I drink Costa as it is my coffee of choice, and i tend to have at least one latte daily, usually two. Having been at this drive through on Friday 23rd April and today on the 27th April, the one thing I find incredibly irritating is the staff reluctance to use thermometers when steaming the milk, net effect on Friday was coffee that was the temperature of molten lava, it was undrinkable until my wife and I had covered 60 miles . . and i dread to think of the 3rd degree burns that would have happened if it was dropped. This morning I receive exactly the same, a skinny latte that instantly burns your lips and remained undrinkable until 30 minutes later. Please reiterate or provide training to staff, I don't buy a coffee because I want to have a drink in 30 minutes to an hour.

Called in for takeaway- the food was awful- - the crispy shredded chicken was like rubber bands, black pepper chicken was tasteless slop, singapore chow mein was all noodles with minimal veg and meat and the salt n pepper chips had been reheated that many times they were inedible. This used to be an ok takeaway, but they seem to have lost the love! I wont be back....

M6 MotorwayThis is about halfway on our journey to Glasgow, so is a necessary comfort stop A good selection of food outlets including our favourite Costa. The decor is what you’d expect from a busy service station and the standard of cleanliness throughout is acceptable.

Chandler WayI don't leave reviews often but the service is very slow, (over 30 mins for a basic breakfast) and the breakfast looked like it has been under a heat lamp all morning, dry bacon, sausage skin has gone crisp they even burned the toast
