The best restaurants in Radcliffe West Bury North West

Absolutely disgusting business and behaviour from who I can only guess is the owner. We ordered a mixed kebab and we’re waiting for 1.5 hours , for us to then ask for our money to be told after waiting again for 15 minutes for this. Wait another 5 mins …Do not order from this disgusting place !!!! His attitude is appalling and the way he treats his staff and as well as customers is poor and disrespectful……

This restaurant has just become so incredibly slow now it's the same every time, massively puts me off going, have to wait 10 mins+ every time. The store is also too small.

Ordered, never received my order, phone number on Uber is a personal one. Was horrible customer service, told we had ignored countless phone calls when there were 0 phone calls made to us, then were told we had to wait another 40 minutes, then it went down to 20 after we had repeatedly asked for a refund and were told no. Eventually they told us to go through Uber to get a refund and we got one. Horrible, hostile customer service! Very frustrating

Great service from the staff lovely food.

Great take away, on the last order, they forgot my free pizza, driver said he'd deal with it, 10 minutes later it arrived, and extremely hot. That is why they get 5 stars and why I'll have tonight

Poor experience really - came here because it is local to me and needed somewhere convenient before I had an event booked later on . The police were outside when we got there really with an incident - says it all really ! Was just my friend and I - had a table booked but there didn’t seem to be any order to the running of the place and I asked at the better of we could sit anywhere but they were unsure and had to ask the manager. No point in the booking system if it is not in use when you get there . Ordered a Diet Coke and was given ordinary coke - the waitress ran off before I could say anything . Took nearly 40 minutes for the food to come out - I had to ask after waiting nearly a half hour .Understaffed so had to go and search for a waitress as there was none in the area we were in . Food was okay but my friend’s sausages were the most anemic looking things ever . Ordered the pudding whilst I started my main as I knew it would take a while and we had to get going . There were a lot of locals there just using it as a pub/ night out base and lots of families using it as a restaurant which doesn’t really work given the large size they have given over the restaurant part which they can’t seem to manage. That needs a rethink .

Ordered a few times with them now and normally never shows up the food is alright but they never answer the phone either i’ve called them 7 times now no answer and i ordered my food 2 hours ago

Cannot understand some of the ratings on here? This is a regular take away for us. The peri chicken wings are amazing!! Each time I order the food is just as good as the previous time. We’ve had chicken, pizzas, burgers ..Always fresh, hot and delivered on time! Never had a bad order yet and been using them well over a year now. Consistency is spot on. Keep it up guys 10/10 👍

Been going here for years but had 2 shocking recent orders, a "mixed kebab" with 5 pieces of chicken tikka on it and an absolute ton of salad and cucumber. Was quite late at night and they did swap it but it was a real farce then a burnt pizza and cold chips the other night. Sort yourselves out please

Really good delivery service. I had to be quiet at night (aslo the night delivery is amazing) and the delivery guy really understood, he was completely silent and was very polite with it. FOOD IS BRILLIANT 👏🏻 👌🏻 😋

Ate from these guys for years , used to do deal 5 dishes for £11 quid but longer, how ever still good food indeed Would recommend great food n service I order special chow mien and it was massive in portion as always is ! Do me on my own 2-3 days or famil6 a good meal indeed

Didn't even get my food? i want a refund

Not a competent adult member of staff in sight! Order placed through the app, payment taken but order refused at the drive through despite providing proof of payment. After explaining customer is Diabetic and needed the food, the teenage staff became abusive! Official complain put in to head office. Absolutely appalled at immaturity of the staff and the 'couldn't care less' attitude.
