Useless inbreads. Never had a full order

Ordered at 12.02pm. Delivered at 1.57pm. Missing items upon receipt (straws and condiments). Food quite cold. Had to rush due to order being late. Would like full or partial refund

no sauces that we asked for, no straws for the drinks

Chips were cold and soggy. The burger was a let down. The courier was ok and was at restaurant a long time. The burger had a time on the label and it was 25-30 mins before it was delivered. I only live 8 mins away from the restaurant.

Really impressed. Accurate order, hot food and speedy delivery.

No dips, the ones that you now HAVE to pay for

They have a woman working there named Zoe i believe who is just amazing with the customers, she's an absolute pro when it comes to cusotmer service and going above and beyond to make sure the atmosphere is great. This woman needs a raise .

delivery originally said 6.10, wasn't delivered until 6.30. Food was stone cold

Went there today with my son who is Autistic. There were about 10-12 kids probably about 7 girls and 5 lads. None of them appeared to be eating all making load noises and being disruptive. The staff kicked 3 lads out aged about 10-12 then they proceeded to re-enter 3 more times without buying anything. It was like being at a youth club. And to top it all my wrap was cold but at this point I just wanted to get out ASAP

didn't receive free item ( big mac) didn't receive straws didn't receive dips, note this is not the first time but complaining makes no difference.

Wow! It actually came warm without touring the town before it got to me and with all the dips! 😱 It actually feels like a miracle!

Diabolical, just once I would like to get an order right, 2 happy meals and what we gave are 2 portions of chips in each box, it really isn't rocket science, train your staff properly please

Didn't go inside so cannot comment on the atmosphere, the mcplant burger was good the fries ok the mozzarella dippers were dry and tasteless and as fornthe chocolate milkshake it tasted like strawberry .. so overall shouldn't get 4stars however the staff were friendly and efficient.

ordered at 00.20 Sunday arrived at 01.50 cold again shocking service

All fine apart from one of the drinks had fallen over in the bag and spilled all over it.

Hit and miss Radcliffe Mcds - sometimes they're on point and then other times they're completely naff.

The food was freezing cold and thrown into the bag. My cheese burger was half open and the chicken box was smashed with the food falling out and goin cold!

Food was inedible. The delivery driver parked outside and went wandering about round the corner looking for the wrong house in -1°c, so the food was stone cold. Contacted JE and they offered me £1.95 refund for a £14 order that was ruined.

Good fries and still warm. But didn’t have my rich salsa sauce with the mozzarella sticks. Still good though compared to the past
