Little World in Sefton

Was in the area and after doing my research had an amazing Veggie Breakfast at Little World. Wonderful service from wonderful staff and wonderful food. They also now cater for meat eaters. Great vibe and I can highly recommend. Please note that the cafe has recently changed management and if you want to contact them they are on Facebook and the new number is 07748 001954.

we went to Little World on 20/06/2021 for Fathers Day, we had been quite a few times before Covid lockdown 2020 and are so happy it's back. The food is amazing, catering for Vegan, Vegetarian and meat eaters too, the staff are brilliant..nothing is too much trouble, they explain all the foods and what's in it, fantastically clean and on top of all Covid regulations. We highly recommend Little World, great place, great food and great staff.....perfect.

Little World was a great vegan place but they have sadly announced that they will not be reopening following Covid lockdown. Such a shame

Popped in for lunch. The food was great - I am not a vegetarian but have eaten here regularly and really enjoy their food and don’t miss the meat ! All the food is fresh - tasty - and good value.Loved the carrot 🍰! Music good too !

Tuve un fantástico desayuno vegetariano y mi esposa se comió aguacate en masa madre con huevos escalfados. Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta. El mejor desayuno que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Buena comida, muy bien cocinada y bien presentada. Ninguno de los dos somos vegetarianos ni veganos. Esta fue una comida excelente, bien hecha, me encantó.

Title says it all really. I've been here 3 times for lunch which was nice and after encouraging my meat eating husband to give it a try I was gutted it turned out like this. We do a 5k walk on a Saturday morning and stopped here half way. We waited as, the sign said, to be sat down...in the end I shouted over to one of the girls if it was ok to sit anywhere. We sat down and after about a 10 minute wait ordered coffees. The waitress, without being unkind, was a bit surly but hey ho, most of the tables (but still only 4 tables) were in use so just thought they were a bit busier than usual. Coffee came, ordered poached eggs on toast and a small veggie brekkie (which is £7.80 by the way so not cheap). We then waited...and waited. Others too were sat there wondering where their orders were, you could see people looking over to the counter. No one came over and apologised for the wait or asked us if we wanted anything else to drink. It got to the point when we were going to walk out...literally an hour later...when our breakfast turned up. Husband 2 poached eggs...1 piece of toast. Mine...(and I know it was a small one but remember, it was £7.80) 1 veggie sausage, 2 tiny discs of black pudding...no bigger and not as thick as a 2 quid coin, 1 teaspoon of mushroom, 1 tablespoon of beans, half a slice of toast and a poached egg. It was stone cold. I was going to complain but husband hates fuss so we ate and left. Only after we had paid were we asked if everything was ok. Husband, unusually for him spoke up and said mine was cold. We were offered a take away coffee. He declined. I am really disappointed as i wanted to make this place a regular stop on our walks. The coffee is lovely so that was one plus. Staff could have made this so much easier by apologising to people waiting and offering a refill on the coffees. Not at any time did anyone waiting get approached with an explanation or apology. The small breakfasts are a rip off if that is the regular fare that is served up. It might have been better if it had been hot too. These two orders should take 10-15 mins to serve up. Sorry to say that we won't be going back.

First visit with my wife and daughter. My is veggie and daughter vegan, I’m neither. For me if food is nice it’s nice. We all got Vish and chips, peas, tarter sauce, curry with bread and butter. To finish delicious pecan cake with cream. On offer are hot and cold beverages including ice cold bottled beer. The food was amazing with first class service to boot. An independent that will not be a hidden gem for long. The staff were a credit to the owner and Becky the manager. My wife wants to go on a weekly and I will gladly join her. Well done little World ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ P.S Prices very reasonable and they are currently in the eat out to help out August gov promo.

Wow!! This place is fabulous takeout last Friday amazing 🙋‍♀️ Vegan battered sausage chips curry sauce with all the triming 🍽 a must 🌏

I have seen this place driving past before but upon visiting one of the next door businesses popped in. Do not let the location put you off, this is a little oasis of calm. The restaurant is welcoming and it’s decor is perfect for what it is. I thoroughly enjoyed the veggie breakfast which was full of different flavours and plentiful. The coffee was lovely too. A place like this has to have great food which it does, but what makes it better than the rest is the friendly staff, the additional services it offers and promoting a better planet without shouting about it. Highly recommended, I will go out of my way to return. Signed a meat eater.

Popped by with a friend for the Sunday roast, we weren’t disappointed. The food was all fantastic, large portion with cauliflower cheese and perfect roast parsnip. Squeezed in a slice of carrot cake afterwards which was delicious and moist. Good range of milks, super friendly service and a lovely atmosphere with lots of dried goods to fill up your empty containers and take home. Well worth a trip if not for lunch then for cake and a drink.

The staff here are really friendly and very welcoming. The premises are delightful - warm and inviting. Inside you’ll find a cafe serving a mix of hot and cold food and drinks, and a market to purchase a number of food items. This is a no waste market so bring your tubs and bags to fill to your requirements. You don’t need to be vegetarian or vegan to enjoy the food here as it’s so tasty. Relax in the ambient surroundings and chat with your friends, or just relax with a good book. The staff are very helpful and informative about the food options. I enjoyed an amazing piece of gluten free chocolate cake - so yummy. This place has a 5 star hygiene rating. Will definitely be returning with the family!

