KFC Ryhope-Salterfen Road in Sunderland

Ordered a 6 piece bucket combo and received 3 pieces of chicken and two burger patties inside the bucket. The chips were also all unseasoned. Disappointing this time around.

Went for a drive through meal at 9:45pm and was told the friers were turned off and they didn't have anything because they arnt allowed to cook after a certain time, they told the guy infront of me the same thing apparently it hapens regular despite no advertising explaining they only serve fresh air 15 mins before closing. Pretty shocking really.

We always use this KFC and food is normally first class, last night we picked up a takeaway, sorry to say it was terrible, chips were cold, chicken was dry tasted like it had been reheated . Very disappointing

The food is good, but the drivers via just eat and uber are rubbish, they don't deliver to my front door, I have to come downstairs from 1st floor to collect...if I wanted to collect is do it at the restaurant!! I have a small child here, also having to leave my door unlocked, not gonna bring a child down esp in this cold weather!! That's why I dot tip!! I'm collecting, not getting the delivery I paid for and most who can't speak clear English don't know how to use GPS pr read instructions alot of the times but could find a UK airport easy enough!! Like, really?? KFC bosses need to have a look into the lazy drivers ( 80% of em) Can't fault the food 😋

Gotta recommend these for the quality of the food & the polite friendly delivery drivers👍👍👍 I have had multiple deliveries from here & the only issue I have & why I didn't give 5th ⭐ is because they don't read the special notes you add when requesting something to do with your order. I tried twice to get a tower box meal but I specifically asked for no salad/sauce on burger,, just plain. It came with everything on & I couldn't eat it, the receipt even had plain no salad/sauce in big letters on it? I've raised this with just eat also & tried again but got same result! That aside the food is lovely & delivery time is good & the drivers are very friendly & polite 👍 I just stick with a boneless banquet now but I would love to give the extra ⭐ if they could address the issue mentioned.

Waited for 30min to be given the wrong order!! Had to drive 30 min back. Just can’t understand how hard it is to sort out KFC order.

How has this place not been sorted yet? No krushems, the drinks still come is cans, and my chicken is either soggy,burnt or my order straight up wrong. I've taken too many gambles on this place.

It's KFC 🍗 enjoy chicken and fries

Utterly dreadful. The consistency varies wildly each time you go depending on who is working. Despite ordering ahead they still make you wait for 5 minutes every time. The chicken is always different sizes, often tiny pieces. This time I got a 6 piece bucket and there were 3 tiny, overcooked drumsticks, 2 tiny overcooked wings that looked like they came from a pigeon, and 1 thigh. They don't even have a Krushems machine, this franchise really is a joke and I wouldn't waste your money. I am completely done with this place and they won't get another penny. I am writing to KFC to let them know that this franchise is destroying their image. KFC is supposed to be consistent at every franchise, this place is the opposite. You never know what you'll get.

Paid for a 10 piece and they gave us a 6 piece robbed us of £5, obviously didn’t find this out until we got back home

Food lush shop could be a lot better, no wifi, brusk 'air' from female staff

Nearly £40 on a party bucket which took 32 mins to come from the drive thru, and was all burnt, full of rib bones and genuinely awful. The only thing that seemed fresh was the hot wings and popcorn chicken. They’ve over seasoned the chips and as you can see from the photo, the colour difference is laughable.

I used to love KFC but the price has shot up and its just not good value for money,the place was totally empty with no atmosphere at all and probably because no one goes in it's to expensive

we did not get the right amount of chicken or chicken wings. the wings had no flavour and very dry the fillets were burnt absolutely ridiculous for the price

The young girl that served me was absolutely wonderful, really nice and friendly and helpful.

Food was nice, beans was over cooked a bit, floor and table could have been cleaned and toilets

Chicken was tough, it wasn't freshly cooked and must have been sitting around for a long time.

Turned up at 5pm weekday , told me it was shut, no reason given just ignored. Absolutely shocking from KFC

Very slow service not recommended when eating in taken 20 min to get a boneless banquet staff did not care how long you was there package food

The best KFC in the area, I had spicy chicken wings with fries ,my daughter had a mixed bucket. The chicken was hot and crispy and flavourful, the chips were not droopy. Alround better than other KFC's I've been to. Will be trying it again over the bankholiday weekend, to see if it is the same.

2 weeks ago, we had KFC in Ryhope. Bobby/Bobbie served me with excellence ( I hope I got her name right).

No one to take my order at 12pm at the drive through. On the other hand go to Greggs highly recommended sweet chilli chicken and wedges and drink for 4.80 can't go wrong

Probably the worst kfc in the world, terrible service from the moody girl on the till, cold fold and items missing, definatley worth swerving this dump

Orders on there app paid by card went to collect no coleslaw available (Friday evening think this would be on of there busiest times) as I paid by card had to choose something else got home the chips where disgusting look like they had been there for ages and the chicken wasn’t what you pay for sad to say can’t see this store open for very long looking at these reviews Gave the two stars as the staff where apologetic

Bought a latte Friday evening, once I got to my car the drink tasted awful. So I tipped the drink out to find the milk was curdled.

Spent £21.99 on a boneless bucket .there was no boneless chicken no fries obviously someone wasn't paying attention had to take the whole meal back what a wast of time and fuel this was the first time I've used this KFC not a great start.

Just placed an order on just eat. Just received the order and was completely incorrect. We have been given someone else’s order placed in our bag. There is no way to contact the restaurant directly so we now have to get a refund via just eat. Stuck with no food. How hard is it to get an order right … really? First and last time we’ll order from this kfc

Ordered a kids meal....forgot to put fries in....on a kids meal of all people. Great start.

Little busy with it being new. Have a feeling the access to the restaurant and it's surrounding area will be chaos though at peak times. Not enough road to queue on.

The main meal was lovely, but the side and drink were absolutely abysmal. The corn had no juice to it and the drink had zero carbonation, making it virtually undrinkable. I love KFC, but that was the worst experience I've ever had at one.
