Salt and pepper chicken with chips. Chips were hard, must of been cooked a few times over again. Chicken was very dry, hard and overcooked also. Disappointed.

I called in the other day for the steak and prawn topped chips! They were unreal! Today I’ve been back and had 2 beef dinners for me and my Son, beautiful. The beef was cooked to perfection! Debbie and the girls do an excellent job! 10/10

Just had curry, rice and chipels for myself.. and hot beef dips for mam and nephew absolutely beautiful.. Might try the nighttime menu tonight to ha.. lovely

I got the hot beef dip with chips. The beef was real tender and the chips were homecooked which I did not expect and it was unreal

Took an hour to be delivered. Food was too cold to eat. Have made and attempt to microwave (which defeats the purpose or a food delivery) which has made bun chewu.

193 Durham Rd, Sunderland, SR3 4BX, United KingdomHorrible staff with horrible attitude (not all of em) an item from my order was missing but I only noticed when I got back home and I wasn’t gonna make another trip to the shops again so the next day I informed them of what happened and demanded that I get what I paid for but they made it feel like I was scamming them and no one took it seriously. Never coming back there ever and tbf the food wasn’t great in the first place

2 Salterfen Rd, Sunderland, SR2 9ST, United KingdomAbsolute vile, I can’t believe what we got given. Chicken strips had no batter on them and covered in oil, and the original chicken, each piece was just chicken ribs, no meat. Disgusting, can’t believe the standards of this being a well known chain.
