The best restaurants in Ryhope Sunderland North East

Had a afternoon tea voucher to spend here, got a call to say they have sold the business and to come with the voucher and collect my afternoon as they finished at 4pm I asked the owner if I could just have my money returned of 25.00, he was really aggressive and said no I don’t what to give you the money, his wife just walked away and his daughter I think was having her say as well. I was disgusted with there attitude to me I have been in there numerous times, if anyone else has vouchers unused you have till 4pm today 27 nov to get your afternoon tea angry horrible people they are, hope they don’t have a good retirement

You get a personal service which is flexible and meets your needs. Everyone is friendly and remembers your name , well behaved dogs are welcome and spoilt. The food is lovely, take out or sit in. Everything has been done to make you feel safe and well fed in these difficult times. I think it is suitable for all types of customer, I do not feel awkward when I am by myself or have my dog.

Brilliant Chinese takeaway.Dont forget you Must have cash card payments not expected.

Excellent customer service ..they put us in a booth which was perfect for 2 children who like to escape, the lady came to take our order with a trainee who unfortunately didn't get the order right we asked for bread and butter and got toast , we also asked for the larger gammon steak but only received regular .. we did call out the toast as this was for children but not the gammon maybe a check on his inputting of order would have corrected this 😉

Pensaba que las cenas escolares eran malas, pero este lugar es el peor en el que he comido. Visitamos con la familia para el almuerzo del domingo gran error. Estábamos sentados no muy lejos del microondas, que oímos pingar cada pocos minutos, entonces se sirvió la comida, la comida debe ser emplatada y recalentada, la verdura estaba prácticamente cruda, en cuanto a los asados (patatas) bien, estos eran duros como roca u podría hacer algún daño grave con estos. No hay restaurante o carvery que he comido en puede hacer un asado tan bueno como en casa, un asado casero recién cocinado es mucho mejor y más barato Definitivamente no volveré.

They lucky to get 1 star ffs... just received last night and me the wife and 2 kids been uo all night being violently sick...never in the world these should be serving food.. never again I be ordering from these...

Gotta recommend these for the quality of the food & the polite friendly delivery drivers👍👍👍 I have had multiple deliveries from here & the only issue I have & why I didn't give 5th ⭐ is because they don't read the special notes you add when requesting something to do with your order. I tried twice to get a tower box meal but I specifically asked for no salad/sauce on burger,, just plain. It came with everything on & I couldn't eat it, the receipt even had plain no salad/sauce in big letters on it? I've raised this with just eat also & tried again but got same result! That aside the food is lovely & delivery time is good & the drivers are very friendly & polite 👍 I just stick with a boneless banquet now but I would love to give the extra ⭐ if they could address the issue mentioned.

Cooked perfectly and really enjoyed. Considering the storm outside it was still delivered rather hot and on time, and with a smile. I only wish id tipped the delivery driver more considerating the terrible weather and treacherous driving conditions

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Dont even rate 1 star.. person on phone not helpful at all egg foo young scorched egg.. so egg was non existent shocking to say the least.. worst 15 qwid ave ever spent. Dont bother cause when you ring up they dont give a s**t.

No es una gran experiencia y por desgracia no es la primera vez, pero les he dado el beneficio de la duda por última vez! Solo pedí un par de hamburguesas con queso con una coca mediana, no plan o nada solo hamburguesas con queso normales, esto tomó más de 10 minutos en el viaje, ¡aunque no me importaría si la comida estaba realmente caliente! ¡10 minutos para que luego le dieran comida fría congelada y el queso supiera como si acabase de salir del congelador! Hay otros McDonald’s en la zona que son más rápidos y tienen mayor calidad en la preparación de alimentos.

I chose a rice box with extra fillet . Never got the extra fillet and there was hardly anything in the box maybe a spoonful of rice . Payed £7.99 for this meal and what was in tasted ok but portion size was shocking . I ordered the same before and again not much in . Won’t be back sorry . Not value for money at all
