Really good delivery service. I had to be quiet at night (aslo the night delivery is amazing) and the delivery guy really understood, he was completely silent and was very polite with it. FOOD IS BRILLIANT 👏🏻 👌🏻 😋

The food arrived on time and when it came I asked where my bottle and can I ordered where and the driver said on minute and drove off and when I call the take away they said they where closing and it’s not there problem so ask just eat for a refund

Place my order at 22:50pm on Friday, then at 11:50pm when I waited over an hour, they cancelled the order. Order was on the way for over an hour and then they cancelled. Such bad service!

Worst takeaway I’ve ever ordered from, deserves to be closed down. Made my little boy so poorly, should have thrown that rubbish in the bin where it belongs. Cheese and tomato pizza has made him so ill. Your donner meat, starved rats would run away from it, your calzone wasn’t fully defrosted and your chicken kebab probably a good weapon to wipe out enemies.

Food never turned up driver rang tonsay a refund would be offered . No refund as yet 10 days later......

Some of the items I ordered are wrong and I am not happy

ordered a meat feast pizza with stuffed crust and 6x chicken nuggets. Got given a regular pepporoni without stuffed crust, fried mushrooms and cheesy chips and gravy... they couldnt get a single item right! avoid at all costs!! will be getting a refund.

Not the best for the price it is. Burger was dry and food came hour and a half late. Ordered curry and was given gravy. I was really disappointed to have wasted money on this. Wouldn’t go again sadly.

First and last time I'm ordering from this place. It was 5 mins late which was absolutely fine, no problems. The delivery guy was great. The Pizza itself was gross, the base was Sooooooooo undercooked and pale it was unreal, Cold beyond belief. Tasteless is an understatement & only had 3 slices & I genuinely threw up so can categorically say that I will NOT be ordering from here again & will be reporting to Health and Hygiene.

the red donner was ok but im afraid the chicken tikka was both bland and chewy. the naan was just like a thin warm deli wrap. not what I expected for the price. the fanta was nice though

Ordered from here twice first time they were over 1 hour late, I'd call they say 20 minutes and then 50 minutes later the food still hadn't arrived. I thought a one of so I ordered again and lol the food was again 1.5 hours late, I rang the restaurant and they said 15-20 minutes (lied it arrived 50 minutes after i rang them) I asked to cancel order because ofc i rang back, because they had taken that long and they refused. Also they added the wrong toppings. Overall the food was awful, cold yet burnt and smelt gross like gone off meat. The meat definitely seemed weird but anyway I can confirm I definitely won't be giving it a 3rd chance lol. I've never received food that bad, that I thought to leave a review but here we go.

This was an online order, haven't eaten in but food is very good and delivery staff are nice and friendly. They also contact you if certain ingredients aren't available and offer you alternative.

Was the Best kebabs and pizza around, lately when i order by phone i get a £10.99 mix special kebab and there's hardly out on it and a wafer thin pizza which looked grim

Ordered a Peri peri grill burger, but Got a fillet burger with peri source in a salad, I ask that need lettuce and onion but there is no letters or onion also tried to call but restaurant was close The food was very cold and the delivery was very very late like more than one hour. Never gonna order again.

Used to be a good takeaway but lately the quality has dropped massively. Food has been burnt overcooked or raw. Would avoid this place, better alternative is papas chicken which is miles better

Don’t order from this company, no matter what. I ordered from them more than two hours ago on Uber eats. The food has not arrived, and there is no way to contact the restaurant. It was supposed to arrive in 19 to 20 minutes according to the app. There is no communication as to when or if it will eventually arrive. To be clear, I’m okay with the food being late. I just want to know what’s happening with it. I’d like to go to bed, and at this point I have no idea if it will arrive at all. Should I sit up forever on the off chance that someday, hours or years from now, a kebab will appear at my door? If you can’t fulfill the order, just cancel it. Don’t leave your customers in limbo.

Ordered this last night to travelodge through Uber eats only a 10 inch pizza and a can cost nearly 15 pound 4 pound for delivery then waited for 1 hour and called reastrant they told me another 30 minutes waited another 30 minutes called back said he had problem with one of his driver's and said I could collect it but I paid for delivery at this point it was 3 am and food was ordered at 00.50 I called back up to cancel order and was never refunded I checked the app again in morning and it says food was delivered IV read loads of reviews on Google and this has happened to quite a lot of ppl complete ripp off should be shut down and

This WAS the best kebab house in Radcliffe, HOWEVER....just ordered through justeat and order came 45 minutes early! Asked for 6pm and came at 5.20pm, before my husband came home from work AND To top it all off!!!! NO RED DONNER MEAT, WHICH IS THE WHOLE REASON WE ORDER FROM THERE, rang and complained they said something about being too greasy and change of supplier, well I'm sorry but until red meat is back, no more orders from any of us anymore! Kebab came was disgusting horrible bland yucky brown colour and was tasteless and they never informed us of the change before order either, not happy at all🤬

AVOID. Ordered food through just-eat, which said 20-30 minutes delivery (I ordered at about 10.20PM. Delivery promised by 10.55PM. I got a notification saying "your food is on its way" at 10.33PM. When it hadn't shown up by 11PM I gave them a call. They said "that notification is a problem with the Just-Eat system, the driver is leaving now... give me 10 minutes mate... your food is hot and fresh mate". When it still hadn't shown up at 11.30PM I called them again to be told "it will be 5 minutes mate, the driver has had a bit of trouble you see, he is on his way"... when I asked to cancel the order I was told I would have to do that through Just Eat. So I went back to my hotel room. At 11.45PM I got a call from the driver saying he was outside. I went down to the hotel reception and nobody was there. I went back to my hotel room and texted the driver. He texted back saying "OK, I am at the door". I went back downstairs AGAIN - still nobody there. I called him and he said "I was there but I couldn't find you, I'm moving again now, my boss said you cancelled the order"... I can only assume he called me purely to waste my time and they never intended to deliver the food. It's now midnight and I'm still up, still waiting to try and get through to Just Eat, Touch Of Spice won't pick up the phone. I am furious, exhausted and hungry. F*ck Touch Of Spice and everyone that works there.

Ordered food for delivery. Gave up waiting after they were more than an hour late. Three calls to them, different excuse every time. Food never arrived. Had to spend TWO HOURS on the phone to Just-Eat to get a refund. Never again.

I have give 1star because it wont let u post a review with 0 stars I have just got home from being at a friend's who has had a tough day ordered take away what a waste of money the food was awful didn't get what we ordered staff were not helpful when we tried to enquire i was given a pizza when i ordered a calazony burgers were just plian half pounds with no cheese they were ment to have cheese and fried onions on we were told they were under the cheese the burgers didn't have any cheese on will definitely not be going there again and if i dont feel well tomoz i will be contacting the environmental health 🥵🥵🥵

they used to wrap your food on foil but not anymore, if you have to walk like me having no luxury of a car, the food is cold, food is ok but wrapping is something else

Onion Bhajis were frozen, flat, utter rubbish no one should eat. I just threw straight in the bin. The mixed starter was ok apart from the massive amount of gristle in the meat.. decent enough spice but have to wonder how much care was put into it.I'd suggest none Never ordering from them again. If you can't be bothered to make a decent onion bhaji then basically don't bother charging the prices you do. You are rip-off merchants.

We have used this takeaway for over ten years, and use it regularly. Friendly staff, always happy to help. Food is lovely.
