. It was weak and tasteless. We had 2 different home made tray bakes, they looked very appetising but unfortunately both were tasteless.

Me and my wife went there on Sunday the 15th of October with our 2 dog. lovely welcome from the staff .we decided to order food and that when it went down hill we order the steak pie and chips with veg it was absolutely disgusting we had to feed the food to the dogs when they weren’t looking i was a bit braver and eat a bit more than my wife . It is the 19th of October and I’ve had just got over the bad stomach , (I won’t be rude )I’ve not been work until today because I’ve been so ill and I recommend that no one should eat there and this place should be reported. And it was a walk in The google account was in my sons name !

First things first, they surved lurpak spreadable (not vegan) with a vegan breakfast, the menu specified it would be served with flora spread (is vegan). The same lurpak speadable was served with my husband's breakfast which on the menu specified that it was served with dairy butter, lurpak spreadable is also not butter. The breakfast was clearly cooked straight from frozen, so compliments to the chef, you can defrost things, yay! It consited of about 3 boiled/tinned mushrooms, the tiniest portion of baked beans, 6 hash brown bites (what are they even doing on an English breakfast?) and a single vegetarian sausage wich tasted exactly like those disgusting mashed potato and vegetable ones from IKEA. You could see the line across the toast where it no longer fitted in the toaster, so it was only half toasted. Even worse than the breakfasts they used to serve up at my Uni canteen back in 2018, but those only cost £1.50 and you got more than twice as much food! Just avoid the place, the service is bad too staff clearly couldn't care less. It was £5.95 for the vegan breakfast and £2.95 for a glass of orange juice. My husband got the more expensive £10.95 breakfast and his was prepared to the same low standard, one slice of fatty bacon, one burnt sausage, tiny amount of beans and mushrooms, the same weird hash brown bites, a single overcooked fried egg, one slice of half cooked toast and some black pudding that looked like it had been microwaved, absolutely disgusting. Clearly catering for customers with non functioning taste buds and ridiculously overpriced.

I drink Costa as it is my coffee of choice, and i tend to have at least one latte daily, usually two. Having been at this drive through on Friday 23rd April and today on the 27th April, the one thing I find incredibly irritating is the staff reluctance to use thermometers when steaming the milk, net effect on Friday was coffee that was the temperature of molten lava, it was undrinkable until my wife and I had covered 60 miles . . and i dread to think of the 3rd degree burns that would have happened if it was dropped. This morning I receive exactly the same, a skinny latte that instantly burns your lips and remained undrinkable until 30 minutes later. Please reiterate or provide training to staff, I don't buy a coffee because I want to have a drink in 30 minutes to an hour.
