Pizza Hut Delivery in Sunderland

took money for and no delivery came and no way of contacting them.

Took order and money then no delivery or any way to contact them 48 not answered phone calls and email is useless it doesn't seem to have Washington on it

Dreadful service. Very long waiting times. No staff to speak to you and money taken out your account without food being delivered. Dreadful. Never again. Stay local.

Yous should really expand your delivery places we are only a 20 min drive away from pizza hut.

Excellent variety of choices on the menu and a lot of really good deals. Also staff are really friendly and always willing to help

Placed an order for feast for 1 delivered was 5 chicken strips and a bottle of pop rang shop was told that was right wosnt offered any replacement if wont to complain do it by email that dosnt send those 2 thing plus delivery cos me £15.48 the place is a joke .

Delivery came quickly via a cheerful Chris B. Food was fine, just a tad greasier than expected.

Food came completely different to what we ordered, messaged just eat but reviewing the order within 48 hours so we aren’t getting the food we ordered meaning we are with out dinner. We also asked for jalapeños off the nachos, which wasn’t even done. After ringing the manager of Pizza Hut, it was no help at all and she did not show intent to help at all, she said it was just eats fault and not hers, however she should take some accountability if she’s going to link her own restaurant with Just Eat. She said she had ‘no drivers’ to bring us food, however said that if we had of ordered through Pizza Hut themselves that she would have been able to bring the food to us, so the comment about no drivers was clearly a lazy effort due to the restaurant closing in half an hour. If the order really was Just Eats fault, then surely she would re-do our order and would then claim back the money from Just eat? However, she made absolutely no effort to help. Would not order from here, clearly have no care for their customers.

Absolutely terrible. Nothing worse than a group of hungry teenage boys only to be delivered burned cold pizzas etc. Never again

Had hot n spicy pizza didn't have much flavour and to use pickled chilli should be illegal

Would have been 5 stars .Never had a problem with pizza hut until now. Chris B delivered, as he has done a couple of times before, always on time. But the garlic dip was left of the order. Tut Tut pizza hut.....

I ordered a pizza, cookie, chicken strips. The delivery to start with room 35 minutes when it said 20. When it came there was no chicken strips. The guy on the phone said they will make some more and send them “straight round” that took a futher 35 minutes. Shocking service.

My pizza wasnt even edible!! the pizza dough/base was completely raw I couldn't even risk eating it with be 8 months pregant, chips were barely cooked was just a complete waste of money!

Disappointing for the second time now. Pizza was overdone and not very hot, it was also supposed to be half and half but apparently someone doesn’t know what a half is. Both cookie doughs were burned and could be picked up like an actual cookie. Not great.

Been blanked the last 4 times ive tried to ring a pizza from Washington branch timewasters

Third time in a row food has been delivered late and luke warm. What is the point of stating a delivery time when i always have to ring up chasing the order. This time nobody bothered to pick the phone up so i was unable to get an update. Delivery drivers can never find my address first time so they drive around the estate for 10/15 mins. Dominoes never have this issue!!

Appalling Service. Food delivered over 2 hours late and was stone cold, branch stopped answering calls so i was unable to cancel my order. Have since raised 3 complaints and tried to contact the call centre but i am yet to have any interaction with a single Pizza Hut employee. Stick with Dominos!

Delicious pizzas, especially with the garlic sprinkle seasoning on the classic crust. The cheesy garlic tear and share is equally as delicious, and you can't beat a warm cookie with some ice cream to finish a meal... 😋

Never showed up no one answer the phone after two hours of calling

Was told 45-55 minutes for delivery, didnt arrive until 1h 30 minutes later, atleast it arrived and tastes good i guess

Good customer service. Bit pricey but I usually collect which is cheaper, especially important when you have a family of four to feed. Nice quality pizzas, would recommend to others :)
