A lovely place to get breakfast and lunch.
Spam burger are to die for
Honestly such a shame this place has shut down because it had such a lovely atmosphere and amazing, cheap and healthy vegan food. the granola bowl was one of the best things ive ever tasted.
What a gem! My son and his girlfriend have been here before as they live locally, so they took e last weekend. What a gorgeous little place it's very small, cosy and perfect!! We had hot caramel waffles and a coffee... Gorgeous! Highly recommend a visit

Lovely sandwiches made to order exactly how you want them. Amazing array of cakes plus a choice of gluten free ones rather than having just one as an afterthought. As my mum can’t have gluten it’s nice I can pop in and know I can pick up a cake for here that she’ll enjoy.

My daughter had her wedding meal here and the food was simply magnificent. The service superb, and Ella our hostess was incredible meeting every need or request.
What an absolute gem of a cafe. Lovely staff, great food and perfect cup of coffee. As expected with fresh food there can be a bit of a delay with the food, but definitely worth the wait.
I loved this colourful little café, but unfortunately I had to mark them down as I think something must have been burnt shortly before we arrived, and my eyes are so sensitive that within a few minutes my eyes were stinging and streaming.
I had a fabulous hot chocolate, and my son really enjoyed his burger. I would have liked to have stayed longer but my eyes were so sore (and it was too cold to sit outside) that I just wanted to leave.
Staff were fantastic, and I feel terrible that I couldn’t give them the 5 stars that they deserve.
One of the cutest little coffee shops, right by the promenade. Very little room inside, but plenty of seating outdoors. Chocolate brownies are a definite speciality, fudge too. We stopped off for coffee and cake, trying two brownies plus a bakewell blondie. A real treat was the square of fudge they give you free with your hot drink. Expecting it to be quite expensive, I was relieved to be told that they accept card payments, I was also pleasantly surprised by the final bill. Will definitely return…very soon. Open daily Wed-Sun.

Called in for a quick drink with friends on a Saturday evening in March 2025, as a first time visitor.
The place was clean and nicely laid out, and we were greeted with a friendly smile from the staff.
Staff were polite and we didn’t feel rushed at any point, even though we were only having a drink and toom our time perusing the drinks menu. The atmosphere was relaxed and really made for a good experience. We all ordered cocktails, and none of them disappointed – I had the local variation of the Long Island Ice Tea and it was delicious: very well made, really good size of drink, and at a good price. Also the gents toilet – although compact – was clean and fresh.
Would recommend, and will visit again. In fact, technically we did as we left to go somewhere round the corner but it was busy so we went back to the Wild Inn and had the same again!
Popped in for a bacon roll and coffee ahead of my journey to London. Delicious bacon sandwich with proper HP brown sauceand a very tasty black coffee.
Picked myself up a loyalty card as I will definitely be visiting again.
Excellent value for £6.50
