They missed cheese off one of the orders, wraps were soggy. chips were nice. If i didn't get 40% it's not worth £10-£11. i wouldn't order from here again.

The chips and onion rings arrived cold even though the restaurant is only a 6 minute drive away. The onion rings were also not very crispy. I paid extra for pickles and for peri salt and these were not included. I also ordered Ben & Jerry’s but was just sent the restaurant’s own ice cream in a tiny clear plastic tub.

Order says on its way and arrives luke warm and soggy 30 minutes later, 10 minutes before it’s even arrived it’s saying on the app it’s been delivered and to ‘enjoy my food’!!! Burgers were all flat as a pancake

1st order was exceptionally, this time not so much, meat feast pizza was burnt around the crust, both pizzas were cold and looked like they had been cold for a while. they forgot chips with the order, didn't expect this from rio, pizzas were nice although cold. rang and was told they could deliver fresh chips, told them not to bother just make a note for next time I order and I WILL be ordering again because the food is not normal like this. I would like a better quality of food next time please

Came late with a tiny bag of cold chips. An old dried out cold corn on the cob and the smallest tub of hummus ever. Really disappointed as I’ve had some good meals from here in the past!

pizzas are amazing, best meat feast I feel like I've ever had. chips were loverly and crispy. and the price is amazing £8.49 for a 12" pizza is amazing. most definitely be ordering again

Always order from here as the food is excellent quality. Really pleased it was delivered early. Only suggestion is that the the pulled beef on fries is very dry and could do with maybe a cheese sauce on top and some jalapeños?

Burnt cookie dough and flavourless fudge cake! Definitely not what you’d expect when wanting something sweet! Managed to take a pic of a bit the cookie dough before throwing it.

The burger we ordered we asked for no tomato & there infact was a tomato on it. I asked for a bbq chicken wrap, it wasn’t bbq. Nothing was hot even though I waited 5 minutes in the shop so it should of been piping. Not happy.

The order was 2 hours late, the drinks came wrong both wraps turned up wrong and they forgot our sauce’s we order Rio’s a lot but that was an absolute joke and you decided to credit us £2 it’s actually laughable and a kick in the teeth. keep your £2.

Order was missing a pizza and it was delivered 30 mins after the estimated delivery window. The food that did arrive was pretty good though but the overall experience… won’t be ordering again.

They didn't have the food I ordered so they said they would cancel so I don't lose money. They didn't, they've claimed it as delivered. A few times they've had to swap for other food and I didn't receive the money back from them. Won't order again.

The chicken wrap was nice but the chicken beef and bacon was just a hamburger cut up with chicken and bacon. Sent the wrong drink. Ordered and it was showing total, including all of just eats charges £17 but somehow was charged £22.

Hi guys, lovely food but no drinks delivered with the meal deal

My order left from Rio’s at 7pm (latest advised delivery time) and was received at 7.50pm. It was Stone Cold Freezing on arrival and the microwave made everything go Soggy Wet. Sorry I will go elsewhere for better food and service

Usually this is my go to takeaway but today has been a shame. Food was 20 mins late and cold and they hadn’t sent part of the meal. When trying to call the restaurant to see where our food was it just rang out and then when the missing items were noticed and we called again, the call was engaged for 10 minutes. Please do better next time.

THE WORST takeaway I’ve ever had in my life stay well clear

Disgraceful is all I can say!!!!! Waited nearly two hours to receive cold food!!!!!!! Had to put 1 star to be able to submit other wise I wouldn’t give that!!!! Our order was over £50

Didn’t brink my mozzarella sticks my pizza was cold there was tomatoes on my burger and my wrap wasn’t the wrap I asked for everything els was amazing the pizza was lovely just abit cold but wasn’t happy with the missing items and wrong iteams waiting for refund please!x

Had an issue with my address (completely my fault) and they reached out straight away to get it sorted. Both the staff I spoke to over the phone and their driver were brilliant. Food always excellent too.

the food was burnt and stuck to the bottom off the paper it was the first time ordering deserts for my children

So I ordered some cookie dough with the ice cream that it come with and we got the ice cream container with a big crack in it. and then the cookie dough was fully burnt at the bottom and was completely stuck to the paper. we could barely get anything out of it and it was not worth the money.

My order is completely wrong everything from the burger to the chips to the burrito. Well sent a wrap sent wrong burger and didn't put peri salt on chips. Absolutely piss take

Pulled beef burger was nice but missing the peppers in the burger. Curly fries were good and crunchy and sauce was nice. Smoky bbq burger was not the best I have had. No bbq sauce on the burger and top was a bit dry. But overall rest of meal was nice and warm and on time

The chicken was lovely, very tasty. The amount of salad and coleslaw you get is not worth the money. One cherry tomato cut in half amongst the salad :( other than that, nice.

Always used to be a 5 star experience, but lately something has changed. There’s always something missing from the order, today the food was also cold, when rang to mention about missing items, got told ‘we’ll we’re dead busy. If you want we can get the driver to come back later on after all the other deliveries, but could be well over a hour. We’re busy.’ - last time they delivered us the complete wrong order, then screamed at the driver on another phone when we rang to let them know 😬

I love this restaurant always have, the food is delicious. another thing I like about this restaurant is when you order a can drink when it comes it's cold which is perfect for me because I hate receiving cans that are warm and haven't been in the fridge. I will definitely be ordering again. this restaurant also uses its own drivers and they are always really friendly

Rios is my most fave takeaway ever, the delivery is on time, food always warm and so tasty. The portion size is so generous and the price is so affordable. Wide variety of foods. Will continue to return

Ordered a large pizza from here tonight. Hands down the BEST pizza in the area. There are 2 other pizza places nearby, and they were no way near the standard of this place! First thing I noticed about this place was the high standard of cleanliness. It was spotlessly clean! I just hoped the food lived up to the same standard and it CERTAINLY did!! I'm quite a fussy eater so opted for the Margherita. I was particularly impressed that they included a garlic and herb dip (the others didn't). But the quality of the ingredients and the friendliness of staff will have me returning 100%! Young professional lad who took my order recommended the deep pan. He was right to do so. If I said this was the best pizza place in Prestwich/Heaton park area, I wouldn't be lying. Please please please don't change a thing and I'll be back soon to reorder! Amazing food! Delicious! We've had to give the food a score of 2... would have loved to give it a 5... however... Chips were cold. Burgers we're Luke warn at best. 1 of the Haloumi salad was was warm and wilted, the other wasn't wilted as much. Flavourwise - burgers were a little dry to the texture but had a lovely flavour to them, had the food been hot - would definitely have given a 5/5. Suggestion , pack the salads and burgers separately- the plastic tubs the salad came in are great! The salads would have been lovely but for being at the bottom of the bag with burgers and chips on top.

The pizza and curly chips was nice and hot and tasted really nice and the chocolate cookie dough milkshake was really nice to and it was all worth the money and I would definitely get it again

we've ordered loads. they're such nice people who run the place. the foods always nice. the food came on time but the burger was missing so it was late. but mistakes happen and they sent it after 40 mins with a cake as an apology. all food nice but they seem to have changed the pizza sauce and it was so overly herby. i dont like herbs but others may. personally i wont order it again now but may try something else from the menu.
