Absolutely wonderful cafe in a fantastic setting, great friendly staff and more importantly absolutely fantastic food. (even bough a couple of cakes to go).

It is very difficult to find a local business that serves fresh tasty delicious food in my area. Most are chains or don’t offer veggie healthy alternatives. This cafe made my weekend. The food was amazing . Healthy choices that were so tasty are rare combinations except in big cities . Lots of choices with both veggie and meat options . An amazing array of drinks and delicious desserts. I cannot wait to go back and try other things on the menu.

I came across Slaters when looking at a map of the area. I've never been to this part of Nelson before, but having looked at their Facebook page and seeing their ice creams my mind was easily made up. We went just after 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon and had a regular vanilla ice cream cone and a large cookies and cream and battenburg ice cream cone (2 flavours on one cone). The flavours were amazing and we would definitely return to try more.

The children's meal was amazing you got an animal cupcake, tomato soup, strawberry jelly with sprinkles and marshmallows, sandwiches, donut with sprinkles, fries,a very mini pizza. They do gluten free food aswell. Very good service there is very nice food. I would definitely recommend this place for afternoon tea or just a nice day out. @SykesideRossendaleEngland

Great microbar who sell a very good range of real ales and beers etc. Good service and atmosphere, outside seating area, and reassuringly busy most of the time. They don't sell food, but do have an excellent chippy next door. Highly recommended.

Stopped off for breakfast as we were staying in Shap. Warm and friendly greeting to us and our dogs. Superb quality breakfast cooked fresh to order! Highly recommended

Was in the area and after doing my research had an amazing Veggie Breakfast at Little World. Wonderful service from wonderful staff and wonderful food. They also now cater for meat eaters. Great vibe and I can highly recommend. Please note that the cafe has recently changed management and if you want to contact them they are on Facebook and the new number is 07748 001954.

Genuinely a highlight of the area, I think what Nadia and James have made in the deli is a little slice of cheesy heaven. They are on my mount Rushmore of sandwiches, which are worth the price and could easy be 2 servings. A great selection of deli items and top of the range cheeses that they will give great recommendations every time!

Such a fabulous coffee shop. Staff were amazing! Friendly and very helpful, couldn't do enough. Will be back tomorrow 👍 best place for waffles, sarnie and a decent brew.

Mother’s Day Meal…. Nothing beats a family run authentic restaurant. They offered the mother a glass of bubbly complimentary to start with and overall service and setting was amazing. Food was delicious too. First time going and won’t be the last!!