The Vegan Sunday Roast was worth travelling from London for it was so delicious. It was filling and had lovely seasonal vegetable accompanying it.

Took my mum who isn’t a veggie but she loved it. Coffee - amazing Food even better. Service and premises was impeccable couldn’t fault anything. Had veggie avo on toast tasted so fresh and very flavoursome. Mum had the veggie breakfast and loved every bite especially the falafel bites 😋 Would really recommend even if you just want a nice coffee. (Sorry I didn’t take a pic of the coffee.)

There's a distinct lack of decent cafè's in the Dunningsbridge Road area and this is a total gem. We went for breakfast and weren't disappointed, food was cooked to order and lovely and fresh. The log burner was lit which made it nice and cosy. Eco-credentials are fabulous, they sell all kinds of environmentally friendly items along with locally grown? organic fruit and veg. They also have plans to have some 'allotment' type space nearby to grow their own fruit and veg. You can also buy dry goods in refillable containers - beans, cereals, cocoa nibs etc. Will definitely be visiting again.

Visited with GoodGym Liverpool after working up an appetite helping with the garden project. What a lovely place! Food was delicious, with an excellent range on offer, and service was quick and friendly. Only wish I lived closer!

Wow what a shame, such a lovely place but I have never felt so uncomfortable!

As I’m interested in reducing my carbon footprint I had a look see at Little World today. Amazing! Reasonably priced goods, delicious food and wonderfully friendly, helpful staff. I’ll definitely be back but will make sure I have enough of my own pots and bags to fill next time.

Popped in for coffee and cake. Wasn’t disappointed Service was welcoming and friendly Very cozy surroundings with a log fire,ideal on a winters day Although Ime neither Vegan/Vegetarian I’ve recommended Little World to my brother who I know would appreciate everything they have to offer.

Just visited on recommendation of a friend, on a cold wet November day. Lovely warm welcoming and stylish. Great choice of food with helpful knowledgeable staff. Had veggie breakfast which was delicious and left feeling truly cared for

My friend and I visited today and I am so impressed with this place. From atmosphere to food it is spot on. A little gem. I cannot reccomend highly enough, glad it is close enough to make it a regular place to go for great food and a catch up.

My friend and myself had brunch here last week. The food was all freshly cooked, well presented and delicious. This place has such a relaxed atmosphere the staff were all lovely. Definitely worth a visit.

Brilliant eco-focused cafe in what should be a greasy spoon location. Food is delicious and they carry a wide range of plastic free dried foods too. Well worth a visit A*

I come here at least twice a week, i love it ,, brilliant food, staff welcoming, good to also shop at the zero waste market..

Had the most amazing vegan halloumi burger, the shop is so lovely and such an amazing idea, the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend!

Would really reccomend this place fabulous food and great customer service with a smile am not a vegan but if I was this would be the place to visit the food is cooked to perfection and is so delicious the breakfast are amazing my favourite is the vegan halloumi burger which is not available in any other vegan places this is a must try never bin disappointed with the food and am the fussiest eater you will find so the food must be good.

You need to come to little world! The food is fantastic,got a vegan brekky, and cake(mega portion), even the tea is lovely. The staff are so nice. Little bits and bobs like crystals to buy, and health foods. I can't wait to come back!

Found this Little veggie / vegan place by chance as it's in th middle of a small industrial park br definitely worth the find. Cool set up, great little buffet style self service selections to go along with the a la cart menu; Burgers, curries, the works. Good stuff =)

Such a delight, friend took me for a treat today....and a treat it was.

Lovely little cafe and shop. Excellent veggie and vegan food and great selection of fresh veg, and weigh your own pulses, grains and spices - all zero waste.

A friend took me as a treat...and it really was. The food, presentation, design and facilities were wonderful. Ooooo did I mention the food?

Went in with the kids on Friday and was greeted with a warm welcome. Lovely staff, great food and overall a great concept. They also had a nice little kiddies corner with books and a few toys, which made the experience even more enjoyable, as my challenging 20 month old was kept entertained whilst we stuffed our faces!

I visited Little World and had the vegetarian breakfast which absolutely gorgeous - the veggie black pudding is sooooo good! The staff are welcoming and the place itself is ideal for a nice and relaxed bit of “me time”. I highly recommend a visit and I can’t wait to go back and try more off their menu :)

Gorgeous place which just gives warmth and good vibes the second you walk in. I've been looking for a waste free store other than the one in town for a while and Little World did not disappoint! Had a fantastic vegan breakfast full of flavour, colour, variety and beauty. I then filled up at weigh station so I can now easily fill my jars at home. Lots to choose from and a variety of herbs and spices I always use. Staff are super friendly and happy to help if you cant see something you're looking for.

Saw a sign on a grass verge as driving into Liverpool so my mum and I thought we'd check it out, it's the building that is /\ shaped if you pass it - they're in the process of getting a sign outside!
